There where a few things we wanted changed, a few upgrades and a few things that need fixed and repaired. Marathon Coach literally made our new /preowned bus look flawless and in brand new condition when we took delivery. They also made sure that it was in perfect mechanical condition and fully serviced as well. When we sold that coach, it was better than when we originally purchased it. The Marathon Service department made maintaining our coach easy. The coach was kept working extremely well. And they were timely. We got service when we needed service. On the road with a problem? They will overnight the parts you need. Or help find a service shop near you. The person buying our 20 year old coach got a bargain. It worked perfectly when we sold it. And it still looked like new (They do paint touch ups also.) We sold it because the new coach they offered had compelling new features. Marathon Coach fully deserves their 5 star service rating.

Not a care or concern or reply from Darin at Trades Ok, Inc of all the damage I found and what they covered up on the truck Camper they sold me. The entire roof was sunk in from the a/c back to the front door. Trades ok added spacers to the skylights internally because Lance's have thinner roofs and require a taller skylight. They used cheap skylights and even used random screws so long that the screw came INTO ceiling hallway about 1/2". Also, when I turned on the shower and water pump to test the water system I noticed water gushes out of the underbelly, the pipe was completely detached (pics). Ignoring an upset sales customer is the worst thing you can do vs resolving the issue with a disappointed buyer and making things RIGHT. BBB has been contacted and the FTC. My phone is on!

But when we insisted on him to tell us yes or no to the refund, he said 'no' . This was a very upsetting experience and our dreams of getting an RV will never happen now. We couldn't afford to lose $1000, but we thankful that we didn't owe anything else. We were not given a copy of our paperwork, contract or anything else. They failed to check the hot water heater before they sent it out. Couldn't have tested the water system since there was NO anode rod in the hot water heater. It was just rolling around on the floor of the RV when we returned home. The brakes do not work. I called and left 2 messages at their Eugene location and 2 at their Roseburg and no call back. When I did get in thouch with the "GM" Troy,he refused to take care of his customer and said I should have brought it to their service department that could even do a PDI correctly. There was nothing he could do. So, my opinion.....find someone you trust to purchase an RV from. These people chose not to take care of their customers. There are other problems include: bathroom vent pulled out of the ceiling, shower head falling off of the wall, back door of toy hauler leaks.
