Communication is horrible, HORrible! Trying to get them to communicate via email, or return phone calls is damn near impossible. The account started on under someone else's name, and I've asked at least half a dozen times to switch it to my name, and they still haven't done it. Even this review went to the other party, long after the services have been completed. Right on the website has a 'text us' option, but they haven't downloaded the technology to make that happen, so texts just disappear into the void. Another communication dive! Communication between customer/front of the house/& tech is so crappy, that A. Both my keys and paperwork were misplaced and B. Calls for a pick up eta were returned to the wrong person C. only half of my job was finished. After talking with Brent *directly*, he understood exactly what I wanted, and from there everything went smooth, HE did a great job, but dealing with front of the house was absolutely a nightmare and I'm considering taking my rv down to Junction City for its next job instead returning to this catastrophe of an office. read more

We bought a ORV here in 2023. Was a good experience with Brian. Then... it all went downhill quickly. New ownership, Brian left (and I don't blame him now!). Our RV had many significant warranty issues. As mentioned on many other reviews, their parts and service department is a JOKE. The staff running it can be incredibly rude and unprofessional. We tried to talk to the new manager of both locations about the issues, she didn't help and we kept trying with the parts dept to no avail. We finally gave up and started working with the factory. They did not forward the correct warranty information to the factory and if it wasn't for our good records many repairs would have never been fixed. Or cost us thousands and thousands of dollars to fix ourselves (when it was a warranty issues). Thankfully ORV took care of these at the factory. I would recommend finding another dealer or if you do buy from here, KEEP GOOD Records! You will likely need them to get warranty work completed. read more

Took my rv in for inspection and potential repairs. Rv is totaled. Copart has been trying for at least a week to get someone to call them back so they can pick up the rv. No return calls, not even a reply text. Even if they are short handed I can't imagine they are so busy they can't make a call or even text to communicate. I don't have an Rv anymore, but if I did I wouldn't bring it here. Also they tried to get me to approve separate repairs on the Rv even though they hadn't determined if it was even going to be totaled or not. read more

Ordered and took delivery of our 24RLS Outdoor RV. We had some issues with one of the chairs and a Lassen had a replacement coming before we took delivery. They took the time to make a temporary fix for us. We discovered a leak on our first trip with full hook ups and Jason knew exactly what the issue was with the pump check valve and replaced the pump while taking care of the replacement chair. He also took another look at the electrical connections as we'd had an issue that's not recurred with a blown fuse. Thanks to Brian, Charles, and Jason for jumping in to take care of our issues, saving us a second trip back! read more

We purchased our 2020 ORV DBS from Lassen and had a great experience with the sales department. However, when dealing with the service and parts department, everything changed. The parts department is extremely difficult to get ahold of and doesn't return messages. The third time I called, I was able to talk to someone, but they refused to help. We had a taillight go out and I was trying to purchase a new one. The employee claimed that he couldn't sell me a taillight without me first bringing it in to have it serviced. When asked for a reason I couldn't buy the taillight, he claimed that he couldn't sell a taillight. It was readily apparent that the employee had no idea what he was taking about, but wouldn't get someone more knowledgeable to help him out. He insisted on doubling down on his requirement that the whole trailer be brought in. I asked if he would at least give me the part number for the taillight so I could search out my own and he refused. After realizing that Lassen wasn't going to help, I called Thompson RV in Pendleton. They simply asked for a description of the part, after which they would send us a picture of the part to confirm and quote us a price. Lesson learned, avoid Lassen in the future. read more

We bought a 21' Outdoors RV trailer, we're loving it! The service staff at Lasson were really good in providing us info and sharing details before our purchase. We've had the trailer about 7 weeks and done 3 trips. We're headed back for about 9 "warranty items", hopefully stuff easily fixed. Leaky sink, leaky shower, decals missing letters, mount lp gauges, battery re-wiring, and some basics. A QA/QC list before trailers sold head out to clients would be a good idea, but service has been great calling in and talking with staff and we are only a 45 min drive away so its not been a major hassle to go back in for these items. We love the built in generator and all the "extras" that are just "included" as part of this trailer! read more

Lassen installed a wireless camper jack controller for us a year ago. This summer the controller failed because of a broken mounting bracket. After a discussion over hours charged for the repair, and what may have caused the failure, Charlie at the service desk gave me a fair and equitable bill for the repair. It was forty minutes of my life that I'd like back. I felt I was not taken seriously as a customer. I wandered around the sales lot for fifteen minutes, nobody approached me. I wandered through the sales office, was glanced at, but basically ignored by staff. I wandered around the sales lot again and then back to the office. Finally acknowledged by someone, I explained what I was shopping for and was promptly handed off to someone else. The next person listened, but kept looking over my shoulder beyond me. I got passed to yet another person. The sales person did not seem to know much about the products he showed me. He was surprised by features of his own inventory. Not looking me in the eye or really even talking to my face, I got the impression that there was something more interesting for this guy elsewhere. This did not engender any trust or make me feel comfortable doing business with them. After picking up some brouchures, I left. The next day, I bought my RV at one of their competitors. read more

