I understand that the average worker there probably isn't considering a career with the company, but the level of incompetence and utter disregard for making my ownership satisfaction is astonishing. We are at a disadvantage as there is really only one Honda dealership in our area, but at this point, if I were to purchase another Honda, I'll drive the extra two hours to purchase from a dealer that values their customers. Honda builds excellent and reliable motorcycles, but the support from this particular dealership is abysmal.

Picked up the bike rode home (2 miles). Went out of town for a week. Went for a 100 Mile ride. 30 miles into the trip I went to stop and the forks went soft. Limped back home. When I returned the bike, I provided pictures showing what I'd originally expected to be done before ordering the bars like you and I had discussed. This is extremely disappointing spending $1250 in labor and not getting the job completed. Dear Brandon and Staff,…read more I wish there was a phrase that carries greater weight than "thank you." You and your staff saved me on 8/5/2015 by getting me back on the road within 2 hours. My group, the NFHOGs, and I were on an epic 2500 mile journey up the coast of CA to the Canadian boarder when I was the one who broke down. There's always an event and this was my turn. I don't want to bore you with the details of my hellish 8 hour experience with AAA tow service who made me unload my bike from the trailer to your dealership, in the dark, alone, with no help. It was a leap of faith for me to leave my brand new Street Glide in front of a closed dealership, then toss the fob as instructed over a locked fence. I was 1000 miles away from home, but I trusted and tossed. You can't imagine my joy when I arrived back at the dealership the next morning to find my bike safe and in good hands, AND fixed and back on the road within 2 hours. That's a miracle in biker language. My 14 travel companions bless you as well. Thank you for the rescue. If you're ever in Fresno, look us up. You're royalty to us. Joanne GoJo Wray 559 240-1911
