DO NOT do any business with this company! My son spent his own money on a KX450. He needed to have top and bottom end work done on it. He took it in, and it took over 3 months. THEY DID NOT FIX the bike but said they did and charged us! My husband had to get involved. Took the bike back in after we got another opinion and they put a camera down the bike to find out it had NO new parts. He took the bike back to Trak, and spoke to a women manager, who stated the entire team had been fired, and it sounded like they were saying they fixed bikes, and pocketed money. She asked my husband to leave the bike, and that she would make it right. 4+ months later, and we still did not have a bike. They kept saying parts were on order. My husband showed up today, to find out parts were never on order, the manager and entire crew has been fired again, and our bike was in pieces! This shop is a prime example of why you should do a background check on a business. I was in Eugene for other business and dropped in to check them out and get parts/supplies. Getting recognized was a job in itself. Then I was sold the wrong part, a simple oil filter, that ended up failing and costing me a rebuild of my engine to the tune of $5100+ at another shop. When questioned about whether they would stand behind the mistake, I was told to F off and didn't know how to change a filter. I've only been doing oil changes for over 60 years including a few on the Ibex450 that sits, awaiting on parts going on four months now. read more

I've never experienced such bad service. An oil change and fork seal replacement should be routine but your shop techs are a joke. The excuses of broken tools and ordering wrong parts was too much. After a month and a half of waiting, I just asked if I could take my bike. Once I got home it looks like someone took channel locks to my fork nuts and they are gouged up, thanks! I will never be back and will tell all my riding buddies to steer clear of Trak. read more

What could improve? Everything! It was the worst display of Customer service ever. We were hardly acknowledged as we came into their place of business. When we walked in the door, we had to ask for a sales person, and then the person that talked to us, was young, inexperienced, and acted ike our questions were a bother to him. The vehicle we were looking at was full of leaves and cobwebs, and dirt. The posting on the webpage was inaccurate in reference to pricing and accessories. The excuse we were given was that the Internet guy was inexperienced, and the supervisor was not interested in honoring what they had posted. So we left there, and took our business elsewhere. Previously bought a motorcycle from them. So, today I was a "returning" customer. The previous deal was sub-optimal I thought. Today I called them and asked if they had a certain model on the floor. The guy on the phone said, "Yes! We have 3 of them!" I get there and they only have one and it is in the process of being sold to someone else! I drove two hours to get there to learn that they are the worst motorcycle dealership I have ever dealt with. Never again. Go anywhere else!!! read more

Wont ever purchase another part from these guys. I called a day ahead and had them set aside 3 oil filters so i could have someone pick them up for me the next day. Next day my father goes to pick them up and the guy says they dont have them. So i call parts and then i get put on hold forever while the guy ignores me. The other girl was too busy had to go on a smoke break. Finally she gets back and low and behold there they are sitting behind the counter. They treated my elderly father like crap and i wont give them any of my business again. read more

This place deserves ZERO stars. I will never recommend anyone to spend their money there. The sales associate Don is a lair and will just scam you out of your money. They sell you wrong parts and won't return them. Don't waste your time on a company that doesn't give a crap about their customers or making their wrongs right. read more

Sold my 15 year old son a mismatch pair of 200$ riding boots then refused to return them place is a joke. Would not recommend them to anyone. Also bent wheel on on my brother's kids bike just mounting a tire then bent the brake rotor to bend the rim straight new bike and wheel won't spin but they did nothing wrong read more

This place deserves 0 stars. I called looking for an exhaust for my 2022 kx450. They were all out of aftermarket exhaust so the sales rep DON offered to sell me a 2022 kx450 stock exhaust muffler. I purchased the muffler and got home to install it and quickly realized I was sold a kx250 exhaust that doesn't fit. I called the next day hoping they could fix it by giving me a kx450 stock exhaust or return me my money. They denied returning my money and denied giving me a 2022 kx450 stock muffler exhaust. In the end I got screwed and they didn't care at all and were not willing to fix it. I don't recommend this place at all and most definitely do not recommend doing business with the sales rep DON. read more

Different owners, same stuff. Go in, parts guy staring at his cell phone, other guy staring at a computer. Didnt even look up when I walked in. I walked around there for 10 minutes. Next experience with them, called the other day, guy answers "parts hold" fast as it could be said, minute later picks up the phone just says "parts", ask him what he knows about a certain part, just starts running down the typical computer questions, "nope we dont have that have to order it" usual answer. I am after an extremely simple part that fits 100's of bikes of many brands. But if the computer says its not in stock, the little magic box knows everything. read more

I brought my cruiser there for an oil change and to have the slip on mufflers installed. When i picked up the bike that day, the "mechanic" was revving the engine very hard "because the exhaust was smoking". He said it was probably because of the new exhaust. He also said it took 6 quarts of oil. The bike ran poorly on the way home. I checked the oil and it was way over filled. The air box and air filter was also saturated with oil. It turns out the bike was 3/4 of a quart overfilled. This is why the bike was smoking. After complaining and asking for a refund, the shop picked up my bike with the understanding they would change the oil correctly and have an experienced mechanic check the bike for damage. I recieved some conflicting updates on what exactly was being done to the bike and by who, but i was assured the bike ran well, it was inspected and the oil was drained and set properly. I picked up the bike a week later only to get it home and check the oil. It is overfilled again by 3/4 quart this time. I had 0 mechanical concerns about this bike before. Now i have more than a couple. I would not trust this shop with your bike. read more
