My husband and I drove to Riseburg for the RV Roadhouse Show. Found a C Class RV. Filled our finance application and wad asked for deposit this was on 7-11-2026.After a 45 minute wait was asked for a deposit. Then sales person said we know in Monday. MONDAY afternoon we found out we were denied.asked for our deposit back.we had to file a dispute with are credit union, a police report. Just to get our money back. The sales man won't call are credit union back and still today they have not returned banks call or have we gotten our deposit back of 2000 dollars. Thy are scammers. read more

Being honest Purchased an RV in 2025 that after delivery discovered the vehicle was manufactured in 2023. They keep telling me it is normal to have chassis be a year older. I understand, but the stickers show the coach was delivered to an Ariz dealer in July 2023. Tires are dated 2022. Sticker inside was covered by a second sticker. DO NOT BUY from this dealership!!! Only one star because a you can't do zero stars! We couldn't get the down payment money together after we gave them a $1000 deposit. They refused to refund our deposit and told us they had a program for us to borrow the down payment. The manager, Matt More played games with us saying he would see what he could do. But when we insisted on him to tell us yes or no to the refund, he said 'no' . This was a very upsetting experience and our dreams of getting an RV will never happen now. We couldn't afford to lose $1000, but we thankful that we didn't owe anything else. We were not given a copy of our paperwork, contract or anything else. If NO STARS were an option that is what they would get My in-laws purchased a brand new "destination trailer" or park model from them 1 year ago, along with an expensive extended warranty. What a joke! Trying to get anything fixed was a fight, and after multiple times reporting leaks with no follow up or inspection , they now have a very unhealthy bad black mold issue. They do not care about anything other than taking your money! After purchase customer service is non existent. Not willing to demand repairs by the manufacturer or themselves without countless hours on the phone and persistent calls to get anything from them. Today was the last straw.. for $300 they sent someone to pick up the trailer to take down for them to finally deal with the problems. Guess what? They sent an older gentlemen with only a 2500 pick up, with BALD TIRES! He refused to take the trailer and still wanted $$ (they did not give him any) They are arguing about any form of compensation for a hotel for my in-law, who have been sleeping in one of their sheds because of the mold This is not the way to take care of your customers !!! We bought a 2024 Grand Design Imagine from this dealership. They told us that it would be fully inspected and detailed when we picked it up 2 weeks later. When we arrived it had not been touched as far as cleaning went but we decided to do that ourselves. When we got home my husband turned on the refrigerator to pre cool it for our trip and it did not cool. He turned it off and tried it the next day and no cooling. We called the service department and asked why this was not found in the "inspection" and they got an attitude. We are demanding that they change it out and we are told that they don't do that as "it's above their pay grade." Now, we wait for one to be ordered. These people are terrible business people. I would avoid buying any RV from them. We bought a used 2020, 37' Mirada Select by Coachman in May of 2021 from them and paid a ton of money for an extended warranty that they said would cover ANY problems. So far, we have shelled over $1,200.00 dollars for electrical issues and a black tank that is stuffed full of the previous owners crap. The warranty department keeps telling us that these are non warranty problems, in which led us to contact the RV country warranty person who said there is nothing they can do. All of these issues were not visible to the naked eye so we had no chance to address them at purchase, hence the reason we paid $1,800.00 for the extended warranty! I purchased a new Entegra Odyssey in 2021 (not from this dealer) and in April 2022 notied it had staining on the floor all over and 4 other minor issues. Kitchen sink faucet pinhole leak, sliding room divider fell apart, front cabover window electrically operated blind failed and the battery solenoid to pair the engine and house batteries while driving had failed. The parts would be on order for some time as this was during COVID so they had me take and use the RV in the meantime. Once the parts came in I took it to them and left for 4 weeks. Everything was fixed except the battery combiner relay - they instead connected the solar package under the hood to the engine battery even though I do not have solar - strike 1. They also ordered the incorrect room divider so that was re-ordered. Once I got home and tried out everything the front blind would not go down - the foam trim pieces with sticky covering was stuck and prevented the movement - I fixed that myself. The floor looked excellent and still does - but they left the access port under the table in the storage cabinet off - fixed that too. otherwise satisfactory work under warranty. Jump ahead 1 year, I noticed that the rubber seals for the main room slide started getting white sticky stuff on them. I looked closer and found that they had left off 2 trim pieces behind the slide not visible when slide is out and hard to see when slide was in - the white stuff was butyl tape that was originally behind the trim and there were holes every 4 inches or so when the trim was originally attached - no trim. I called them 4 times and was told I would get a call back the next day each time - no calls. Then I asked for the service manager - to which they responded they just got a new one. I spoke with him - I just asked that they let me know the type or part number or whatever to get the trim - it had been a long time since they had done the work so I didn't expect them to install it I just didn't know what to get. After a few minutes of asking me about the previous repair where they didn't finish the job he asked if i owed them anything for the repairs - I said they were all under warranty and I was never asked to pay anything. He said he would investigate and call back the following day - that was 2 months ago - nothing. Avoid business with this company at all costs. I purchased my RV from Blue Dog RV and would have used them for service but they are 3 hours from me at this time. Beware of this service department - they talk a good talk but don't back up their work and I don't think they have staff that even understands the systems. read more

