They were very very kind and I felt safe / supported. Spoke with one of the owners (I think) and had a nice conversation about our holidays this past year (I went in just after thanksgiving). Nobody wants to have to have to undo body damage to their car, but when I called and took it in and handed over my keys I felt less stress immediately. I hope to never have to get body work done again, but if I ever do, I'm definitely bringing it here.
