I didn't expect it to break only after seven months, especially with how much these keys cost. They were really rude. They accused me of trying to get a free key. The key broke in the ignition, they accused me of breaking it and wanting them to replace it. Their keys break, and they are racist. Go get your keys made and replaced somewhere else. One of the locks needed to be redone by him at my insistence 3-4 times as the key was getting stuck in the lock and could not be removed. Another door knob in our house could not be fixed at all during the visit and was left broken as we were told he did not have the parts. His phone was dead, and he could not charge our credit card, so we needed to find an Android cord to help him charge his phone so that he could charge us $700 for crappy work... Strongly advise that you go somewhere else.

I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised at both how prompt he was and how reasonable the cost of service was. He even stuck around for an extra 20 minutes to carefully examine the lock after he discovered a flaw with the locking mechanism (I had already purchased it on my own - no fault of his). He carefully took it apart, took a close look, and ended up fixing it up so everything worked flawlessly.
