I am very pleased with my first business dealings with Peace of Mind Mobile RV Repair. I needed…read morethem to come to my house where I have my RV so they could show me how to properly use the dump station that my husband had set up in our RV garage. He did all the routine RV maintenance, and since he recently passed away, I needed to understand what maintenance was critical and also to learn how to carry out routine upkeep on the RV. I also had noticed a regular beeping sound, but didn't know where it was coming from. Chris found out it was the LPG detector and removed it, letting me know it was past its prime and needed to be replaced. He also noticed that the drain hose for the black and grey water tanks had a leak. And even more critical, he noticed a bulge in one of the 12-Volt batteries and recommended its replacement Chris was patient with all my questions and offered much needed information for areas that I didn't even know what questions I should ask! I look forward to taking my RV to Peace of Mind's business site to have the necessary work done when the parts are in, and I'm sure I will be a regular customer for routine maintenance in the future. It really gives me peace of mind to know experts are taking care of my RV! 5 stars to Chris and Peace of Mind!

I posted a photo of my trailer being loaded on a tow truck. I posted another of the delaminated interior. I got to camp in it a total of 18 days before the axel broke off. Luckily I was driving an F150 4X4 and not a Subaru. Getting it off Vancouver Island and back to the US was an experience. The next time it broke I was luckily able to tow it. Both times it has cost me hotel and travel expenses. The first time there was also towing, uhaul and ferry costs too. The wheels had to be replaced at nine months. To sum up, in the first six months I owned it the axel broke off, the wheels completely rusted and one entire side delaminated from water damage. I've actually camped in it a total of 22 days. For $20k there's a lot more vacation fun i could be having. I have more photos, many receipts and witnesses. I spent nearly $20,000 on this teardrop trailer and it has been in their shop for repairs for the two summers I have "owned" it. I did get to have it for the winter but who the heck camps in winter? I live in the Pacific Northwest, not the equator. Their communication and business skills are terrible. I'm really fed up. I've never written scathing reviews in my life but I'm about to look for an attorney.

Called them in oct to get an idea of timing, costs, etc., and stated I would be back in April. Pulled my Cozy to Eugene from Reno. Upon arrival I got tag tag teamed by the brothers. Oh no" storage is 25.00 a month, my brother says we got to charge that". That's fine but could have pulled it up there in the spring when we planned to do the work and saved 150$ So I leave it there in Eugene. Around Feb I start calling them, I called, text, email, call again no response. Now I'm worried. Eventually, around March without any paperwork or conversation about what to do and more important "How Much", they send a bill. No discussion on why, just here pay it. As they have my cozy in another state I don't want problems. I Drive to Eugene to pick it up. Soon after my arrival and a discussion on my complaints, I get ready to go and WALLA! They lost the keys. They tell me they accidentally gave them to a another guy. An hour later they find them under the desk in the office So, really great work but the hassle that went with it and the whoops I got to charge ya rent deal has soured me.. don't think I'll go back and if you go, get it in writing.

Said somebody had broken into their lot and stole my battery. They replaced that but they acted like they didn't know why my paint was all torn up on the rear cap. Turns out it was from the people who stole it, slinging gravel in a flatbed. Made them pay for it Ridiculous that an RV would have 44 defects in it brand new. Even more ridiculous that these idiots would keep it a year trying to figure it out. I'm not talking to anything major or structural.. When I pick the unit up, they had a fat bill attached to it. What's that about? It's under warranty. Incompetent rip off artists Stay away Edit: in response to the "business owners" comments. Yes sir, are covering your rear, as I could not forget such a circumstance. If you're at 2400 W. 7th Ave., in Eugene, that's you. I don't care if you have records of a break in or not, your insurance paid for it. Before I pick up my unit, I had to call out the big guns of your dealership to administrate the mess and pare down the stupid bill to something more reasonable for the few items Warranty didn't cover. One guy got fired over it. Another one of the GS family members who served as an advocate to sort out the BS got demoted afterward (well that's what he told me ) because his decisions were viewed as losing money. You may not work on Keystone anymore, but you sure the hell did then. You guys even called and tried to get me to accept cheap interstate batteries after my two expensive Centennial 6 V golf cart batteries were stolen. Snakes. Paint repair and fiberglass repair on my rear cap work was done by the business adjacent (practically inside the fence) to your back parking lot . Oh, it was you alright. I would keep quiet if I were you because anything you say further is simply a lie of convenience and CYA. What responsibility or credibility is built upon. Something woefully lacking in the RV Repair business.
