Before you walk out with your sweet new ride, they do a thorough run down of everything you need to know, from what bolts to double check after the first ride, what each switch does if you haven't had a certain brand before or even if you have just in case, how to optimize and keep the system running healthy, and of course the basics you need to know to ride. You leave feeling confident, and even if questions arise later they ensure they are only a call away and eager to assist. This was our first time here and it definitely won't be the last.

He never hassled me, called me, texted me etc. He just let me stew on the idea. A year goes by, and I go back in to talk to Scott. He remembered who I was and what kind of bike I was interested in. So we start walking around the show room, and I end up landing on a brand new 2023 Road Glide. They put a sold tag on it, and I left for the day, planning to return a few days later to finish up the paperwork. While I was gone, I had a change of heart. I told him I really wasn't comfortable spending that much money on a bike and that I actually didn't want the new bike. He never got angry or upset! We went next door and started looking at used bikes. I must have been with him for over an hour and a half at that point just sitting on bikes, starting them up etc. FINALLY I landed on a used street glide. We went next door, did the finance stuff etc. As difficult as I was with making a decision, never once did Scott pressure me or try to force me to buy something. He truly cared about me and my needs. While I was there, he gave me 100% of his attention. It was as if no other person was there! Which I greatly appreciate. I even brought my wife and kids in, and Scott was GREAT with them.