We were looking at fifth wheels and from the very start have felt disrespected from the Saleswomen we've been dealing with. We were working on a deal on a new 20023 that was listed higher than many 2024's and was treated like we were lying about the pricing we've seen. After going back and forth she rudely stated that we should just make an offer and we did but she kept trying to us to change how we presented it. We reworded our offer and did not hear a word for 2 business days. She once again tried to make us feel wrong so I sent her a deal worksheet from another dealer and she treated us like we were lying. She kept asking for the name of the dealer and MSRP which we provided and was shown on the dealers worksheet which was for the same model but was a new 2024. We were treated again like we were being jerks for wanting the best price possible. What's more she wouldn't even match the 2024 price for their 2023 which she claimed was loaded with extras, none of were listed online or via text. This is not our 1st rig and have never been treated rudely. I'm hoping at this point that her manager sees this and provides training in customer service. Also will be going to the out of state dealer to get the best price. read more

I have only been in possession of it for 3 months , the other 10 months it has been in the shop to fix 3 little issues...the t.v. , the toilet leaked and the rear gate seal leaked . I have been lied to , given the run around and have had horrible customer service. To date everything still has not been fixed , going on 11 months now. Hi everyone, I'm writing this to warn you about RVCountry as they sell leaky trailers and do not stand behind what they sell. In 2019 I bought a 2016 Forest River / EVO from them. With in a month the truck I had took a dump on me!!! So, I could not tow the trailer anywhere, so it's been in storage since! I have been going and checking on a couple of times a month and I could see no water damage. I wasn't putting the slide out as it was going nowhere well what I didn't realize there was a slight bend in the kitchen window, and it was leaking inside the wall under the kitchen cabinets onto the floor under the vinal into the middle of the Livingroom floor under the slide out so it couldn't be seen. I called them and they said bring it to them, so I towed it to Coburg, Or. they had it a month then gave me a price of over 8 G to fix it (again I have never used the trailer) so I think they should be fixing the leaky trailer for free as they sold me a leaky trailer to start with!!!! In my opinion they are thieves and don't care about ripping of the customers!!! If you agree with me, please call them at Paul Evert's RV Country 541-686-6044 and tell them to fix the trailer!!! Guy that did our walk smelled heavily of marijuana. Our brand now coach had to go in for some simple repair, when we picked it up whole coach reeked of marijuana. Someone had been looking thru cabinets and drawers. TV and sat setting were changed. None of which are related to the repair. read more

I am surprised this place is still in business. I have owned my RV for two years and I have fought them on every flaw they sold me. In the first year, it was in the shop being repaired more than I was able to use it. They lie to you, cheat you, and run from the phones. The sales manager sold me an RV with a protection warranty and when you try to claim to get it repaired, they say " that's not covered" and " sorry the other person no longer works here". Very, Very poor service. If you are lucky enough to be able to convince them to repair the defect, the RV will come out damaged and they will say" it was already there". After a while, I just got tired of fighting with them. In the future, I will work with any other dealer but them. read more

