We called Sully's and they came out right away and diagnosed the problem. They came back out and removed the old AC and replaced it with the new AC in less than an hour. They are a husband and wife team and do a very good job. They do not rush to get done and they are efficient. They picked up everything when they were done, and put things back that had to be moved outside in order to work on our motorhome. Very nice, personable, great communication, and we highly recommend them!! We will call them again for any mobile repair we may need in the future.

Before booking an appointment I went in to chat with the owner and service staff. I was impressed in the way they addressed my concerns. About two weeks later I I dropped my RV off at 8 am. My instructions were to check all seals, winterize, service the generator, remove current kitchen faucet and install the one I supplied, and check overhead cab area in my Winnebago Class C Outlook for leaks. Having paid to repair leaks in previous and current RV I was thinking the worst. Later that early afternoon I received a call saying that the clearance lights covers were cracked and he wanted to order them. I was relieved it was a simple problem. What impressed me was the dialog and call from the shop. My RV was repaired in a timely manner and what I thought was a more than a fair price. The invoice was itemized completely. While I have only one experience at Armstrong RV repair I will certainly be going back. If nothing else stop in and chat to see if that is a shop you want to create a relationship with.

I felt that I asked a lot of her considering this was a warranty issue/claim with an out of state business who also asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and she delivered. Regarding the warranty work, it was obviously an involved tedious repair and I feel it was repaired professionally and thoroughly. The warranty repair finish work was sloppy on the interior. Straightline took responsibility for this. I brought the vehicle back in and they corrected all issues. In addition to warranty work, I had elective paint work done and the craftsmanship was phenomenal. The color match to the factory color is beautiful. The paint warranty is superior. I am definitely satisfied with the ultimate outcome of this experience and would give them my business again.

Please please do not trust this company. We did- and their lack of integrity and professionalism…read morehad cost us a lot of money we did not anticipate. We hired them to do a thorough inspection of a older used RV before we made the purchase. This RV was one owner and appeared to be in relatively good condition. They gave us a 7 page document that allegedly outlined any/all issues or repairs needed. Their words verbatim "this is a well taken care of Trailer" and even text us NADA comparables on the spot. What they didn't tell us was there was serious water damage into the walls and floors and that as a result it would cost us a lot of money in repairs, and the roof had several holes and compromised areas. There are other concerns as well, such as a toilet leak (unknown if additional damage as of yet) and ceiling damage in the sunlight/shower area that was not well inspected. We have yet to determine full magnitude of water damage there. They also told us the tread on the tires was "good" but they didn't tell us due to the age they needed replacing to prevent a blow out. Major safety issue!!!! Their inspections cannot be trusted and is a total waste of money. This was supposed to be a first trailer for my husband and I who live on a tight budget, along with our toddler. So far it has cost way more than we intended and the repairs are not even close to complete yet. These people could have been honest and would have been paid the same but reality is they didn't so their job. The pictures of the damages speak for themselves. Super disappointing!!
