    NO NEW SIDE BY SIDE TO BRING HOME

    It stated off great and I was excited to have made the adult decision on the appropriate vehicle for our needs at our little ski cabin. The neighborhood up at Government Camp was awaiting its arrival for its debut as a future snow plowing vehicle. (Personal usage for 3 or 4 neighbors) How embarrassing it was to report that it had blown a hose just on its ascent onto the 12 inch rise of low riding trailer. It seemed that it had to be something minor and stupid ... but now it's an issue because they don't know if they can find the faulty part. I jumped through all and many hoops to make this deal happen and they offered nothing. I rented a trailer for the day and took out extra insurance and had to buy a beefier hitch all for what ... ? Our brand new vehicle didn't get very far. I was offered nothing but a free delivery sometime in the future. (Note, they didn't offer a free delivery they now owed me a delivery) The apology was that of an embarrassing situation. No one of higher authority (owner or General manager) came out and said "Mr Horton, we are so sorry for this and we are going to make this right and compensate you for your troubles" instead I was discouraged with "We don't know if we can get the part and we don't know how long it will take." Another thing, while I was there 5 other people drove off with major purchases, so it wasn't like they were hurting for money ... they just wanted to take more of it. I was asked in a post purchase email about my experience ... this was my experience. No phone call from owner or general manager ... still? 2 weeks later and the only person that has called me for anything was the Service manager and I was the one who shamed him into contacting me! I have contacted Mahindra in Texas and Michigan and they have agreed to that I have a legitimate complaint that will carry weight with Mahindra. Mahindra has higher standards far higher standards than PowerMotorsports in Sublimity or anywhere else these motorsport businesses are located and they take legitimate complaints seriously.     Recently went in and picked up the 2024 Yamaha YZ125SE and it was a breeze! friendly staff, my salesman was knowledgeable and I would certainly recommend him to anyone interested in picking up a new toy. ( Jacob Emery ). Thank again guys!

    While the listing on their website specified certain options were on the machine I had no reason to believe otherwise, could not see all options from photos, drove 12 hours to find out that wasn't the case, salesman acted like they had no clue and wasn't helpful when it was pointed out. overall super disappointed. I reached out to see they would honor their listing or find a way to make things equal, was told I was wrong when I have proof of it being listed with that option. Would not go back again, unit sat outside in the weather plastics and power coating were all faded and upon removal of factory decals it ripped off the powder coat. Sad to have driven so far just to be disappointed.

    I just purchased a new Yamaha Rmax2 1000 from Power Motorsports today. The entire experience was one of the best I've had in my 30+ years of owning motorcycles and off road vehicles. From my first call to inquire about price and availability, my salesperson Andrew S. was informative, personable, and great to speak with. I drove 200 miles from Tacoma to buy here because their prices beat my local dealerships. Upon arriving I was blown away by their selection and gorgeous facility and showrooms. The entire staff was cheerful and friendly. I decided to ask about additional accessories and Damon J. the parts manager and his team hooked me up! I ended up getting a lot of extras to customize my new side by side as they had a ton of them in stock. I also ordered more items that they'll ship me when they arrive. I'll be telling all my friends who ride about this place and the awesome staff they have there. From price to customer service and attention to detail, Power Motorsports impressed and delivered! Totally worth the trip and I'll be back again!

    Recently purchased a new Side by side and tracks. After the tracks came in and we're installed weeks later I had forgotten that the install labor was already paid for in the original purchase and paid for it a second time. Today i was thinking about it and I texted my salesman, Anthony, to see if I had double paid for the labor. When I got home today there was already refund check in my mailbox. They caught the mistake and refunded the money before I even asked about it. I have had a great experience with them. Anthony in sales, Sam in service and Zach in parts have all been great to work with!

They used the factory warranty to replace my muffler which was left with packing in it, free of charge!! They even hooked it up on some new gear at a discounted rate! Not only do you get a great deal on a bike, they throw in a bunch of extra goodies (quart of oil, extra spark plug, hoodie, etc.) I've yet to find another dealer that does that. Before you walk out with your sweet new ride, they do a thorough run down of everything you need to know, from what bolts to double check after the first ride, what each switch does if you haven't had a certain brand before or even if you have just in case, how to optimize and keep the system running healthy, and of course the basics you need to know to ride. You leave feeling confident, and even if questions arise later they ensure they are only a call away and eager to assist. This was our first time here and it definitely won't be the last.

