Then several months later the sprayer blade broke again, after it was out of warranty. We figured out that due to the dishwasher not being level that the sprayer blade was getting caught up in the pool of water caused by the unbalanced unit. We contacted Kelly's to see if they at least had a leveling bolt we could get / purchase and were told that the person who installed the unit would contact us, which never happened. Ultimately we got a leveling bolt for free from a local appliance repair store (thank you) and fixed the dishwasher ourselves, but we had to buy two sprayer blades and deal with a leaking /overflowing dishwasher due to their bad installation job.

They told me that they charge $250 to come to your house, which I agreed to, but did not say that their additional charge for the service is considerably above the upper limit for similar charges in Oregon. After their arrival, I was told the one time charge for this service would be $2,500 in addition to the $250. I have to admit I felt trapped as I had waited some time for them to arrive, needed a working email for my nonprofit work and was unfamiliar with the normal charges for this type of service. It took them about an hour to complete the service while spending a good deal of time trying to sell their other services. After coming to my senses I called the next day, in part to say that if they charged such extremely high prices, they should make the the customer aware before arriving at the customer's house what they owe for their services. I felt coerced into accepting their services once they arrived given I was limited by time and was already paying them $250 for showing up. I was told that they may be able to secure a discount but would call or email me back later, which they did not do. I have since sent two emails and it has now been over two weeks and I have been completely ghosted. Additionally, I have started having trouble with my emails again which I indicated in my later emails to the company, but no word on that either. Of course I feel pretty stupid for agreeing to this service, but hope no one else will get equally scammed.

Ryan responded immediately and was able to give me a quote over the phone after I sent him pictures of the project. He squeezed us in right away and communicated promptly about everything. He also did a couple other repairs at no charge. I wanted a very smooth finish for the fireplace but not many dry wall people know how to do that so it looks right. Ryan's work is just amazing and I could quickly see that he had the skills to give me the look I wanted. He is absolutely passionate about drywall and clearly takes tremendous pride in his work. The cameras are unobtrusive, and better yet I can access them from my phone and in the home, later downloading certain time frames if I need to. HINT: I read Alec's negative review before this. DON'T even THINK about buying cameras and trying to "do it yourself" if the security of your home or business are at stake. Most of us are not TECHS and need exactly what Monster security delivers: tech support and a system that has the internal back up connected to our modems. My go to guy was Eric--but the two techs were equally helpful, and this involved some wire run through with my attic. Everything was handled with precision and clean up. I also have tech back up when I need it. After my experience, I believe that this is the kind of security most people need---what is sold over the counter may be what they THINK they are getting---but not what they NEED. I wanted to have the support and back up necessary.

Before engaging me in any conversation didn't ring my door bell or knock just text me and in fact was 1 hour late to our appointment. Then after 5 minutes of conversation I decided to end our meeting as she wanted to get a friend to comeback with her. Not sure why. I later called management about how unprofessional the experience was and that if the simple task of greeting some and being discreet about passcodes was to much for their sales staff maybe their service would be just as tacky and from the look at the reviews with overpriced trashy product and service walking away looks to have been a good choice for me.
