He did not give her a quote and on top of that charged her extra because he said he would've missed another job if he took her call. Could have simply said sorry I'm not available instead of making her pay for his inconveniences. Be careful, this person obviously likes to take advantage of people as you can see by all the other 1 star reviews. Look somewhere else if you need a locksmith.

We had looked online at Amazon and found a fob that we thought would work for $15 (normally very expensive otherwise). We got lucky and it was the right one and he was able to program it for a really reasonable price. We've waited years to get a new key and fob because we were quoted over $350 and this was under $100. So happy. He also called in advance to make sure everything was on schedule. Great service when it's hard to find these days.

He arrived much later than he had hoped but he doesn't know exactly what problems he is going to run into with each job. Tim assured me that he would get my car fixed and once he got here, it took him less than an hour. To top it all off, he charged me a fraction of what I would have been charged elsewhere. This family business is run by extremely knowledgeable, kind and humble people. I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars...Tip them!!! Thank you SO much Tim, you rock!!

First they charged me twice for the service call instead of just the initial agreed on price. We…read morewere able to work it out after some back and forth. Then they installed locks incorrectly and one of the door handles fell off within the first few weeks. They came back to fix it but due to a scheduling mix up stood me up and I had to call and re-arrange my schedule more than once. Then 6 months later two more of the handles fell off due to incorrect installation. I called and asked them to come fix it and they said they only warranty their work for three months. They wanted to charge me to come fix the poor work that they did initially. At this point I said no thank you and watched a few youtube videos on how to change locks myself. Don't waste your time or money. It's not that hard to just change the locks correctly yourself.