Fantastic Service! We made a service appointment the same day for hot water heater work. The work was done the same day, and the cost was much less than expected. The Outdoor RV's they sell are great. I damaged one of the steps and needed replacing. Called Camper World and Lassen's price was more than twice the price as Camper World. Then hit the awning and it needed replacing. I was told a week. I am the one calling to get status. Over 6 weeks and still do not have it. Parts and service departments are a joke and frankly poorly run. Everybody smiles but not much help when I am putting off travel. I would consider buying elsewhere since they are non negotiable on price, even when a cash buyer. read more

Went into the store to look at new RV's. Spent 30 minutes or so looking at the units which all were unlocked. Nobody came and put pressure onus, actually refreshing. After we were done looking went and asked for help and got Brian. Told him what we wanted, after just few minutes I was satisfied with deal we agreed on. Not able to return and finish the deal until this Saturday. Brian been in touch to reassure the RV is being prepped. I have enjoyed this experience so far. A few weeks ago I took an elderly friend who was moving out of her home and into an travel trailer out to trailer shop. Because Lassen was the nearest dealership we went their first. What a big mistake that was. I parked my van in the shade and went into the office to make contact with a sales person. At the first desk you see when walking in there was a man sitting. He didn't rise when I approached nor did he get up at any point during our interaction. I explained that I was there with a friend, elderly and with limited mobility (also it was in the mid 90's that day) and that she had specific needs with regards to having a trailer with a walk around bed and a low step over for the shower stall. The "salesman" couldn't be bothered to even stand up and walk to the door to point at the trailers he thought might be the best fit. His response was that there were not too many like that and that the new ones are in the front row, used behind them. I made an effort to engage him in more conversation, sort of in the hope that he would get off his duff and at the very least point at specific rigs and say "this one, that one, this other one might fit her needs" but all he could tell me is the new in the front, used behind mantra. I walked back out to my van and informed my friend that we would not be doing business with Lassen and that we were driving to Junction City. We drove onto the lot at Guaranty and I was met before I ever hit the front door by a very nice young man, Aaron. I explained to him what I had explained to the Lassen guy and the difference couldn't be more amazing. He loaded us up in one of their golf carts and he and I went in and out of the trailers he felt best fit the bill in terms of size, features, and accessibility for my friend. When we found trailers that seemed suitable we then got my friend to check them out. Aaron was wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone. BTW my friend purchased a trailer that day. I called Lassen Parts department looking for a replacement part for our trailer. The person on the phone was unable to locate the part using the actual part number. I called Guaranty in Junction City and they had no problem ordering the part with the information that I had available. We've had terrible experiences at both the Lassen RV and Lassen Dealership. read more

Lassen RV solved a problem with our Zamp solar panel that the Guaranty RV service center in Junction City couldn't fix. Guaranty installed a Zamp solar panel on our Class A when we bought it in 2016. It never worked properly; the control panel consistently showed a b01 error, it crackled like electricity was running improperly and it emitted a high-pitched whistle. We went back to the service center twice and were told we would need to pay to have the problem diagnosed which could take several hours, then we would need to pay for the repairs. We were told it would cost $300+ for a new controller if needed. Additionally, they wanted us to leave the motor home with them for an undetermined number of days. Both times we drove away, finally asking them to just disconnect the wire from the battery. Last month we took the coach to Lassen RV in Albany and they found and fixed the problem where the wire connects to the battery in under 45 minutes! The folks at Lassen RV were very straightforward and honest about what they would do and made us feel very comfortable with their time frame and estimate. We will be taking our service questions to Lassen RV from now on. read more

In July of 2012 my wife and I went looking for a 5th wheel trailer we seen this on on the Internet and went to lessen Rv we arrived at there lot and was meet by a salesman named joe he took us to look at the trailer we really liked it we look at a few others but settled on this one its a Thor jazz 2780 model joe told us that he just put new tires on it we thought that was cool we bought the trailer note check the date on the tires because when joe said the tires were new they were actually 7years old when we purchased the trailer this last May we were coming back from a trip and we blew a tire just outside brothers Oregon we purchased a tire from costco in bend it was a Sunday the tire man at Costco told us did you know that this tire is ten years old I about lost it the blow out caused $2500.00 damage to the wheel well and slide out + $600.00 for set of new tires warning if joe is speaking don't believe a word he saying I will never say a good word about lasses Rv all my friends relatives and acquaintances know all about this incident I called lassen up and talked to Brian told him abut the accident and he would not give me the time of day and just acted like big deal I don't think they think about the safety issue and what can happen on bad tires they sold me these guys suck Darrel Carr read more
