They were very very kind and I felt safe / supported. Spoke with one of the owners (I think) and had a nice conversation about our holidays this past year (I went in just after thanksgiving). It was a rough start to the day, and I called multiple places to see how much it would cost to get it fixed. Micks was by far the most affordable. Keeping a smile on your face when dealing with people who are not having a good day is a tough job, and the guys at Micks did such a wonderful job. They brightened my day and even let me keep my windowless car in their shop overnight so that the seats didn't get even more soaked from the rain than they already were. They worked with me on my lack of payment method (since all my cards were stolen), and did it all with friendliness. I would absolutely recommend them, even though I hopefully don't have to go back for this reason!

James cleaned everything, including the wheel wells and door panels, even taking out my spare tire from its storage place and cleaning inside it. The steering wheel felt clean and new again. Dog hair, which sticks to everything (even with seat covers) was cleaned out of crevices which I can't reach with my vacuum. The car really was show-room clean. I would recommend James Lee to anyone.
