I was between a rock and a hard place and found Todd's by accident while doing a search for autobody in the Eugene area. I flat bedded my vehicle in and met Josh and LeighAnn who took their time in formulating a good plan to address the front end collision work required to get my van back in spec - these folks are thorough and like doing things right to eliminate stress on both sides which I appreciate. Josh made a comment that my van would most likely come back to me better than it was when it left the factory and I believe he was right. I was sent many photos and videos detailing their work, they clearly have a great team of skilled techs and professionals to ensure the job was done right. The memory of the afore mentioned local painter who blew up my summer plans was replaced by the high quality work and professionalism of Todd's Autobody. I am very pleased with their work, the price was fair given all they had to do and I would go out of my way to use their services again. By the way, I live near Medford Oregon so they are truly out of my way but driving this far to have this quality work is worth it! It was a terrible day because the door was smashed so badly it wouldn't open, and the rear door wouldn't open either. I chatted with some friends to see where they'd had collision work done, and the first place I called told me it would take months to fix. Another friend mentioned Autobody Specialties, so I decided to give them a try. To my surprise, they said they could get it done in a couple of weeks, depending on shipping. After that, I just confirmed with my insurance company where I was getting the work done, and ten days later, the car was ready. Of course, when I drove, I noticed another part wasn't working right, which I hadn't noticed in the original repairs. But they took it in and replaced the part with one they had in stock in just a few hours. They also updated the repair estimate with my insurance company for no extra cost to me. Overall, I'm really happy with how quickly the repair was done, and the paint job matches the original paint perfectly, which I was worried about because my car is black with a glittery finish. I can't tell my car was ever hit.

Even though they treated me poorly at the beginning, I didn't think it was fair to leave a negative review at the time. Now that I'm driving the car more and really see the "repair" they did, I no longer feel bad about it. This quality is nowhere near what you'd expect from a professional shop. I'm absolutely disappointed and I don't expect them to fix it properly. They take apart every panel just for the billable hours -- it's a common insurance scam. I'm not going to bother with litigation because it wouldn't be worth it, and I'm not going to waste more time negotiating with the insurance company either. I'm just going to get the whole car painted a different color at a real reputable shop. Thanks for destroying this panel. All pro? Not pro at all.
