We got lucky and it was the right one and he was able to program it for a really reasonable price. First they charged me twice for the service call instead of just the initial agreed on price. We…read morewere able to work it out after some back and forth. Then they installed locks incorrectly and one of the door handles fell off within the first few weeks. They came back to fix it but due to a scheduling mix up stood me up and I had to call and re-arrange my schedule more than once. Then 6 months later two more of the handles fell off due to incorrect installation. I called and asked them to come fix it and they said they only warranty their work for three months. They wanted to charge me to come fix the poor work that they did initially. At this point I said no thank you and watched a few youtube videos on how to change locks myself. Don't waste your time or money. It's not that hard to just change the locks correctly yourself.
