Finally arrive at the dealership only to find out the bike was sold 20 minutes before we got there. Brian and his manager claimed they didn't know but my question is why wasn't something placed on this bike to hold it at the very least on the morning after we confirmed the appointment time. We drove 5 hours, had our trailer with the trade in on it and spent several hundred on gas.. this Harley is absolutely shady and I would advise people to stay clear. They don't deserve anyone's business.

During one service I prepaid for parts and they accidentally charged me a second time for the parts... They noticed it before I did and handed me the difference right out of the till. Their prices are reasonable, and in fact the rear tire I bought recently was cheaper there than it was online. The work they do is excellent, and the guys are very knowledgeable. One downside: I'd rather buy here than the other shops in town but they don't stock a whole lot of parts, mostly tires and basic oil/filters, although they are able to order almost anything.
