DO NOT BUY a trailer from these guys. They seem very nice. I think John is an excellent cabinet…read moremaker but i need a trailer. I think they both need a business manager. I posted a photo of my trailer being loaded on a tow truck. I posted another of the delaminated interior. I got to camp in it a total of 18 days before the axel broke off. Luckily I was driving an F150 4X4 and not a Subaru. Getting it off Vancouver Island and back to the US was an experience. The next time it broke I was luckily able to tow it. Both times it has cost me hotel and travel expenses. The first time there was also towing, uhaul and ferry costs too. The wheels had to be replaced at nine months. To sum up, in the first six months I owned it the axel broke off, the wheels completely rusted and one entire side delaminated from water damage. I've actually camped in it a total of 22 days. For $20k there's a lot more vacation fun i could be having. I have more photos, many receipts and witnesses. I spent nearly $20,000 on this teardrop trailer and it has been in their shop for repairs for the two summers I have "owned" it. I did get to have it for the winter but who the heck camps in winter? I live in the Pacific Northwest, not the equator. Their communication and business skills are terrible. I'm really fed up. I've never written scathing reviews in my life but I'm about to look for an attorney.

If your looking for excellent/professional work this is the place…read more The mgmt needs a lot of work though, 1. Called them in oct to get an idea of timing, costs, etc., and stated I would be back in April. Pulled my Cozy to Eugene from Reno. Upon arrival I got tag tag teamed by the brothers. Oh no" storage is 25.00 a month, my brother says we got to charge that". That's fine but could have pulled it up there in the spring when we planned to do the work and saved 150$ So I leave it there in Eugene. Around Feb I start calling them, I called, text, email, call again no response. Now I'm worried. Eventually, around March without any paperwork or conversation about what to do and more important "How Much", they send a bill. No discussion on why, just here pay it. As they have my cozy in another state I don't want problems. I Drive to Eugene to pick it up. Soon after my arrival and a discussion on my complaints, I get ready to go and WALLA! They lost the keys. They tell me they accidentally gave them to a another guy. An hour later they find them under the desk in the office So, really great work but the hassle that went with it and the whoops I got to charge ya rent deal has soured me.. don't think I'll go back and if you go, get it in writing.

UPDATE: 09/11/23…read more NEW REVIEW WITH CARGO TRAILER: I used to buy all my cargo trailers up north but after the awesome experience I had with Diamond K when I bought my dump trailer I decided to swing by and see what they had. Shane was my salesperson before and he was super helpful telling me what he had in inventory before I came down. I was originally looking for a 6x12 budget cargo trailer but when it was all said and done I left with a 7x14 CargoPro Stealth with 9" extra height, aluminum frame and 12' extended length tongue. Shane listened to what I was looking for and helped me change my mind without trying to make me buy something else. These guys always say it like it is and I never feel pressured to buy. They'll sell you whatever you want to buy but they always try to educate along the way which I love. There is so much room in this trailer it's unreal and the height inside is so tall I cannot touch the ceiling (I"m 5' 8") which is great and will allow me to hang so many things overhead. Moving on to the rest of my review. The first time I came to look Shane had a 6x12 up front and ready to go that was exactly what I originally wanted. They have so much inventory it's crazy so he had it pulled up and ready to take home but I ended up taking a night to think over everything he told/showed me about the larger trailer I ended up buying. On Saturday I called to let them know I'm on my way to buy the 7x14 if it was still available. When I got there it was waiting up front with my name on it and the shop techs were making sure it was ready to go. I said, "I'll take it" and about 20 minutes later the paperwork was complete and while I was doing that the shop techs were removing the factory trailer jack with a different one that wouldn't hit my tailgate. Dee Dee (not sure how to spell her name) Shane, Mitch and Chelsea plus all the shop techs are always on it, polite and fun to BS with. I love this place because their prices are good and they make the transaction easy to get in and get out. ORIGINAL REVIEW WITH DUMP TRAILER DECEMBER 2021: Everyone here was great to work with. Shane was my sales rep over the phone and in person. When I arrived they were super busy with customers everywhere, the rain was coming down, it was freezing cold and every employee from the owner to the guys that put them together were making sure everyone got what they needed. I picked out my trailer, the purchase order was done in 5 minutes, they took my money and I was out the door in record time. Everyone was awesome to work with but I really have to hand it to the guys that put them together, hook you up and do the safety checklist before you can leave. They were on it and busting their butt in the worst weather and they did it with a smile on their face - I was impressed!!

I called them every two weeks for 9 month and was always told some excuse or another. Finally a new manager called me to let me know that my order has never been processed. So this guy promised me the trailer in no less than a month and by this time the same product was priced $ 3000 Dollars higher, than previously agreed upon. I reluctantly agreed to the price and gave him another deposit! Stupid me. Two month later - still no trailer and I gave up and bought the same trailer from another company in California. Now, they are refusing and or ignoring my request of a refund for my deposit. I will never buy from those unprofessional people again. Very poor customer service and their staff appear clueless.