3 stars is that I understand people need to make a living but they also shouldn't exaggerate service promises. Well, we felt like the sales people were there for us but that could also be that they really just wanted to sell us a RV, who knows right. We knew there was a issue with the tank heater and it was decided in the sale they would repair it, great! During the sales process we were told we would get into the service department faster because we bought from them, sounded great right! So the service department did their said leak tests on the tanks before we picked up the RV. then we did a final walk through on day of pick up, that went ok found some small thing's broken & had the guy write them down to be fixed. They said the heat pad items are on order so they will contact us when to come in to get the item's installed, hey great because we're thinking this will be taken care of in a timely manner after the parts are in because of the we will put you first customer service promise. So now it's been a month now from day of pick up, so we called the Service department to see if the part was in. First a lady answered and said oh let me see and we hear this typing like we're supposed to think she's looking it up but it's only a recording and it keeps typing and typing and typing and typing and finally someone answers when we ask "is someone there?" Then a guy comes on "oh yeah, we just got it yesterday". So, the soonest they can get us in is 2 months from now and then they need the RV for 2 more weeks! . Seems obvious now to have set up the appointment when they order the part, like for 2 month out and if the part hadn't gotten in yet at that point rescheduled. I mean really am I supposed to be the one to bring all this up? Oh yeah I'm supposed to be customer service and I'm the customer. So they said the reasoning they can't get us in sooner is because this is their peak season, ok. We asked them to give us a call if they can fit us in sooner and they said they would, we'll see, and I will update this post when more happens. Im so hoping they redeem them selves, I just feel when someone spends this kind of money it should be better, but we will see. They have no ethics at all, in my opinion. They just out and out lied to us about the coverage of the service contract . Told us it was total coverage except for batteries and tires and it was not! Had to pay out $1,200 right off the start for repairs and they were not covered. Turned out there were many "exclusions" to the contract. So their office person either out and out lied or is so inept he does not know what he is selling. Would never admit wrong doing at all. We are a senior couple and my husband is a 20 year Vet. We would never purchase another RV from this lot ever again. My Boyfriend has been without a Refrigerator for 2 months. We have only owned it for 2 months. We have called these guys multiple times and they have blown us off. Everything is under Warranty. They forgot to order the part and now they said its ordered but this has been going on for 2 months. There Repair Dept is Horrible. They do not Return calls. I do not recommend this Company to anyone. And yes we are still waiting. This Brand New ToyHauler needs Repaired. Next time we again looked at quite a few, including the Entegra we love. Still not a sole asked to help. we bought a used grand design rv from rv country, it was only a year old and lightly used. I was informed that the trailer would have a full safety inspection before we could take possession. took it on our first trip this weekend and while I was getting it set up I noticed that both wheel hub covers were missing on one side. took a closer look and found that both dust covers were off and wedged in the cap for the center of the wheel. I jacked the trailer up and removed the tire so I could replace the wheel bearing dust cover. found the castle nut, that holds the entire wheel and hub onto the trailer was only on about 2-3 threads and the Kotter key was not even bent at all. the hub was very loose and wobbly. this was the same on the other wheel on the same side.the other side was fine. I was able to fix this myself and get home safely but this endanged my wife and me as well as anyone that we were near if the wheel would have come off not to mention the property damage if the wheel would have come off. this type of carelessness and unprofessionalism should not be acceptable and anyone that does this type of work should not be allowed to continue putting people and equipment in danger with their shitty work and mindlessness. I would not trust this place to fix me a sandwich much less work on any of my equipment again. read more

Purchased a 2014 Dutchman 3200 from them. Multiple issues in process. Blame can be laid at my feet for not doing a complete inspection. I called them days before I wanted to inspect unit. I arrived and unit had no power what so ever. Nor was it going to be an easy process to get power to unit. I inspected what I could. I found no leaks or structure issues. I was assured by sales dept that everything was working. I worked with them and we agreed upon a price. I came back a week later and picked up unit. This time unit had power. Service department assured me everything was working. I did some quick checks.I did not notice that microwave did not heat anything. I noticed this later. I had specified a specific high end battery set that service department reported to me they could get a great price on. After I finally got to looking at batteries I found I got the low end battery for the high end price, great, ugh. After using unit for a week I found multiple problems that should have been caught by service department. If I had done a more complete inspection I would have stuck to my first offer. I contacted sales with all the issues found. They basically gave me lip service that they would repair said items. I was redirected to service department to arrange repairs at their convenience. In the meantime I repaired the items needed to keep trailer in service. No follow up has occurred by Rv Country. Title transfer department at corporate office in Fresno was very helpful. read more

