I spoke to Jim that was supposedly in charge. I order around $750 in products with claims and excuses of reasons not to fulfill my orders.I filed a better business bureau claim to try to get my money back. This is the exact wording in Bbb. "I ordered some products from this merchant around February 2 2015 in the amount of 524 on my debit card and 259 on my credit card for his half off February promo. After my time frame was up i called and emailed the merchant for my products but each and every time he made up an excuse such as my worker quit, my machine broke and so on. I waited in him because I thought these were legitimate reasons. After a few more emails there was not contact back from the merchant. I tried to file a complaint to my bank but the time frame has passed to get my money back. I have email correspondence from the merchant still as proof. Thank you for your time."

I know that more complex jobs might take more time, but I had the parts for the liftgate already, so he was happy to just quickly replace them. Works like a dream now, the door seal isn't flopping around like a rubber snake and the bumper is securely attached. Will definitely go back for any bodywork needed. These things have been annoying me for ages, and he fixed them in well under an hour. Friendly service, too! The look on my husband's face when the previously horrifically heavy liftgate practically floated out of his hands was priceless. We've been keeping a shovel back there to prop it open and I had the delightful chance to give him a honey-do of "Please get the shovel out of the car."

On 01/20/2021, having surpassed the estimated completion date by nearly double I asked for a firm completion date. Solomon all but actually stated my job kept being bumped for more lucrative jobs, "competing priorities" I think it's how he put it. I showed up on 01/27, as told, to get my parts at 3:50 pm & no one in the facility knew what I was talking about. We found my order, still on the racks, not wrapped and in no way ready for transport. I immediately emailed Solomon at CEI/VP and shared my concerns. The response I received stated: your parts are in final quality review, would you like the parts done on time or correctly? Well, color me a fool, but both really!! Is that odd? Would receiving your steak dinner two hours after ordering be upsetting, even if it was done right? I suggested an adjustment to the bill was in order for the repeated failures on the part of CEI/VP. CEI/VP agreed and re-developed the price quote by more than double from $1800.00 to $3,514.96! NO JOKE, AFTER COMPLAINING AND ASKING FOR AN ADJUSTMENT THEY AGREED BY INCREASING THE AMOUNT DUE!!! CEI/VP then reduced the price to $2,070 for a net increase of 250.00 after I voiced my complaint. But it gets better! I finally get my parts home. And begin unwrapping and inspecting them. Remember above when Ariel asked if I wanted the parts done on time or correctly? Haha! Wrong on both accounts!!! I get back to the house, unwrap the parts and neither the front nor rear fender has any paint, primer or coating on the underside, just bare raw metal!!! Neither done on time, nor correctly, or even within budget! This makes me really laugh at the email when they speak to going through final quality review! By whom? A blind man with no hands? I called and spoke with Solomon. He claims motorcycles don't come from the factory painted on the underside, they use an "undercoating". Interesting because I personally took this fenders down to bare metal myself, and they were painted. Further, while I can see why an undercoating vs. paint may make sense on some applications, my front fender floats above the front tire, with four bolts afixing it to the forks. When you look through the forks you see the underside of the fender mounting tabs which are an ugly matt black rather than professional looking paint. Even better however, is when I return to pick up the fenders you can actually and quite literally see metal through the thin veneer they sprayed over it, nor did they tape it, so there is a pronounced, uneven and unfinished look to them now. I have a lot more parts to get powder coated. Imagine the difference in review had Solomon simply apologized and offered me 10-15% off my next job? I'd have been happy, I'd have returned with more work and I would have shared my positive experience with my extensive network of friends, family and aquaintances. As a result CEI/VP would have made more money. Instead, CEI/VP would rather hold my parts hostage for more than the agreed upon price after double the reported completion time with the work being poorly and incorrectly done. I am utterly convinced your experience will be the same should you choose to use this company, but don't say no one warned you...

I wanted a professional with more know how than myself to help me fix a lean surge. I had a long talk with one employee who took notes for the technician explaining what I had done already with no improvement. I was ready to pay them However many hours it took even if it needed a complete rebuild. It was only a few days later they finished and called me. The technician never heard about the notes taken and just changed the pilot jet one size. I did eventually figure out that my float level was way off and it runs perfect now. I know they are a very skilled capable shop but it seemed like they just didn't have time for my old bike. I still buy oil and accessories there but probably won't have any more service done.

I had hit a pothole and bent the front rim of my R1200GS - causing a loss of tire pressure. Upon calling Chris at Cascade, he immediately agreed to order a new front wheel from the BMW network and get it shipped overnight. The amazing thing was, he agreed to do this without any payment up-front. He further went out of his way to stay late and wait long after closing time to receive my bike and get it secured in the shop. The next day, the wheel arrived, they prioritized my bike's service and I was able to continue my trip with only a day of lost time. While in the shop, their technician also noticed I was badly in need of rear brake pads and quickly replaced those based on my verbal approval.
