Their workers were really kind and friendly and I would highly recommend giving business to this Harley-Davidson! The worker they had at the door greeting everyone said they wanted to do this for the community, that we are like their family. It was so kind.

We had planned with this dealership MONTHS in advance of our cross country trip [6 bikes] for a 3…read morehole OIL CHANGE and a WASH only; it was reconfirmed few days prior as a reminder with service manager TROY again for 9am when they open [and it was a weekday]. Mind you ALL of us has a complete service of our bikes with home HD dealerships just prior to the trip. We arrived with 4 bikes as the other 2 decided to fly/ship bikes home and had to cut their trip short. At first it seemed Troy was just being "thorough" as he took forever to individually go thru each bike in the parking lot by testing horn, turn signals, brakes, etc; we told him do NOT need an inspection. Then it took forever to write up a simple oil change work order Thinks got worse as they took in 2 bikes first; then 1, then 1 and there were other "regular" customers also getting service. Troy came out to each of us and then presented our bikes needed "more work"; now it truly seemed like they were upselling us and of course their service area is literally behind closed bay-barn style doors so can't see anything. Bottom line for my bike was told it needed: a) clean and oil air filter b) front & rear brake flush c) adjust a loose drive belt Since one of the other bikes was still being worked on and we had death valley CA coming up in a day, I allowed (a) and (b). My bill was $500.33 and the mileage out was 34,653. All 4 bikes did NOT get out of service department until after 2:30+pm [5 1/2 hours wasted there] and not even 1 mile down road 3 out of the 4 bikes ALL said their clutch was too tight and we all had new problem of finding neutral! Well 3 days later my drive belt was SHOT; (ONLY 1,243 MILES LATER) and had to limp along Sequoia National Forrest to then get to Visalia Harley Davidson Dealership where they couldn't believe my belt was super TIGHT and MISSING 2 feet of teeth [yes you read that right; see attached pics and video). Things got worse as that dealership did not have in stock a new belt and anyone who knows CA there is nothing close to obtain another one. Wound up having them take a belt off a used bike and putting on my bike and then paying for a new one to be ordered and replaced on the used bike; of course had to pay DOUBLE labor; total 10 hours for both bikes @175.00 plus parts(seals), primary fluid, etc. They said they found my head pipe on right side was also cracked and they had to weld it; they completed all work by end of day. Days later I noticed the very bottom screw was missing from primary cover; not sure if was from Willamette Valley HD or them :(. After being on road for a day I called Willamette and asked to speak with service manager Troy; had to leave message; he did call me back shortly thereafter. I explained what happened and expecting some sort of compassion or even a credit refund and got nothing but an argument and explained how dissatisfied was with their lack of "caring"; not my style to get into a verbal battle on the phone. Troy blurted out something about all work is videoed by their techs? I sure would love to get my hands on this??? I was hoping somebody from this place would address the situation; nope. I am hoping the owner, Brian Parks? is reading this; would welcome a conversation from him before I reach out further to HOG customer care relations. THUS, THIS FULLY CERTIFIABLE ACCOUNT IS TRUE AND ACCURATE AND I HEREBY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND WILLAMETTE VALLEY FOR ANY SERVICE PERIOD!. DO NOT EVER! TROY NEEDS LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. *Side note: we spent over 5 1/2 hours stranded there the sales and clothing department staff we experienced were very nice. *

I called I-5 sports and pestered the staff from start to end and they always checked on the status and answered all my questions, never once did they make me feel like I was bothering them, Great team to work with. Once it came time to purchase (dreaded, stressful, high pressure sales event) not at all with them, they asked me once about extended warranty, and showed me a list of available add on parts, I picked up a 4point harness and a spare belt, they gave me a discount and then we signed papers. Wow, never had a sighing go this easy, ever. The walk through on my purchase was nothing less than the best. Showed me all the removable panels, storage, intake, tires, you get the point. And went over operation of the equipment and what to expect, all they way out the door and on the trailer. I normally just pass by the rating stage of my purchases, because they are less than expected services, I looked for this rating platform, just to show my appreciation for all the work they did just for me. I live in Springfield, Oregon and drove to Albany, Oregon just to get better service than I could get in my own back yard, will continue to make the journey back to them for a my parts and service needs. In closing all I can say is, The greatest place for ATV purchases, period.

A master motorcycle seat tailor…read more A motorcycle garage shop that builds, modifies and repairs motorcycle seats for your ride. Also atvs, snowmobile and other riding type seats. The process starts with a phone call. Ryan will ask about your motorcycle year, make and model to get an idea of the project. He will ask you about the issues with the bike seat's comfort, stiffness, shape, stock or custom. He asks a bit more detail about you and your bike. Next is setting up an appointment while you are still on the phone. Typically he works with only one client each day. He focuses on your motorcycle seat. Estimate appointment time is 4 to 6 hours. So when you go in, Ryan will tie your bike into a rack and start walking over your seating position while you are sitting on your own bike. He will ask about pressure points, comfort areas, positioning, etc. Ryan is a great communicator and he lets you know what he is planning to improve on your seat and his process including pulling the seat apart, identifying the contents, the process and additional materials. Your presence is highly encouraged so he can involve you in the custom fitting of each phase of the seat to your needs and your wants. For my seat, we had about five sitting's and conversations about comfort and pressure points. (See the photos) He shaped the existing foam with pocket to move me into a more neutral position. Originally the seat pushed me forward into the tank. Then he carved a pocket adjacent to my tailbone to ease pressure. Then Ryan started on the layers of memory foam. This project took three layers, flat base, one middle, and one top and side layer. Each being cut and shaped and added back approximately one and a half inches of memory come for comfort. Ryan reused my existing third-party leather/synthetic leather seat cover. He can replace the cover according to your needs with other material design choices. Including leather, alligator, or other materials. (Delays may be needed if materials asked are not on hand). I road down from the Portland area to get my seat rebuilt. Working with Ryan (he did all the real work), we spent four hours on this project. Final results, I'm able to ride my Scout for a hours longer with a great reduction in pressure points and pain. UPDATE: I road my scout to the coast along a windy mountain road, so cool. The seat performance was exceptionally comfortable! THANK YOU Ryan.