But that only gets you so far. I order 2 main jets for the bike I am working on for a friend. I ordered them on March 13 (Wednesday) and she said they are pretty fast at getting the deliveries. She said should be here on Tuesday due to the weekend. No problem. I call on Tuesday and no part. Okay, understand. She then says Wednesday lookin good but by Thursday...okay. I don't call on Wednesday because she said she would call...no call. Okay. So Thursday I call. She said no parts yet and she was go8ng away for the weekend and she won't be in on Friday but she will leave a note. I'm thinking oh goody, a note. So I call around 2pm on Friday. This is where I about lose my shit. (DON'T WANT TO OF COURSE) The kid that answered was obviously just a body with a head to say "Yes, we are open. Because anything past that, JUST DON'T!!!! Never got the parts...and let me just add...the 2 jets I ordered were gonna cost me 20 dollars. I went on Amazon and bought a kit of 10 various sizes of main jets and 10 various sizes of pilot jets for $9.99. I ordered yesterday. Got them today and bike is running better than new.     A master motorcycle seat tailor…read more A motorcycle garage shop that builds, modifies and repairs motorcycle seats for your ride. Also atvs, snowmobile and other riding type seats. The process starts with a phone call. Ryan will ask about your motorcycle year, make and model to get an idea of the project. He will ask you about the issues with the bike seat's comfort, stiffness, shape, stock or custom. He asks a bit more detail about you and your bike. Next is setting up an appointment while you are still on the phone. Typically he works with only one client each day. He focuses on your motorcycle seat. Estimate appointment time is 4 to 6 hours. So when you go in, Ryan will tie your bike into a rack and start walking over your seating position while you are sitting on your own bike. He will ask about pressure points, comfort areas, positioning, etc. Ryan is a great communicator and he lets you know what he is planning to improve on your seat and his process including pulling the seat apart, identifying the contents, the process and additional materials. Your presence is highly encouraged so he can involve you in the custom fitting of each phase of the seat to your needs and your wants. For my seat, we had about five sitting's and conversations about comfort and pressure points. (See the photos) He shaped the existing foam with pocket to move me into a more neutral position. Originally the seat pushed me forward into the tank. Then he carved a pocket adjacent to my tailbone to ease pressure. Then Ryan started on the layers of memory foam. This project took three layers, flat base, one middle, and one top and side layer. Each being cut and shaped and added back approximately one and a half inches of memory come for comfort. Ryan reused my existing third-party leather/synthetic leather seat cover. He can replace the cover according to your needs with other material design choices. Including leather, alligator, or other materials. (Delays may be needed if materials asked are not on hand). I road down from the Portland area to get my seat rebuilt. Working with Ryan (he did all the real work), we spent four hours on this project. Final results, I'm able to ride my Scout for a hours longer with a great reduction in pressure points and pain. UPDATE: I road my scout to the coast along a windy mountain road, so cool. The seat performance was exceptionally comfortable! THANK YOU Ryan.

As a new rider I had lots of questions and Todd and Kevin had lots of answers and patience. The first couple visits there there were several bikes that I was interested in but none seemed to really grab me and fit me as a rider and the riding I plan on doing. I appreciated the time they took to get to know me and the bikes and types of riding I wanted to do. They explained why they steered me away from certain bikes that they didn't think were good fits at the time and why other bikes might be better fits for me and when that time might be. When I did decide on the bike I really wanted (a sport classic GT1000) they coincidentally had one on consignment and rest is history... The purchasing process was smooth and painless and as a dealer experience (MotoCorsa) it is by far the more enjoyable of my motor vehicle dealer experiences. I'm looking forward to my next purchase there.

Todd in particular was friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable, clearly passionate about motorcycles, no-BS no-pressure kinda guy who took the time to pick me up at the airport and drop me off after we were done. Everybody else at MotoCorsa was super-friendly and this dealership and the used-bike department have an awesome selection of fine riding machines. If you're into Italian motorcycles, this is the place to go to!
