I spoke with Luis over the phone about replacing our factory stereo in our Corolla with a new one with blue tooth capabilities and they had what I needed already in stock. He gave me quotes right over the phone and I was able to set up an appointment to get this done. He didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need and I was able to wait in their comfortable waiting room inside while they quickly installed the new stereo. Recently had a stereo system/infotainment system upgraded into a 2008 GMC truck. Called the service representative of the Steria store who indicated that they could get us in on the same day. They were upfront about the cost, an expected time. Later in the day when they realized that they had underestimated the time constraints, they quickly contacted us to adjust the estimated time of completion. The work was done efficiently and to our expectations. The service representative even offered that we could return an order that the unit could be adjusted to fit the personal needs of the driver.Cost was as expected, quality was excellent. We are still waiting to have one last part installed, however this was not part of the original bid. I will recommend them to friends and family. read more

I came in about two years ago to get a full stereo system installed in my truck. They were incredibly helpful and did an amazing job on the install. The custom box looks like an original part and everything is well hidden and secure. The sound quality has been perfect. Today I had an issue with my front speakers clipping (the first issue I have had with the stereo). I took it in and they remembered me from two years ago. They were able to fit me in right away and replaced my front speakers and cross-overs while we waited. The service was above and beyond and my system is perfect once again. I am mechanically inclined but there are times when it's just not cost effective to do things myself. Chris at the Stereo Store in Albany has been very patient and down to earth to deal with. I was never sold up or pushed into buying anything unnecessary for my 2013 Silverado. I now have a clean install of great stereo products. My new stereo equipment sounds great and gets better as the speakers break in. I appreciated the honesty of Chris; when I first walked in and explained what I wanted for our RV, he told me he wasn't going to sell me anything I didn't need. The install was fast and very clean. I went back to have an alarm system installed on the RV and it was more complicated then what they estimated as far as shop time. The previous owners had an inferior company install a system that failed but Chris and his installer cleaned up the mess and put in a superior system and stuck to the original estimate even though they put more time and effort into getting it done right. Best service I've ever experienced at a stereo shop! Stephen not only gave me good advice, but had his guys take a look at my stereo and tune it for less than an hour labor charge. I decided to upgrade, and not only is the install very clean and professional, but the quality of the sound results far exceeded my expectations...and for $300 less than they originally quoted!! They didn't try to upsell me at all....they were honest, efficient, and obviously take great pride in how they treat customers. They have won a customer for life. read more
