Suburban hot water heater replacement. Called Rafe about installing a hot water heater in our RV. He came out a couple days later. The water heater wasn't exactly like the original. Rafe checked it out, made some modifications and it works great. This is the 2nd time we've needed ABC Mobile to come and make a repair. Really happy with Rafes work. After trying out KC trailers on hwy 99 and not getting the service we paid for we decided to give ABC a try. We made a good choice and I'm happy to report the heater is working!!! Rafe was very professional, got the job done very quickly and it we are very happy with his service. Highly recommend ABC for all your RV repairs. Rafe found a mouse nest in the heater area, I guess KC trailer was too busy to actually look at the heater bc Rafe found as soon as he looked in the heating area. Go figure, something small but worth the money. We paid $170 at KC trailers for them to do nothing and paid Rafe $230 and he came to our house within 3 days of calling him with our issue. So worth it!!! This guy has earned our business and we look forward to telling others about his wonderful business. So call Rafe when something in your RV needs attention. DO NOT USE THIS GUY! He was rude and complained the whole time. He put a dent in my freezer and denied it. Then he put scratch marks in our deck from moving the refrigerator out to repair. He is very careless and doesn't respect others property. Will not use again. read more

Avoid this company. They came out and did the work ok--although the man was disinterested and unfriendly--but it turns out they charged me for work that was under warranty and $40 for a part that was supposed to be free. When I found this out through the manufacturer I called ABC back five times, he would listen, take down serial numbers and say he would "look into it" and then do absolutely nothing. I would call him back and again and he would say he could not find the information and ask for it again and say that he would look into it. This went on for weeks. He never had any intention of making it right. Why would he, he knew when he did the work it was under warranty and that the part should have been free and he charged me for labor and the part anyway. ABC was recommended to me by a local RV shop that does not do mobile repairs, I'm going to call them and let them know what he did, I'm going to call the Better Business Bureau and report him, and I'm going to call the Manufacturer who is represented badly and let them know. I would strongly recommended that you find another company. read more

I've called Rafe twice now for issues with my heater and air conditioner. He troubleshot my heater and fixed it within an hour, and he came up with a fix for my odd AC drainage issue. He's always been on time, very knowledgeable, and charges fair prices. I've also heard good reviews from other neighbors who have used his services. I found Rafe through a referral and I highly recommend his work. I had an issue with an electric lift-top pop-up truck camper. He knew exactly how to troubleshoot the problem. Explaining the issue to me, I ordered the parts and after receiving the parts (slow UPS due to Corona Virus) he made himself available a few days later to complete the fix. We were so pleased with ABC Mobile Rv work. I had read reviews for camping world and they were not good. One lady dealt with ABC mobile RV and was very pleased with his response and his work. I called him and gave him the campground info and he was here in 10 min. We were lucky to catch him between jobs. He fixed our electrical, screen door and main door and heater. He was ALOT cheaper than Camping World would have been. He came and got the job done. You know when you take Rv's etc to dealers your trailer could be there for days to justify the expense. WARNING! So I am so enraged with Rafe (ABC Mobile Rv repair) that I had to create a profile to leave my first yelp review. My RV trailer has water damage in two places because Rafe decided to cut corners and not seal the roof of my trailer when I paid him to "re-seal" my trailer, about a year ago. At the time of re-sealing my trailer he decided after the seals on the sides of my trailer took too long to scrape out, and that he under bid the job, the roof didn't need to be sealed. After about a year or so since I had him re-seal the trailer and I noticed a leak in the roof and he quickly came out to do a patch seal, of course free of charge (60 days ago) I was pretty irritated that he had not sealed the roof originally when he agreed he would re seal the trailer and that I was experiencing damage which was the whole point of paying to come out and re-seal anyway.....so I just realized that I have damage in another location where the old seal has apparently cracked.(60 days from last leak) I contacted a couple business's who do RV servicing and they claimed that when you typically re-seal a trailer the roof is the first part to be concerned about and should be included in a re seal unless specified before the job was started, not after, like I had assumed. I contacted Rafe and explained the situation and that I was frustrated I was having damage now and that I would accept for him to properly seal the trailer like should have been done the first time and not put off and wait until I realize the roof wasn't sealed to tell me the roof wasn't included in the bid. He told me he wouldn't do it for free that it would be over $700 and to have someone else do it. I let him know I would be back charging him for the proper repair, my attorney fees, and also for the damage that has taken place. Don't let this happen to you or your RV. -David read more