I really wish that I'd checked their reviews before doing business with them. I was hesitant to write this poor review because I wanted to give them every opportunity to keep their word to me. I purchased an upper end RV from them that isn't what they are used to selling. They literally knew nothing about running this thing and after purchasing it they sent me on my merry way without any books that should go with it and without instructions. My salesman Mike Black was courteous and nice but just kept passing the buck onto the service department who never returned my calls or kept their promises. I've had a few folks down there promise to at least mail me a hard copy of the manual so I can figure out its complex system. It's much different than all of the past RVs that I have owned. It's been several months and I gave up trying. I'm now dealing with the manufacturers. read more

I actually told my spouse that I really didn't want to stop again but we were looking for our sons Rv a few years after we got our Rv (from a very nice lot)While shopping for a second home on wheels we spent numerous hours on the internet and driving hours from home to see if it's a good fit. We have looked at many lots and most people just let you walk around til you see something and they were the same until we ask for pricing and then they are very stern on pricing not willing to negotiate actually told us to go buy somewhere else when we said we seen the same Rv online . Rude and the first time they were rude the salesman said have you been pre approved and we had just started our search so we had not but that wasn't a problem but the salesman said awe just come back when you know . Well I thought I was getting a great deal on a brand new unit and it has been a nightmare ever since. Service has had my unit for about 3-4 of the 8 months I've owned it and it still has the same problems. I've contacted a lawyer and let them know that I have but I was advised to go to sales from the service department and see what they could do before I go the legal route so I head over to sales. Explain my situation to the sales managers and he says we have a couple options keep trying to fix it or get us into a new unit that actually works. Well I spend 3hrs looking around and find the one that is going to work and get told by the sales manager that I'm going to have to roll $18k over from my current unit due to depreciation onto my new unit I was looking at. So in the 8 months I've owned it it went from $44k to a value to RV Country of $18k So basically 8 months of agony and in and out of service I am stuck with this pile unless I want to lose $18k in 8 months mind you they have had it for 3-4 of those months. Absolutely disappointed and looks like I will have to go the legal route vice working with RV country to get a resolution that took my money no problem and sold me a leaking pile. Obviously once this all settle I won't be back to by a unit from them. Its all about getting your money and once they get it they don't care too much of the quality of the product they sold you nor the major issues you have been having. Update: August 1st, 2019 will be one year that I purchased this unit and still out of the entire year I've owned and paid on it, I've only had the unit in my possession for 45 days out of this last year. Heartland is basically telling me to pound sand that I've denied the unit and the dealer advised them that there were no issues. Well I still have stains on my carpet and when the slide out flooded the kitchen for god knows how many days it now causes my floor to flex when you walk on it where the water was sitting on my floor. I get told by RV country's service rep that I'm just seeing things and reading into things. Then he goes to walk out looks back and tells me "oh your right it's really sinking when you step there". Then I receive a call saying they checked everything and that there is nothing wrong but they offered heartland a alternative fix. Hmmm if nothing is wrong what needs to be fixed? Also during that call we get told that they have multiple $100k+ units on there lot that do that. Which is weird because my floor never flexed until my unit flooded. I guess moral of the story is RV country works with the manufacturers and supports there cause more then the customers so here I am stuck with a unit that I've had in my possession 45 days in year and RV country is tending to be more sides with the manufacturers vice the customers they stick with brand new units that had issues in the day of delivery. read more

We were contacted by the new general manger of Paul Evert's RV in Coburg, OR due to a negative rating we had left on their FB site In February 2018. In May 2016 we had purchased a 2000 Itasca motor home from them but found out after the purchase that the diesel engine was bad and needed replaced. We had the engine replaced as well as some other service at another shop they recommended. Our bill was over $13,000, and Paul Evert's RV would not pay any of the bill, nor refund even part of our purchase price even though we verified that the engine was bad before we purchased the unit. The general manager offered to give us a discount on our next service only. We don't plan to do any future business with this dealership, and we recommend that people avoid this company at all cost.They are only interested in making a sale.There appears to be no honesty in their personnel or business practices. read more

