There's a man Kevin Rockwood, who absolutely is one of a kind. This man will roll his sleeves up. Come out and Honestly let you know what your problem is and more times than not He will do his due diligence in a great deal of respect for the customers and do something for them to fix their problem that a mechanic would totally rake them over the Coals for. Thank you Mike for hiring Kevin, a Man who leads by example in helping others, were many others don't have the knowledge, experience, or even common sense of know how to fix people's cars and send them on their merry way, making them in business. What are the most valued customers I call them cheerleaders and private referral people many if not all,who barely limps in with their car not knowing what the heck is going on with it and Kevin of course with all his knowledge comes out roses leaves up gets dirty with love in his heart for everything he does thank you Kevin and thank Mike for your team members who go the extra mile day in and day out.

I chose mid-priced blades. Before I had a chance to pay for them, he already went out to the car and removed the old ones. After I paid, he promptly installed the new ones. They are sometimes a little slow but when I finally make it up to the counter they give me just as good a service as they did all those ahead of me and since they are 15 miles closer to me I'm willing to wait my turn. Thanks, Creswell NAPA for being there for me when I need you the most, I will be back!

Today I went into the local NAPA store to purchase a polishing pad for polishing my boat. The price…read morelisted on the tag was $14.99, and the person rang it up for $30.36. I notified the clerk that the price on the tag was considerable less, to which she explained "they've had some price increases, and there use to be a sign on the door". I told her it was very deceiving, and that this was quite the price increase, and she had adjusted the price. Later I had realized that the pad wasn't the right size for my polisher, and wanted to exchange it, and get some polishing compound instead. The listed price on the Mcguires polishing compound $17.99. The gentleman who rang it up this time, rang it up for $41.62. Again I mentioned how this was considerably more that the price tag had stated, to which he had replied "We use to have a sign on the door". I asked the man "would you go grocery shopping at a store that has a sign on the door stating their prices may be considerably more than posted?", To which he was silent. Fortunately this man honored the listed price after tearing off the price tag from the shelf. I don't normally write complaints, but this seems like a very shady business practice to me. Is it normal for NAPA to have sudden price increases that double the price?
