Did great work and fast. We had 2 issues later and and as expected, M&G said no problem, and they were both fixed. 1 issue was they forgot to put an emblem back, and the other a water leak caused by rear taillight. We didn't know about the slight leak until going through the car wash. I wanted to update my previous post, my truck has been having some issues since I received it back from Ben at M&G and he has been working with me over the past two yrs. Trying to figure it out, after going over the truck from A to Z and bringing it to a couple other shops specializing in the issue that was found and finding parts from another state due to the truck being a 2008 and trying to get parts special made but did not fit properly, Ben figured it out with a little help from Rick at Hunters alignment shop. Trust me, because I'm 60 and I've worked with a lot of body shops in my life. We live in California but hit a deer in Oregon. The car needed $22k of work. Over the weeks required for the extensive repairs and parts back orders, manager Ben gave me detailed updates and answered all of my questions. He's a very open and honest communicator. During the course of the repair, the car visited mechanics and the Subaru dealer for calibration of the safety systems. M&G managed all of the subcontractors. M&G's body work is flawless. After all this, they test drove the car, cleaned it, and gave us a warranty for the repairs. Very friendly and trustworthy. They did an amazing job on my '18 Challenger. Went above and beyond, polishing the swirls out of the paint on the entire car... Even on the opposite side of the damage. They also touched up some pain chips for me, not part of the damage. Detailed the inside of the car too. Car looks like brand new. The paint work and blending is miraculous. What a great experience! I love M & G. My van had been stolen and "repaired" in the city where it was found. The door was still broken. I argued with my insurance company to take it to M & G instead of the local company they recommended which had horrible reviews. M & G made the whole side of my van look brand new. Not only that, but they detailed the interior and washed the exterior until it sparkled. When I got it back from the first company there were still hand prints from the thieves on the dashboard. I picked my car up yesterday from M& G body repair and I was shocked at how great my car looked and drove! They took the time to fix a blinker that hadn't been working before I brought it in! They had taken extra time to replace bulbs ( it wasn't on my estimate) they also didn't charge to do it. The outside of my car looked better than when I had purchased it! I took my car in today to get an estimate. She's got a good size dent on the rear drivers side. The "specialist" took a few pics then asked me to pop my truck. So I did. He then proceeded to pick up a hammer from inside my truck and tried to beat the dent out from the inside. HELLO! Every time he hit it, he cracked the paint on the outside of my car. I needed a dent fixed, paint wasn't an issue. Now, I have to have it done. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Not everyday you go into a business to help fix your car and they, right in front of you make it worse. read more

I had lived near this M&G for years when I was younger and had always loved cars so I has always remember always seeing the cars come in and out, so when I needed some light work on my Audi and when my insurance company referred me to them I was kind of excited to see what they could do because I had only ever went to Auto Craft. When coming to pick up my car I was truly let down. We had spoken about buffing my whole car or the areas they saw fit but when I walked around I quickly noticed they had not only not washed my car but it hadn't even buffed it. I could see where they wrote on my car with the car paint pen, so in my mind if you had buffed or waxed a car that would of been the easiest stuff to get off. I gave them a second chance because my insurance company said I should...mistake they ended up putting scratches in the paint trying to wipe off the pen markings they had made. I chose to say it was okay because I could tell how annoyed they were getting by having to even redo it to begin with. I took my car down to auto craft (where I usually had gone) and they for no charge did some buffing on my car because how bad it was left by M&G. okay people and clean facilities but in the end if you drive a higher end vehicle do some research. *By far not the worst place in town but for the image presented the standards were not met for me. read more

After the initial inspection appointment I was scheduled to drop off about three weeks out. After drop off the shop did not look at my vehicle for three days, on a Friday, and did not contact me that there was an issue until Monday (after they had called my insurance company). All this time was burning up my rental car allowance. MG has policies that they will not work on certain vehicles. OK, if this is the case, this should be the first questions asked the customer so as not to waste the customer's time and money. In addition, as a "preferred" repair shop, they called the insurance company first and I feel this demonstrates more focus on insurance company satifaction then customer satisfaction. M & G met most of my expectations when I needed to come in and get my car repaired. This place was chosen for us by an insurance company. We had a dent that needed to be fixed and they were very good about communicating with us. Our car was dropped off for a few days and when we went to pick it up we were for the most part pretty happy with the results of the actual dent. It looked brand new and was even better than before. There were, however, some questionable small dings, dents and scratches that my partner and I had not seen before. Some were even on the other side of the car. There were also a couple places it looked like the lining on the ceiling/door had been pulled out and not put back properly. These small things made me take off a star but I did appreciate the friendly customer service and the fact that we were able to leave our rental car there after picking up our car. read more

