Bought a 24 turbo r there and took it for a 25 hour break-in service and they hosed me for $354.00 for a oil change and air filter (robbery). I then specifically told Chris the service manager to ask the tech not rip on my unit because i have brand new tires with 39 miles on them and didnt want them to be scrubbed on asphalt as they are a soft compound.. WELL the was not the case the tech ripped the shit out of my tires and my request was not fullfilled. 0 stars if I could rate it !! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I have shopped at Cascade Motor Sports since 2016. I must admit that service from the old owners was horrible. Whenever I entered the store, I felt like I was an imposition as a customer. Today was entered the store to learn that John Younger is the new owner. He and his team helped me find my products, helped me with a milking problem, and they were so kind and helpful. I had purchased a Polisport Restyle Kit from them on Ebay, and it would not bolt onto my bike. They said I would have to modify the bolt holes to make it work. Really? I'm not going to modify every plastic to make it work for my bike. The marketing and description was not accurate for this plastics set. I requested a refund, and I was just 4 days shy of their 30 day return window. This kit is still in the box, with all of the original packaging. They would not make an exception. So, this company does not care if you're satisfied and happy with their product, and they certainly don't want your repeat business. I would recommend looking for another company that cares about their customer. read more

I just had my new 2021 Polaris 570 serviced at this place and they charged Me $217.00 for an oil change. And nothing other than that. I was told to go 25hours and then bring it in for service as I did . It was supposed to be a free service!! today 02/22/22 as I was plowing snow at a commercial account it Died on me more than 6 times. And the plow fell off more than 6 times. And has lost parts like the red handle. I like Polaris but holy crap people this is very expensive equipment . And it left me in the snow. I wish that I never sold my old 500 with a KFI plow.... I would also give them a ZERO if it was an option. The only way I could get a hold of anyone from Cascade Motorsports in the service dept. was to call the sales dept. There customer service remind me of a cell phone company. They are over priced, slow and unorganized. I brought a snowmobile and 4 wheeler in to get fixed and 1 month later i'm picking them up. I found the sales staff here to be very friendly and helpful. I was on a work trip and was needing some advice on sled wheels and if they would really help with moving my snowmobile around my garage. The staff was able to show me the set they recommended and use in there shop to move snowmobiles. read more

The new owner John and his ability to please customers is unmatched. I recently bought a bike from him and he gave us a great deal, hooked me up with all the right stuff to start riding, and every question I had was answered. After buying the bike he gave me his number to ask him about any questions I have. He has always answered each question to my satisfaction as well as with in a very short amount of time. I live quite far from bend, but I will definitely be taking my bike and future purchases here again as it is well worth the drive. I called to ask questions about a bike and was told to go somewhere else then hung up on. I don't know what the deal is with the motorcycle dealers in bend but I have had nothing but rude experiences with all of them. I'd rather commute to Eugene or Hillsboro before dealing with any of the available dealers here. Not only are they rude but the prices suck too. read more

Do Not Go Here! Horrible customer service. They are inefficient, unprofessional, and rude! Took hundreds of dollars from our debit card because their system was affected by a thunderstorm. They didn't know how to fix it or if it would be refunded. Took weeks to resolve. Staff acted like it was no big deal, we were an inconvenience and were anxious to leave and we were keeping them from doing so. Polaris doesn't stand behind it's product. Our atv's engine casting mounting point in the rear axel snapped - obviously a manufacturer defect. (Only minimal, normal trail use). read more

I am writing this review based mostly on the service department. I had brought my sled in a few times for repairs and the majority of the time it was a nightmare. They often are booked way out for appointments which is understandable given they are the only Polaris shop that works on sleds in Central Oregon. With that being said, I've made multiple appointments here only to drop my machine off and have it sit for multiple days before it actually gets looked at. One instance I brought my sled in on a Wednesday for an afternoon appointment, and they didn't do any sort of diagnosing until Saturday. What is the point of an appointment if work won't be done until 2-3 days later? That was almost always the case when coming in. More frustrating was the fact that whoever is running the department will not contact you to tell you about delays or give updates in a timely manner. If you want to find out what is going on with your equipment you will need to call yourself. I had to call to find out what the diagnosis on my sled was, only to find out they had diagnosed it almost a day earlier. They then ordered the wrong part pushing the job out another week to wait on parts. The work is done well but not worth having to deal with a service manager that clearly doesn't care or waiting weeks at a time to get the work done. would give them a zero if option was available bought 2 polaris quads from them, one of them kept having a overheat problem (it was new and under warranty) i took it in 4 times and they kept telling me there was no problem, then it quite running i took it to the dealership in redmond and explained the history, polaris would not stand behind it, it cost me $1300.00 for basically a rebuild. it's run fine since, but the people at cascade are idiots and could care less, will never buy another polaris read more

