We are limited based on the towing capacity of her SUV and it has to fit in our driveway - oh, and it has to have everything my wife wanted in it. After years of pushing off the idea of finding a trailer that would meet the needs of what my wife was wanting, we were finally seriously in the market for a trailer. We didn't have much luck for a couple years until we took a look at the Cloudbreaker units on Bish's lots. This is a pretty basic trailer. It has a bed, a wet bath, a sofa that folds into a bed, a bunk, and a small kitchen area. It also has two awnings, which is pretty cool. It is only 2,500 lbs so it can be towed by my wife's SUV even after she bought 8 million things to cram into the tiny trailer. So, we started asking about it. I talked to the General Sales Manager (Brandon) and he was very upfront about the costs and everything I wanted to know about the unit. My wife came by and looked at several of the Cloudbreakers, just in case one seemed to be in better condition than the others (they had 6 or 7 on the lot). I centered on one and Brandon got everything prepared paperwork-wise pretty quickly. I put down a deposit and gave Bish's a week to get a hefty load of items I wanted put onto the trailer, including the wiring and an electric brake controller, a back-up camera (an absolute MUST for new owners), I wanted sealed EFB batteries, which Bish's stocks, a friction bar (since we didn't put on a WD hitch), TV mount with a TV, and an electric tongue jack. When we came in for orientation, it took quite a while. We were hoping for it to be around 3-1/2 to 4 hours. There is a lunch that Service takes between 12 and 1pm, so it took closer to 5-1/2. We were able to have our orientation done, but the work had to be done on her SUV and such for the brake control. The rest of the items were on the unit and ready to go when we did our orientation. When we got back over to Sales for the rest of our paperwork, Derik was ready with it and went over it so we could get signed off. We got our trip permit and were ready to go. It was a very seamless transaction for us. We also got a deal on our insurance policy. Bish's has their own insurance group and they were able to work with Progressive. My RV is part of my Progressive total policy, but it was actually a bit cheaper than going to Progressive directly (I called them and got a quote). All in all, I was very pleased with my buying experience. Brandon and Derik made it fairly quick and painless. If I were in the market for another RV (and don't give my wife any ideas), I would go back to Bish's RV in Junction City and see what they have.

After dealing with other service centers, we were amazed at the professionalism of the company and their employees. They have resolved our issues each time, in a minimum amount of time. We have been RVing for over 30 years, and have never had a better experience with a service center. This is the only place you should consider if you need work done on your RV. Doug Beaudry, the service manager, and Bryan Gecko, the service technician made us feel special and resolved all issues quickly with minimal expense. We had another issue with our RV and Bryan arranged for us to get the coach in within a week and a half, even though they were booked up through the end of July. After several weeks of this and many times of not getting a call back, I contacted the Eugene Police, they suggested filing a complaint with the Oregon DMV. I ended up talking with an Oregon DMV Investigator who, after hearing my complaint, said she would call RV Sales of Oregon and get back to me. WOOOW, 20 minutes later she called me back and said we would have our money next week AND WE DID !!!

It took a couple months of preparing it because my wife was buying all sorts of stuff to cram into our 14' long trailer. Right before the trip, when looking at the only compartment bay that it has, we noticed one of the wood supports (the bed is right above the compartment) was broken in half. Over the course of the prep time, my wife had a couple minor things here and there that she wanted addressed, including our door lock that didn't work upon pick-up (the deadbolt did, though - so we could lock the door). She went with the kiddos to try it out for a few days. Once she returned, I got set up with Service quickly. Lance was my Service Advisor. I actually had a couple more things I wanted looked at because I had an unfortunate situation arise with the dumb valve as the black tank valve was entirely closed (there was an internal screw that was blocking it so it was a little bit open). Sounds about as fun as it was, although it was partially my fault because my wife offered me the gloves and I defiantly stated, "I don't need those - I know what I am doing!" (the latter of which will be on my tombstone one day). Anyway, I relayed all my issues to Lance. He knew exactly what could be fixed right away and which item would require warranty approval. He knew exactly what the issue was with the door lock and the fix to get it in perfect running order. We left it there to be worked on. I expected it to take a couple weeks with a potentially warranty approval (and those can take forever if the OEM drags their feet), but Lance called a few days later and said everything was done. I headed over and he walked me through everything. When I had a couple questions, he got the technician so it could be explained fully to me. Best of all, they didn't wait for the warranty approval - they just took care of one of the issues on their own dime. Definitely not expected. Overall, I had a great experience with Bish's RV Service. I didn't go through RVFix, though - I went straight to the Service center and got helped right away. And heck, Lance even washed my car! I thought the bikini was a little much, but he said it was included in the service. I'm not sure yellow is his color, but I appreciated the effort! (Okay, okay, so there was no car wash, but it was one of the most painless service experiences I've come across, so I wanted to a funny way to express that.)

The (instrument) cluster panel began going blank every time we hit a bump such as a bridge seam on the freeway. It happened over and over again gaining frequency. The panel would go black including the GPS, camera panel and would reboot each time. Finally it didn't reboot. Stayed black. We have a Tiffin authorized service center 30 or so miles from home. The RV Corral is 105 miles. Based on the reviews, we chose The RV Corral. We were not disappointed. We were ecstatic. Their senior tech Warren figured out our complex problem in 5 minutes. FIVE MINUTES. It was a loose ground. Service advisor Savannah and Service advisor Andy were fantastic. They have our business solid! You'll recognize Warren. He looks like Moses (LOL). And they were timely. We got service when we needed service. On the road with a problem? They will overnight the parts you need. Or help find a service shop near you. The person buying our 20 year old coach got a bargain. It worked perfectly when we sold it. And it still looked like new (They do paint touch ups also.)
