It's always nice to get Fantastic Service! Everybody In The Know already knows about these guys, but for those who don't here ya go. This place is tops for moto parts. They have the parts, or will get you the parts. (period) I picked up a used bike that not only turned out to need a bunch of stuff, but also had factory "quirks" that should be addressed as quickly as possible to prevent self-destruction. EVERY related web page ended up having a reference to these guys. They not only have the parts needed, but also many items have a link to detailed instructions on how to properly do the fixes/mods. Fabulous!! ALSO! Every part I needed, (all 35!!) was expertly packed and shipped on the same day. I was amazed at how small the package was, considering, but upon opening, even more impressed by the perfect pack job. The packing list had the salespersons initials, (Thanks MRG!!!), and initials for "Pulled", "Approved", and "Packed"!! These guys (and gals ;-) are ON IT!!! i ordered a piston kit...which come to find out they didnt have....and were backordered on.....they hard charged my cc for the entire amount ($185)+++ $12.50= total of $203..!!!( for u.s. postal service shipping)......& they didnt have the damn part!!!....at no time did their pos/dummm website tell me they didnt have the part.. finally 5 days after i put in my order they send me a lame e-mail saying "they were expecting" my kit in next week..."maybe".... but they hard-charged my cc for something they didnt have..... this is un-ethical....period behaviour.....in most states it's illegal... i didnt know @ amytime they didnt have & they think it's ok....to tie up $203 for something they dont have... i immed. canceled the order....and told them too credit my card back the entier $203 immed. it took them -3- days to get that done... a found a piston kit on e-bay....1/2 the price...in stock ++ free shipping.... do yourself a favor.....avoid these clowns.... theyre selling @ msrp list price...charging for post office shipping.....charging customer cc's for stuff they dont have... to hell with them.............tmalaska read more

I love the fact that they have an entire section devoted just to my DR650 - there are so many awesome things there - I have purchased the IMS tank, the lowered footpegs, the little bugslapper and an extra clutch cable from these folks. Ordered a fender bag, tires, tools, tubes, and some other accessories for my KLR. Paid for priority shipping. After waiting more than a week, I e-mailed them to see if my order has shipped. It had not shipped and I had no contact from procycle. Their website didn't indicate anything was out of stock when I ordered. I e-mailed them and Michael from Procycle stated that they were waiting on my tires to arrive and then ship. I told him I needed this stuff for a ride and if the tires wouldn't arrive in time to cancel those and ship everything else. He asked me to wait another day and the tires should arrive. I emailed him the following day and he said the tires were there and I would get a tracking number in a few hours. That was down to the wire for shipping to Alaska in time for my ride, but would work. I never received a tracking number. I called Procycle the following business day and talked to Carl on the phone. He told me my order had still not shipped because they were waiting on the rear tire. So, not only did they lie to me, they also didn't cancel the tire order and ship the rest of the stuff as I requested. I asked him to cancel my order because I won't do business with such a terrible company when there are plenty of companies that actually care about their customers. Although, judging by the integrity of the Procycle staff, I should probably dispute the order with my credit card company to make sure the order is actually cancelled. read more

Procycle is a great company to deal with! The fact that they specialize in my little old DR650 definitely helps! They are always helpful and have a very active presence on the motorcycle forums. BUYER BEWARE! These guys are OK with selling defective product! I purchased a wiring harness and upon inspection there was a nick in the insulation of the wiring. I contacted them by email requesting a small chunk of heat shrink to quickly repair myself. After a day and no reply I contacted Michael by phone who advised me to return for an exchange, which I did; a delay in my project. 6 days later I just got off the phone with Carl Nagy who said he was customer service (he would not let me talk to the manager) and he stated that the nick in the harness (which he didn't deny was there) was of no consequence. I did get a full refund, but Carl stated that their quality control was not as good as mine and that they could not meet my expectations. read more