Ok. Here's the Cascade motor sports experience. I'm in Hawaii and come 1 or twice a year to my home in La Pine. To start we purchase a turbo s 4 seater. The roof had to be reordered it was damaged. They delivered the machine to my home for a fee. I get home it is bone dry on the gas. You call ,leave messages and no one calls you back on that business day. It could be 2- 3 or more days before they reach out or your calling back. Most times your calling them back. I order front and back bumpers 2 mo before I come back to LA Pine. I call before I get on the plane they say it's in the shop at cascade. It's the day after Christmas I open the box the direction say its for a 900. I have a 1000. Wrong bumpers. I have spent numerous trips going back n forth from LA Pine to bend to hash out stuff on this side x side. I get to the shop and she says (or Mike) says I don't know how that happened. Than she assumed I want to order the rite size. I cancelled that order. We wanted to purchase other machines and accessories, that will not happen. They install the roof. I just put a after market rack on the top and some of the screws are not the rite size. I would highly recommended to go to the dealer in Redmond, Ore instead. My hole experience has been a nightmare. I come from Hawaii to have fun , not to waisted time running back n forth to there shop. To top it off know one there gives a bleep!! read more

Two bad experiences with them now. First in 2008 purchasing a used Ranger UTV. Paid extra to "make sure everything works" before a vacation then had our vacation ruined because it wouldn't climb up even a slight incline. Second last week when they agreed to match Ramsey Waite on a new Polaris Ranger UTV. After getting there and wasting a bunch of time they added "delivery and set up fees" of $300 and said "isn't it worth $300 to buy local". Heck no! Made the drive to Eugene, the $300 savings paid for the windshield and got really good service with no hidden anything! Never again will be waste our time with Cascade. Can't trust them! read more

Service Dept is a RIP OFF! I have been taking both of my bikes here for a couple years and always had a good experience. Something/someone has changed over the last year and they are no longer the service dept they used to be. These guys charge you a minimum 1.5 hours labor (for a total of $113) if you take a non starting/running machine to them. They Label that minimum charge as a "diagnostics" fee and there is no way to get billed for straight hours. I took my 2009 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO in because it wouldn't start (would turn over but wasn't getting fuel). I met with Kelly in service and explained what was going on. She handed me a something to sign that totaled $113, I didnt realize nor did she explain the $113 fee as a minimum. I figured it was basically a hold on my Credit card. Got a call a couple hours later and went in to pick it up. The mechanic handed me a bill for $113 after telling me that all they had to do was blast a couple shots of air into the fuel tank to free up the air lock in the vacuum operated fuel pump. I didnt want to argue with the mechanic as he was just doing his job and charging me what he was told. I later called and spoke to Kelly, the service manager (also owner), and let her know that i was not happy getting charged an hour and a half minimum for a half hour work. I let her know that every other shop in central Oregon charges by the hour with no minimum, the way it should be. She told me that she was sorry that i felt that way but...."this is how we run our business". I told her that I would not be bringing either of my bikes in for service going forward if this is how they are going to charge. She didnt seem to care one bit about losing business. Nothing like owners who have no clue how to treat customers, especially return customers. read more

Buyer be ware! Bought KTM heated grips - $100 self installed. Defective switch after one use - confirmed with ohmmeter and continuity test. Contacted Kelly at CSM. The following solution she described as "going to bat" for me: a) pay full retail for another set of grips (Oh REALLY) b) pay $113 for CSM to inspect the wiring in order to get the KTM warranty replacement part. Yeah, I am flabbergasted as well since we all know that it would be 10 minutes to drop your tools, get a meter, test the connections and be back to what you were doing. I would gladly pay for those 10 min. No explanation of this at time of purchase. No offer to send KTM the defective part or to sell a new set at dealer cost and no desire to discuss (hung up on me). You will get better customer support and return policies from online companies. I will not be going back to a business that essentially profiteers from the customers misfortune of getting a defective part. read more

Service department charges are way too high. If you travel to Bend to ride dirt bikes, I recommend you bring your own tire irons and a spare tube. We had a flat on a 19" front tire and Cascade charged $55 dollars for a ten minute tube swap. $45 dollars for ten minutes of labor just cost Cascade Motorsports a returning customer. Bend has lost its small town charm. read more

Horrible customer service from both the service department and the sales staff. This is how your experience will go at this store. If you walk in with money and are looking to purchase a new toy, they will be super nice almost to the point it's fake. After your 60k purchase they will ignore your questions about the product and treat you poorly. Then when you come back in to buy additional parts they treat you like a bag of dog poop as well. Now the service department is just as bad. Setup an appointment at 9am on a Tuesday and they won't even work on it until the next day or when it's convenient for them. So why setup an appointment in the morning if your unable to work on it that day. Now the actual service I had was way over priced and they didn't even do the work I needed correctly to the point my rig in unsafe to ride. I would stay far away from this place. Don't believe me?
