Communication is horrible, HORrible! Trying to get them to communicate via email, or return phone…read morecalls is damn near impossible. The account started on under someone else's name, and I've asked at least half a dozen times to switch it to my name, and they still haven't done it. Even this review went to the other party, long after the services have been completed. Right on the website has a 'text us' option, but they haven't downloaded the technology to make that happen, so texts just disappear into the void. Another communication dive! Communication between customer/front of the house/& tech is so crappy, that A. Both my keys and paperwork were misplaced and B. Calls for a pick up eta were returned to the wrong person C. only half of my job was finished. After talking with Brent *directly*, he understood exactly what I wanted, and from there everything went smooth, HE did a great job, but dealing with front of the house was absolutely a nightmare and I'm considering taking my rv down to Junction City for its next job instead returning to this catastrophe of an office.

We bought a ORV here in 2023. Was a good experience with Brian. Then... it all went downhill…read morequickly. New ownership, Brian left (and I don't blame him now!). Our RV had many significant warranty issues. As mentioned on many other reviews, their parts and service department is a JOKE. The staff running it can be incredibly rude and unprofessional. We tried to talk to the new manager of both locations about the issues, she didn't help and we kept trying with the parts dept to no avail. We finally gave up and started working with the factory. They did not forward the correct warranty information to the factory and if it wasn't for our good records many repairs would have never been fixed. Or cost us thousands and thousands of dollars to fix ourselves (when it was a warranty issues). Thankfully ORV took care of these at the factory. I would recommend finding another dealer or if you do buy from here, KEEP GOOD Records! You will likely need them to get warranty work completed.

Said somebody had broken into their lot and stole my battery. They replaced that but they acted like they didn't know why my paint was all torn up on the rear cap. Turns out it was from the people who stole it, slinging gravel in a flatbed. Made them pay for it Ridiculous that an RV would have 44 defects in it brand new. Even more ridiculous that these idiots would keep it a year trying to figure it out. I'm not talking to anything major or structural.. When I pick the unit up, they had a fat bill attached to it. What's that about? It's under warranty. Incompetent rip off artists Stay away Edit: in response to the "business owners" comments. Yes sir, are covering your rear, as I could not forget such a circumstance. If you're at 2400 W. 7th Ave., in Eugene, that's you. I don't care if you have records of a break in or not, your insurance paid for it. Before I pick up my unit, I had to call out the big guns of your dealership to administrate the mess and pare down the stupid bill to something more reasonable for the few items Warranty didn't cover. One guy got fired over it. Another one of the GS family members who served as an advocate to sort out the BS got demoted afterward (well that's what he told me ) because his decisions were viewed as losing money. You may not work on Keystone anymore, but you sure the hell did then. You guys even called and tried to get me to accept cheap interstate batteries after my two expensive Centennial 6 V golf cart batteries were stolen. Snakes. Paint repair and fiberglass repair on my rear cap work was done by the business adjacent (practically inside the fence) to your back parking lot . Oh, it was you alright. I would keep quiet if I were you because anything you say further is simply a lie of convenience and CYA. What responsibility or credibility is built upon. Something woefully lacking in the RV Repair business.

The condition excellent & price perfect for his budget so SOLD!! Process quick & easy and they said we'd have it in a weekish. Then, in the middle of the night the motel they were staying in caught fire, they were safe but now homeless. One call to Kevin & his crew and they had it ready for pickup by the next afternoon and our grandson was able to ride his little bike home to a safe place. A perfect ending to a tragic day that was made possible by Summit RV.. thank you for helping our family this mom/nana is beyond grateful for your hard work making it happen. 5 stars isn't even enough!

In 2016 we were in the market for a Class C RV. We did the JC tour and were not impressed with…read morethe pricing, you could buy a house for that kind of money, so we started looking at pre owned campers. As luck would have it, we went out looking in January and it was raining like crazy.... which was good for us! One dealership we went to had water dripping out of the light fixtures, vents and down the walls of every single camper we looked at. We finally went to Summit and met Ray. It was still raining, but after looking through a few models, not one had a leak. I asked about that and was told that they like to seal the roof and edges for that very reason. We found a nice 23' that had been previously owned and was in good shape. We purchased that unit and enjoyed it for years, now, fast forward to present day.... As needs change, we found it prudent to list this camper for sale and we plan to get another in a couple years, but for now, we have other goals. We took the camper back to Summit and discussed doing a consignment sale with them. They made it so easy as we owned the camper free and clear AND we kept a folder of all the add ons and maintenance work we had done. We simply gave them a price that we wanted to get for it and that was it! After they ran through their quality and mechanical assessments and listed it on their web site, I received a call a few days ago that it had been sold and they have a check waiting for me! A little over two weeks and it was done! Ray and Jerry made buying AND selling through them so easy and painless that I can't imagine going anywhere else in the future! It seems that the smaller lots charge less than the larger lots due to overhead. Thank you Ray and Jerry, we will be back when we are ready for the van conversion!