My husband and I purchased a new 2022 5th wheel and had nothing but issues with the finance department. He had to re-print our contract three times, even then we had to go back because they messed up our address. Weeks after our paperwork was signed, they stated we still owed them $5000. We disputed this and finally over a month of having the 5th wheel, the finance person figured out HIS error. This was disputed all the way up to the corporate office regarding all of the incompetence's and was told it was a legal binding document so we were out of luck. I cannot say how disappointed I was in the lack of customer service this department and upper corporate manage error. Almost two months later we are paying on two RV's because they still have yet to pay off the trade in. We have since signed a new contract, realizing they are only looking out for themselves and not their customers. I would never recommend this company for purchasing!!!!! read more

We're driving to California and needed help with an electrical problem on aSaturday night. I called RV country because we had stopped in there before and they were really helpful. I talked to Rich on the phone and he encouraged us to stop by if we got there before the end of the day. We were greeted by three happy guys. Andy went right to work to pinpoint the problem. He was able pinpoint the problem in short order and before we knew it we were on the road. They were super helpful and we are really grateful to them. They saved us a lot of time and from having to sleep without a heater tonight. read more

My Husband and I purchased a new 2016 5th wheel a year ago from the Coburg OR site. Purchasing was easy, Mike followed through with everything and we got a great deal. So why the bad review? After the sale there were a few minor things that needed to be fixed and here is where the great service stops!! Our first experience was so bad that my husband actually had to get up and walk out of the office leaving me to finish the conversation. Not once has the service staff done what they promised, each time we arrive to pick it up one or two of the items on the list were not completed. They say they will call back but do not! I have talked to them about our frustration, you would think that would help but NO! I do not know if this is just the staff at this location or at multiple locations? I have left reviews on their site, I would get an automated reply stating that I would get a call from their customer service dept. but they never call. So bottom line - buyer beware, I love my trailer but if I had to do it over again I would have made sure to read the reviews on their service AFTER the sale before buying from them. DON'T CONSIGN YOUR RV AT PAUL EVERT'S RV COLBURG, OR! We consigned our motor home with them in August, 2015. Since they placed such a large price on it, it did not sell and we requested it back at the end of the 90-day contract. When we received it back, it was in terrible condition with a horrible odor. We left messages for Jim Hardy who is a manager to call back and then e-mailed Winnie Anderson, the Sales Manager with this complaint and we did not receive any responses back. This is what was written in the e-mail: "First of all, the coach was very filthy and the wind shied wiper was broke which was not the condition that it was in when we consigned it with Paul Evert's. We took pictures while there by the pilot gas station when it was returned to us on November 16, 2015. I also looked into the engine compartment and noticed there was a honey-like substance in the overflow jar from the radiator and Matt, the driver, said that was just overflow of radiator fluid. Then when I started to drive the coach, the transmission information on the dashboard was changing from one gear to another which concerned me driving the coach so I called our local mechanic who has completed most of the maintenance on our coach since we purchased it in 2010, Dave at Oregon Light Truck & RV at 541-830-8005, to see if I could bring the rig in there as did not want to even drive it home in that condition. I received a call from Dave the following day that there was water in the transmission and was not showing any transmission fluid on the dipstick. He told us that the Allison transmission along with the radiator needed to be replaced. My question is, if you are driving the coach long distances to Sparks, NV from Coburg, OR where you had it at a show, why wouldn't you check the fluid levels before you make such a trip or return from the trip? ? Also why would you allow a driver to drive a coach with a broken driver's side windshield wiper in increment weather." Now we find the radio and hot water heater also do not work. Wires were pulled out under the dash and just left there as the GPS was taken along with the wiring. read more

With out any doubt this by far is the worst RV dealership I have dealt with. They have no customer service and will lie about a product line when not sure about what they are selling. I purchased a Monaco Knight and if I knew then what I know now, that RV should have never been sold with all the problems it has. This has turned out to be a nightmare and now I'm stuck with a lemon and I'm sure it was known to be one by some of the staff and particularly the sales manager Alan Page who was the root of all my problems.