Road tripping from Portland to Cali last week, I ran into a huge item that fell off of a truck in front of me in the next lane. Miraculously, no collisions and no injuries to anyone as a result. Thankful for defensive drivers all around! (and proud of my own driving after fishtailing into the adjacent lane and center divide!) After responders came and left and I gained my composure I entered back onto I-5, and the TPMS light came on. I can't drive 9 hours without knowing my tires are safe, so I stay the night in Eugene. I had my tires checked and taken care of at Wyatt's (see identical review) and called M&G for a quick visual of the undercarriage since that thing was dragged and maybe ended up going under my car. It happened so fast but was also slow motion... I did not catch her name but she said I could come by. I just needed a quick visual and assurance for the drive home and Bryan helped me out. I know how busy collision centers are, especially the good ones. It may not seem like a lot, but it meant a lot to me that they helped me out! read more

This place is the BEST! I took my car in with some pretty minimal damage and I was questioning whether or not it was worth filing an insurance claim on. I went in and got an estimate from Ben who was honest with me, let me know there could be additional damage to the car that they couldn't see and he even popped my front bumper back into place so it wasn't hanging off and it looked better. I chose to go ahead and get the repairs done in fear that there could be underlying issues. The repair was well done and the car was very clean when I got it back. What really makes them better then the rest is that they had not found any additional damage to my car (which was great) but they didn't want me to be disappointed that I had filed an insurance claim so they repaired a big ugly scratch that someone had left on my back bumper months (not where the damage was at) prior to this accident so now my car is in like new condition again. It made me SO happy when I got the car back. Ben is the best and his entire team does awesome work. I am so glad I took my car in there and I will highly recommend them to everyone. read more

I had two large dents on my Lexus repaired at this shop. My entire experience was outstanding. I was so impressed with the friendliness of their staff from the receptionist to all of the repair personnel. Not only did they repair the dents, they buffed out a couple of scratches for free. They also straighted my front license plate and replaced the frame with a brand new one. And finally, they detailed my entire vehicle (inside and out) making my 2009 Lexus look brand new! I took my newer auto in after it was hit and M&G collision returned it with a leak in the roof. I'd had this car several years with never any problems with leakage; they claimed it had nothing to do with their repair, even though they hadn't reviewed their work. They finally relented to review their work, which took less than 2 minutes and found they had nothing to do with new leak. I was told by AAA, the insurer, that I would have to PROVE they caused leak (again--IT NEVER LEAKED IN 3 YEARS AT ALL UNTIL IT CAME BACK FROM THEIR SHOP.) To prove neglect costs thousands of dollars. They wasted my time by having me driving half hour into Eugene to 'cover' themselves. They never showed an ounce of concern about how they basically totaled my car. I have them more than a year to make it right,telling the I would write this review if they didn't. They didn't. read more

Our collision repair started out so well and then trifecta fail! I called Friday morning to check on my vehicle. I was told if they pushed hard it would be ready that afternoon. Since I live an hour away and would be in Eugene Monday anyway I let Ben know I would pick it up then. Well due to a lack of their internal communication my car was not ready. I agreed to return Weds morning again not ready as promised. Lots of excuses! To compensate my inconvenience they said they would pay for some of my rental car...didn't happen. I took my car in to get it fixed and they did a great job on it! My car is white and I was really nervous about the pearl paint coming out the right color to match and they got it perfectly! Also they did all the repairs in the 4 days that they told me and stayed pretty close to the estimate price they gave me before doing the repairs. I would definitely go to this shop again and recommend them for your services. They even washed my car and made her look brand new again! This shop and I had a shaky beginning. We were on the way to take the car my granddaughter drives into the shop when I got a call from them. They had two mechanics suddenly have to go to the hospital and they needed to reschedule the repair. I was not very happy, because teenagers can't drive rental cars. We had scheduled the repair when she didn't need it. To be honest, I was a little short with them; maybe rude even, I am embarrassed to admit. They said that they would work with me to make it right and they more than compensated me for the inconvenience. We rescheduled the repair for a little over a month later at a time she didn't need it. They did a beautiful job on the scheduled repair, did some extra body work at no cost, etc. Plus, they always stayed courteous and polite with me...even when I probably wasn't.
