UPDATE: 09/11/23 NEW REVIEW WITH CARGO TRAILER: I used to buy all my cargo trailers up north but after the awesome experience I had with Diamond K when I bought my dump trailer I decided to swing by and see what they had. Shane was my salesperson before and he was super helpful telling me what he had in inventory before I came down. I was originally looking for a 6x12 budget cargo trailer but when it was all said and done I left with a 7x14 CargoPro Stealth with 9" extra height, aluminum frame and 12' extended length tongue. Shane listened to what I was looking for and helped me change my mind without trying to make me buy something else. These guys always say it like it is and I never feel pressured to buy. They'll sell you whatever you want to buy but they always try to educate along the way which I love. There is so much room in this trailer it's unreal and the height inside is so tall I cannot touch the ceiling (I"m 5' 8") which is great and will allow me to hang so many things overhead. Moving on to the rest of my review. The first time I came to look Shane had a 6x12 up front and ready to go that was exactly what I originally wanted. They have so much inventory it's crazy so he had it pulled up and ready to take home but I ended up taking a night to think over everything he told/showed me about the larger trailer I ended up buying. On Saturday I called to let them know I'm on my way to buy the 7x14 if it was still available. When I got there it was waiting up front with my name on it and the shop techs were making sure it was ready to go. I said, "I'll take it" and about 20 minutes later the paperwork was complete and while I was doing that the shop techs were removing the factory trailer jack with a different one that wouldn't hit my tailgate. Dee Dee (not sure how to spell her name) Shane, Mitch and Chelsea plus all the shop techs are always on it, polite and fun to BS with. I love this place because their prices are good and they make the transaction easy to get in and get out. ORIGINAL REVIEW WITH DUMP TRAILER DECEMBER 2021: Everyone here was great to work with. Shane was my sales rep over the phone and in person. When I arrived they were super busy with customers everywhere, the rain was coming down, it was freezing cold and every employee from the owner to the guys that put them together were making sure everyone got what they needed. I picked out my trailer, the purchase order was done in 5 minutes, they took my money and I was out the door in record time. Everyone was awesome to work with but I really have to hand it to the guys that put them together, hook you up and do the safety checklist before you can leave. The only other thing that was a slight disappointment was that we picked up a brand new stock trailer and it was really dirty, like it had been sitting out for a long time. Purchased an enclosed cargo trailer, brand name was "Look". Not as well built as I had wanted, but it was inexpensive and I quickly needed a 10' foot enclosed cargo rig. Immediately upon disconnecting at home, I noticed that the Screw-Jack was being difficult. I figured it needed some use, so I didn't say anything. Exactly one month goes by, (while I'm building out the trailer for my business), I used the Jack about 3 time's. Now, It's completely binding AND at present, it's "completely inoperable". So... I leave a simple email message explaining that the Jack is defective and I'll need a new one. (I also called in the next day and was told someone would call me back. No call). Finally, late in the day or next day, cannot remember, Someone named Royal responded to my email. Here's the deal... This guy immediately went into excuses in the email, he begins by explaining why the jack wasn't working properly. Also explaining that these jacks sometimes get bound up because the foot will twist and a certain nut gets caught up or something.... WHAT!? They obviously "Know Exactly What's Going On" as I didn't even give them any information about the foot... He then continues writing that the Jack is a common Jack Used on Many Trailers and I would need to send him pictures so he could forward the pictures to the manufacturer, so they could make a decision on replacing it or not. Royal... You must be the "Worst Poker Player in History" That is the lamest Non-Customer Service line of crap I've ever heard! Let's just part ways here, Not interested in spending time with people like you. "Now Attempting" to make it right after you attempt to scam someone doesn't work with me. Needless to say... Dishonest company!!! The staff appear to not know where paperwork is and appeared to be clueless when I had questions. They blamed it on reorganizing the business, which is no excuse, plus their offices are just filthy and overcrowded, no wonder why they cant find anything. Never will go back and will recommend that people find a different trailer dealer that actually know what they are doing. It took me five months to write this review because it seems like every negative review they get they have to argue with why you are wrong and they are right. Definitely not professional. read more

I have been trying to get a cylinder fixed for 3 months on my new trailer. If there is an issue, don't plan on them standing behind their product. There are too many other trailer dealers in town to have such poor service. read more

They were very nice while I was purchasing a $14,000.00 trailer, but that is were it ended. After the purchase they NEVER delivered on what they promised. Which included fixing 2 boards that were warped when purchased. Still haven't been fixed 4 months later. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Purchased a trailer a few years ago, sale went fine. Problem the side door got damaged. We live out of the area so having a local company replacing the door for the insurance company. Well the local repair company has called Diamond K Sales 4 times to get a door ordered and they have not called him back. We called once and still no return call. I spent over $14,000 on a trailer. When I received it there was a dead battery for the power tail, 2 boards were warped and the trailer was filthy. Derek said he would register the trailer with the DMV and bring us the plates and replace the boards at no charge. After more than 4 months and 7 phone calls including talking to John, and leaving 2 messages for Royal, still no plates and no boards. Finally I drove the 40 minutes and talked to Royal, expecting him to just do what was promised. Instead he said I had to pay for and file with DMV myself. Not what I was promised. HE ALSO SAID HE WOULD BRING ME THE BOARDS, but said he could not install them because he didn't have the correct tool, REALLY!?! He owns a trailer company. How am I supposed to change the boards if he can't. That was over a month ago and still no boards. I have never dealt with a company that is so bad at returning calls, communicating with customers and doing what they promised. There appears to be a major lack of integrity within this company. I would recommend giving your hard earned money to someone else. read more

Please be advised if you have the miss fortune of doing business with Diamond K be prepared to have absolutely no post sales service. I called repeatedly about a dent in my trailer pre-delivery and was told they would take care of it. I actually have a picture of the owner standing next to the dent assuring me that they would take care of it. They have Never responded to or returned a single phone call since I drove away that day. Then the inside lights did not work on my trailer and I called and left messages and never heard back. To top it all off, I get a call from the Oregon Department of Transportation Investigator because they repeatedly miss filed paperwork and are being fined for multiple violations. My advise is that there are many other places to buy trailers and it would be difficult for them to be as bad as this one! read more
