It took 35 minutes and my tires were replaced. I did have the car put back up because a sensor was broken and they didn't ask about it when it would've been a quick fix. It took another 10-15 and I was in my car and on my way. In the scheme of things, not a big deal. A mechanic told me that the other techs/mechanics there were all knowledgeable and certified, as well as really good guys. There's a sense of community in the Eugene auto care center, and it helped the place feel welcoming and effective. If you get new tires here, be sure to go back after 50 miles to have a third lug nut tightening!

When my husband asked how long it would take for them to look it over, the staff joked around saying it would take a month or 1 week. He just wanted to know if he had to leave the truck there and come back later or wait. After they balanced the tires we drove away, the truck was shaking like it had never shook before. It looks like we are going to have to take it somewhere else to get the tires balanced correctly. We are very disappointed and will not go back!

Arrived at this store to find meet Robbie, the store manager who was very willing to help me in my quest. He stopped what he was doing, took me over to the aisle and showed me the various shades. When I found one I liked, I wasn't sure if it would fit the car. He was so kind to walk to the car with me, allow me to check out the shade to be sure it was what I was seeking before I made the actual purchase. Now, that's incredible customer service! James is very nice and even showed me the Honda parts that he was going to use. Again, being the chick in the scenario, I have no idea what the parts were but I appreciated him trying to educate me.
