I have purchased several motorcycles (Husqvarna and even one GasGas) from Bill and/or his team to which all have been an outstanding experience and a "seamless" process. Also, you get some oil, a plug, etc., with the bike and an awesome BMP Hoodie. They all possess an encyclopedia level of knowledge about motorcycles, concerns, upgrades, set-up, or anything related to the bikes they sell. In 2019 I purchased a brand new Fc250 from Motosport in Hillsboro, started it and it ran just fine. Drove all the way down to Coos bay, and this bike would not run or engage. Motosport was unwilling to help me figure out what the problem was or do anything about it when it was the same day!! Needless to say, I called Bill's, and brought my bike in the next day. They used the factory warranty to replace my muffler which was left with packing in it, free of charge!! They even hooked it up on some new gear at a discounted rate! Bill and his team are always very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable whenever I call! I'm impressed with the quick and easy purchase process. We were in and out within an hour, granted we already knew exactly what we wanted going in. Not only do you get a great deal on a bike, they throw in a bunch of extra goodies (quart of oil, extra spark plug, hoodie, etc.) I've yet to find another dealer that does that. I was on a road trip from Las Vegas to Southern Washington and back and staying a week in the Albany area. When I got to Oregon I had realized my rear tire was very worn and needed to be replaced. Made some calls and found bills who was the only one in the area that caries my tire. Dropped off the wheel and it was done the next day. Mounted it back on the bike and headed home. My new tire made it all of about 400 miles before it went flat. I thought, no worries. I have a patch kit and compressor. I'll take care of it. Got to work pumping the tire up and looking for the hole. The air was leaking out of the valve stem through a large scrape on the side of the stem. I was going through a mountain pass so I had no reception. I tried rubber cement, but it did not work. Got the tire to hold about 15 psi and got about 5 miles before it went flat again, but it put me in good enough reception. Called the wife and she brought the pickup. Ended up renting a uhaul trailer and getting it home, but the tire was completely trashed from the last stint of getting out of the pass. This is where the 1 star comes in. Called Bill's the next Monday and explained what had happened. They told me "well, a lot can happen in 400 miles" and " we don't replace the valve stem unless we are asked to." They took my number and said the owner would call me back. So a month later now and ghosted! No calls, no accountability for their work, no offer to refund, nothing. I got a new tire today from a shop out here. I made sure about a valve stem and they said they do it on all highway tires! Same as any other tire shop! When I got the tire back they said it looked like a new valve stem, but it was a bmw spec one which is slightly larger than a triumph one and it looked forced into place! So thanks Bill! Thanks for taking my money in exchange for garbage work or garbage quality control for a new tire that probably wouldn't last as long as the bald one you pulled off! read more

Purchased a Husqvarna TC 125 for my 13 year old son. The bike was priced excellent and the purchase was smooth. The team was very helpful. Bill talked with my son and I and gave us some tips on setting up suspension. The team made some recommendations on mix, gear oil and plugs. If you buy a bike they offer up a discount for items purchased at the shop. This alone was great, coupled with the pricing they have was excellent. I have another bike purchase coming in the Spring. WARNING: IF YOU HAVE A SUZUKI, DO NOT GO TO BILL FOR MAINTENANCE! I called Bill in October of 2017. Long story as short as I can, Bill agrees to put aftermarket carbs on my bike and says he's comfortable with the job. Also tells me once the carbs get here from Asia, it would probably be a 4 hour job (and much less expensive then cleaning, re-jetting, and repairing my old carbs). I agree to pay $1100 for the part and when I go to pay over the phone, Brian "accidentally" charges my card an additional $300... I let it slide because I have to pay for labor anyhow. Carbs arrive much later than Bill said, around Thanksgiving, 2017. He then takes an entire month before I finally call and he said he's sent the carbs back to Asia and it'll take more time because they just don't work. JANUARY rolls around and nothing. Absolutely no progress. Finally in FEBRUARY I get a call saying he can't do anything and he's going to repair my old carbs AFTER 4 MONTHS! I just received my motorcycle yesterday, late February, 2018.. Disclaimer: Bill did the repair for no extra charge. Because if he had tried to charge me I would have taken all of my money back that I paid for literally nothing until he offered to repair. I will never do business with Bills ever again, and unless you have a Husky, I would suggest you do the same. Bill seems like a decent guy, but he bit off more than he could chew and didn't keep the customer in mind at all during any bit of the process. read more

I have two Husqvarna motorcycles at this time. A TE310 and a TE450. Living 250 miles from a dealer dictates that I do all of my own maintenance. Bill's always has answers to my occasional questions and any parts I order arrive in two days. I plan on using them for all my Husky parts needs. Although Bill,s prices are reasonable I could probably find parts cheaper online but we need to support our dealers. read more

I walked in to this place today and was completely ignored. Keep in mind I am a woman and a Native American woman with tattoos. Having men look at me and not even say hello or do you seem help. Looking past me. Again pretending I'm not even there. I was there to ask questions and have them answered not be looked past. No one was on the phone no one was doing anything other then pretending I wasn't there. So if your a woman prepare to be ignored unless you have a man with you. Let alone a dark skinned woman. In this reality we live in ....one would hope for more equality. To leave the shop not even having anyone acknowledge I'm leaving either. My sons were heard pressed to understand what had happened. Both of them asking why no one even talked to us or offered to help us in any way. Not even a apology would make being looked passed and blatantly ignored would make it ok. No excuses. read more

What can I say, but excellent service. My wife and I were adventure riding across the state when she got a pretty good puncture flat on her Vstrom. As I was cobbling together a patch job, my wife was searching the internet for the nearest cycle shop. We limped her bike to Bill's, where they had a great selection of tires to fit her bike. She choose the Heidenau scout. Even though we showed up late in the day, they were able to get the tire swapped over and balanced for us. This could of been a trip ender had they not had such a great selection tires. We made if to our overnight destination and were still in Good spirits. read more

He has always been a straight shooter and I know I can refer people there and know they will always be treated honestly and fairly. I attempted to take my 2008 scooter to Bill's for a pre-summer tune-up. Bill basically rolled his eyes, sighed and said "Yeah, we dont really want to do this. Parts are hard to find and yeah... no."
