Not a care or concern or reply from Darin at Trades Ok, Inc of all the damage I found and what they covered up on the truck Camper they sold me. The entire roof was sunk in from the a/c back to the front door. Trades ok added spacers to the skylights internally because Lance's have thinner roofs and require a taller skylight. They used cheap skylights and even used random screws so long that the screw came INTO ceiling hallway about 1/2". Also, when I turned on the shower and water pump to test the water system I noticed water gushes out of the underbelly, the pipe was completely detached (pics). Ignoring an upset sales customer is the worst thing you can do vs resolving the issue with a disappointed buyer and making things RIGHT. BBB has been contacted and the FTC. My phone is on!

We couldn't afford to lose $1000, but we thankful that we didn't owe anything else. We were not given a copy of our paperwork, contract or anything else. All we had was the debit receipt for our deposit. They are sneakie con artists. Buyers beware!!!

I ended up talking with an Oregon DMV Investigator who, after hearing my complaint, said she would call RV Sales of Oregon and get back to me. WOOOW, 20 minutes later she called me back and said we would have our money next week AND WE DID !!!

They failed to check the hot water heater before they sent it out. Couldn't have tested the water system since there was NO anode rod in the hot water heater. It was just rolling around on the floor of the RV when we returned home. The brakes do not work. I called and left 2 messages at their Eugene location and 2 at their Roseburg and no call back. When I did get in thouch with the "GM" Troy,he refused to take care of his customer and said I should have brought it to their service department that could even do a PDI correctly. There was nothing he could do. So, my opinion.....find someone you trust to purchase an RV from. These people chose not to take care of their customers. There are other problems include: bathroom vent pulled out of the ceiling, shower head falling off of the wall, back door of toy hauler leaks.

Throughout our pre-purchase communications, I made multiple inquiries via phone and email to verify the trailer's features, particularly requesting confirmation of the air conditioning unit's model number. The sales team repeatedly verified these specifications, including a final confirmation before our 14-hour drive to complete the purchase. Upon arrival and inspection, we discovered that the air conditioning unit installed was not the upgraded model we had specifically verified and factored into our purchase decision. Despite having documented email correspondence confirming the correct specifications, we were presented with a different AC unit than what was promised. Initially, the sales representative acknowledged the error and offered an $800 credit toward resolution. However, after researching the actual cost of upgrading to the promised unit ($2,200-$2,500), we returned to request appropriate compensation that would cover the discrepancy. At this point, the manager's response was unprofessional and concerning. Not only did he refuse our reasonable request for compensation equal to the upgrade cost, but he also rescinded the initial $800 offer, claiming the salesperson lacked authorization. The manager's ultimatum was particularly troubling: accept the trailer with the incorrect equipment at full price or forfeit our deposit entirely. Given our significant travel distance and planned family trip, this approach appeared to leverage our circumstances unfavorably--he knew he had us and he could take advantage of us. When I attempted to negotiate a compromise covering material costs only, the manager became increasingly hostile.
