Eron and his wife were so friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced and the job was completed quickly. Less than a week. Highly recommended for auto repair.

Precision Classics and Collision is a family owned and operated business, both the husband and wife were extremely knowledgeable about the safety of my car and even car seat! They cared about the safety and security of my car and family as much as I did. The pick up and drop off service was very helpful. They took care of me from start to finish, I gave them my insurance information and they handled everything. I LOVED the results! Not only did I receive my car washed and vacuumed, but they found my iPod I thought I lost. I loved the service here so much I brought my car back a year later to have it detailed. Sure I could have gone to a car wash, but I know there is no business out there that could give me the same results! When my husband's company vehicle had some body damage he knew exactly where to go. And again, Precision Classics and Collision took care of all the paperwork and phone calls for us, and again, had amazing results! There isn't another place in town I will ever take any of my vehicles!

It was a terrible day because the door was smashed so badly it wouldn't open, and the rear door wouldn't open either. I chatted with some friends to see where they'd had collision work done, and the first place I called told me it would take months to fix. Another friend mentioned Autobody Specialties, so I decided to give them a try. To my surprise, they said they could get it done in a couple of weeks, depending on shipping. After that, I just confirmed with my insurance company where I was getting the work done, and ten days later, the car was ready. Of course, when I drove, I noticed another part wasn't working right, which I hadn't noticed in the original repairs. But they took it in and replaced the part with one they had in stock in just a few hours. They also updated the repair estimate with my insurance company for no extra cost to me. Overall, I'm really happy with how quickly the repair was done, and the paint job matches the original paint perfectly, which I was worried about because my car is black with a glittery finish. I can't tell my car was ever hit.

After he completed my brake job he showed me exactly what was wrong with my brake pads. I learned a lot through this experience and he was very knowledgeable. The best part was his fair pricing. It was time for my Honda's 100,000 mile timing belt change. This sounds like one of those things that Honda people just know. Timing belts, come to find out, aren't cheap! Being on a budget, I did my homework. Prices ranged from $700 to $1,200. Good gawd, I'm not wanting to buy a new kidney. My roomie, a retired VW mechanic, told me about James and Garage 808. He uses him exclusively for his Honda. I was wowed by the price that I was quoted. I called and set up my appointment and was very happy with the service. James is very nice and even showed me the Honda parts that he was going to use. Again, being the chick in the scenario, I have no idea what the parts were but I appreciated him trying to educate me. It has been about a month now and I've had no problems. In the mean time, I have referred two other Honda owners to James and I'm sure that I will continue to do so. Nice job, James. You're a good man and a great mechanic!
