Use caution and get everything in writing. I made a appointment last week. Showed up as agreed. I…read moreexplained my problem and concerns. Told Patrick the owner I was on a strict time line and said I would be back a 4 to get my truck. I left my name and number along with where I work. I showed up at 4 to find my truck not only not done and ready to go but the problems that I came in for not addressed or fixed. When I left the truck I stated I had four areas of issue and priorities to fix. Instead of fixing the problems ie non functional Trailer plugs he installed a new controller stating cause my was older it didn't work. I asked if he fixed the cut wire under the frame. No was the reply. Then how do we know the controller is/was bad? Second he cut a new hole inside the bed and installed a new plug that wasn't needed or asked for and is not even wired up. Just left wires hanging under bed with zip ties. At this point I was left with no option but to except a non working Trailer pug issue And take the truck due to prior commitments and a 57 mile drive home. I was very clear and explained my needs when I left the truck. I left disappointed and feeling ripped off. Who is going to fix the hole for the unneeded plug in my bed? My wiring isn't fixed. My trailer brakes don't work. I feel like if I had just gone to ford to have a factory plug installed this might have ended better. Maybe not but I would feel like I had more recourse than just writing a review. Choose wisely and be warned. All I got was a pat on the back and being told I have a huge truck and a small wallet.

After calling a few other places to get a hitch installed on my 2013 Ford Explorer, there was no…read morequestion I would be taking it to Patrick to get the job done. Not only did he have the best price but he took the time to actually talk to me like a human being. Very personable and extremely talented. My install was easy compared to some of the amazing fabrication work that he can do. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Go see Patrick and you will not be disappointed.

I am very pleased with my first business dealings with Peace of Mind Mobile RV Repair. I needed…read morethem to come to my house where I have my RV so they could show me how to properly use the dump station that my husband had set up in our RV garage. He did all the routine RV maintenance, and since he recently passed away, I needed to understand what maintenance was critical and also to learn how to carry out routine upkeep on the RV. I also had noticed a regular beeping sound, but didn't know where it was coming from. Chris found out it was the LPG detector and removed it, letting me know it was past its prime and needed to be replaced. He also noticed that the drain hose for the black and grey water tanks had a leak. And even more critical, he noticed a bulge in one of the 12-Volt batteries and recommended its replacement Chris was patient with all my questions and offered much needed information for areas that I didn't even know what questions I should ask! I look forward to taking my RV to Peace of Mind's business site to have the necessary work done when the parts are in, and I'm sure I will be a regular customer for routine maintenance in the future. It really gives me peace of mind to know experts are taking care of my RV! 5 stars to Chris and Peace of Mind!

We had a technician work on our RV & indicated that a wall outlet was burnt & he said it was ok &…read moresafe. It was in the detailed report that we discussed it. A few weeks later it caught on fire!!! The owner was so incredibly rude, told us to find someone else & she hung up on me. We paid for a 2 visit fee & only used 1. We have reached out 3-4 times & being totally shunned. We have been so mistreated that even though our new heater (that was approved by the technician to be safe) is toast as well as a melted outlet. It's really a bummer to be treated so unprofessionally & all we want is to either use our prepaid 2nd visit -OR- to be credited the $95 that wasn't used. Please reconsider using this business if you don't want to be mistreated or screwed over by being hung up on saying it's not their problem. Awful!!!!?

DO NOT BUY a trailer from these guys. They seem very nice. I think John is an excellent cabinet…read moremaker but i need a trailer. I think they both need a business manager. I posted a photo of my trailer being loaded on a tow truck. I posted another of the delaminated interior. I got to camp in it a total of 18 days before the axel broke off. Luckily I was driving an F150 4X4 and not a Subaru. Getting it off Vancouver Island and back to the US was an experience. The next time it broke I was luckily able to tow it. Both times it has cost me hotel and travel expenses. The first time there was also towing, uhaul and ferry costs too. The wheels had to be replaced at nine months. To sum up, in the first six months I owned it the axel broke off, the wheels completely rusted and one entire side delaminated from water damage. I've actually camped in it a total of 22 days. For $20k there's a lot more vacation fun i could be having. I have more photos, many receipts and witnesses. I spent nearly $20,000 on this teardrop trailer and it has been in their shop for repairs for the two summers I have "owned" it. I did get to have it for the winter but who the heck camps in winter? I live in the Pacific Northwest, not the equator. Their communication and business skills are terrible. I'm really fed up. I've never written scathing reviews in my life but I'm about to look for an attorney.

No communications, she was…read moreforever having to deal with disappointment after disappointment, down l right lies from the owners. These people should not have started trying to make trailers. I am enc outraging my sister to hired a lawyer, have them buy it back return money, or have a professional go though and fix it all. Top bar rack came loose was about to fall off ( first day on road), could have gone though a windshield. Cabinets doors out of alignment, put to big of storage box on front and the poorest quality I have ever seen, Wrong hinge on back door, leaks, they added a bunch of silicone to fit it, but didn't silicone job is a mess, sheet metal wrinkled on the side debris left behind where they worked. Delay, delay delay. My sister drove all the way up from northern CA, only to find it wasn't finished, they couldn't get their stories right. I do hope no one buys one of these. I am a mechanic and repair homes and rv's, I can tell you, you do not want a rig from this place.
