I consigned my motorhome to Summit RV and they had it sold in under 30 days! They followed through with every detail.

Premier RV of Oregon

We have stored our trailer at Premier for many years. We've loved the fact we could store indoors…read moreprotecting our trailer. Then, out of the blue, we received a voicemail (not anything in writing per the contract) telling us to be out in one month because they were tearing up our building and when it was rebuilt they were only catering to RVs. Do they have any idea how hard it is to find storage in one month? And indoor or even covered nearby is impossible. After all these years as loyal customers (we even overpaid for repair work there because we were so loyal) they treated us terribly. I know this is what is known as a "1st World Problem," but I am not sure you can trust ownership. I'm sure they don't care about small fry like us - and they'll fill up with million dollar rigs, but they need to know we will express our opinion based on how we were treated. Based on Premiers response, I would change my review to negative one star if I could. Clearly, they don't understand the concept of customer service. Of course they have the right to make a business decision to go in a different direction. But, clearly they knew this months in advance and chose not to tell us until a month out. We have been loyal customers for at least 7 years. A reputable company would have given its customers a heads up months in advance so we could begin the search for somewhere else. Instead, on such short notice, there is little available. We could have been on wait lists. My point to all Yelp readers is, would you trust someone like this?

I recently purchased a Country Coach from Premier RV of Oregon. I decided to go with Premier after…read morelooking at a couple of Coaches they had shown on their YouTube channel. Unfortunately, both coaches already had deposits down on them before we arrived to tour them. We had planned to look at 2 other Country Coaches at other dealers in the immediate area. I let Louie know this and he spent a good 30 minutes showing us what to look for and what it meant if we saw any of those things. Sure enough, both coaches had issues that the salesperson neglected to tell us until we pointed them out. One of them definitely had water damage (I could even see the stain and feel the soft spot underneath) and the salesperson continued to deny that there was ever a leak. That was the point that I decided I'd do business with Premier RV. Louie was completely transparent about the coaches and any issues with them (even issues they had already repaired). After 10 months of looking for the right coach through Premier RV, we found one that met most of our criteria. After speaking with Gary about the items that we had wanted but not included in the coach, he explained that they could customize the coach in house to meet our needs. I put down the deposit and Gary got to work on making the requested changes. There was a bodywork issue in the rear of the coach and Gary's crew did an amazing job of not only repairing it so it looks straight off the factory floor, but also looking for possible reasons it could have happened to ensure that it wasn't a manufacturing flaw (18 years later). I appreciate the extra effort to make sure this issue was not one that would pop up again a couple years after our purchase, that is the type of integrity Gary and his crew at Premier RV exemplify. Gary and Louie also enlisted one of their partners to do paint correction and ceramic sealing on the coach and the end result was simply mind blowing. When I walked into the building and saw the coach afterwards, I was slack jawed at how amazing it looked. Even employees who had worked at Country Coach building these beautiful coaches commented that the paint looked better than when it rolled off the line in 2007, a testament to how well and detail oriented the folks at Country Coach (many still working at Premier RV today) were in striving to build the best motor Coaches on the road. It also shows that not only does Premier RV strive to deliver the best service and support, but also pick partners that have the same ethos. I am now storing my coach at Premier RV as well, the storage facility is great and when we want to take a trip, we call Premier up and they have the coach out and waiting for us when we arrive, excellent customer service. All the employees I've had the pleasure of working with at Premier are amazing, technicians such as Chad and Dave are always willing to answer questions or remind me of how a system works when I have a senior moment. Everyone there, from the front desk, to the storage group to the parts department have been very pleasant and extremely helpful and accommodating. The level of customer service at Premier is one that other companies can only dream of achieving. If you're looking for a higher end coach and want to be assured that you'll be getting only the best, most well maintained coach available, you need to talk with Premier RV, they know their business and want to make each customer a customer for life, they certainly have one in me.

We live in the PNW and while trying to find our first travel trailer in Washington, we couldn't…read morelocate it anywhere locally. We finally located it at Bish's RV in Salt Lake City! I called the sales department at Bish's RV in Junction City, OR (they have many locations, but this was the closest to us) and spoke with their salesman, Chris Buystedt. He arranged for the RV to be transported to Junction City, worked with us on getting all paperwork in order prior to our arrival, had extra accessories we requested installed on the trailer before we arrived and was MOST pleasant, professional and helpful each and every time we talked on the phone! Arriving at Bish's RV in Junction City was a breeze! Chris immediately met us at the door with a broad smile, excited to see us as we were to see him!. He handed us some apparel from Bish's and we chatted for a bit. Then he walked us over to the Service Department where we could see our trailer for the first time (all we had seen were pictures up to this point)! We were like proud parents! There, the sales team took over, walked us through an orientation on our trailer, answered any questions we had, and then we proceeded over to the main showroom to sign the final paperwork. Upon entering the showroom, we were greeted with an array of sandwiches, chips and waters!! All for customers and potential customers of Bish's! Who does that?? BISH'S DOES! We met with Will in Finance to sign our docs and then proceeded back to Service to pick up our trailer to bring it home. Saw Chris one last time and thanked him profusely for making our purchase at Bish's a memorable one! We won't go anywhere else!! Thank you!

I was told it was nearly 400 dollars out of pocket to get an RV tech to look at it. They told me the warranty would only apply if I returned it to a dealership (not possible) and that RV techs cost 400 dollars before parts and and labor. That is to say, the onsite fee is 400 dollars. Bear in mind, I called a local RV tech and discussed this with him. He told me that this was a scam run by Bish and that RV tech minimum fee is 140 dollars. Bottom line, don't expect the dealer to stand by their . The warranty won't be worth much.
