First trip to Todd's with my 2024 Ford F-350, had some scratches left on paint after taking it to a local touch less car wash, quoted $700 but could be a couple hundred more if calibration was needed for sensors as bumper needed removed for paint. Was notified truck was done, and final bill was around $1,500 almost double the quote. Inspected truck and noticed bumper was sagging about an inch to the left went back in...oh yeah we will fix that. So much for that attention to detail! I should've known after that not to go back to Todd's Auto Body but I'm a slow learner I guess. Truck #2 2015 Ford F250 I had some vinyl pinstripe needing replaced on driver and passenger door. Brought truck into Todd's to show them what needed done, they looked at truck did their inspection and ordered the correct pin stripe. Got the quote for removal of old pin stripe and replace with new, quote $320. Pin stripe arrives and authorization to work is signed. A couple days later i receive a phone call stating pinstripe came off easily, but in the removal process it tore off clear coat and paint... but it's not their fault...it's the paints fault! LOL there was no offer to fix the damage , but they would work me up a quote to pay to fix their fuck up! Also the auto body tech didn't just ruin the paint on one door he continued from driver side front door and the driver side rear door. They didn't think to stop and notify the customer that damage was occurring? Odd I know! Her response was that I knew it had faulty paint, paint surely looked great before! Obviously good enough to spend $1,000 on an exterior detail. Anyhow after a few days of it sitting on their lot, trying to figure out what to do with the situation my wife went to pick up the truck, but they would not release it until the original quote for pinstripe removal and replace was paid... I told my wife we would not be paying them for a job that wasn't completed. After a phone call with the manager and owner I asked if they would be willing to fix their damage that they caused and they denied doing so. I told them I wouldn't be paying them for the labor, so as a COURTESY of the owner or whoever this clown is. They decided to release the truck to my wife if we paid for the vinyl pinstripe. So my truck left Todd's auto body in worse condition than it was brought to the shop in. Quote to fix Todd's auto body's unskilled handy work is $2,400. So now onto the next steps of wasting my time in court to sue these idiots! Below is before and after photos. read more

This was our second time at Todd's auto body within a year span. First car was totaled and our new car (pictured) was hit by a commercial vehicle. Their insurance was being difficult but Leanne worked diligently to help us get insurance & a rental vehicle sorted out with no cost to us. We went to pick up our vehicle & we're more than impressed! First, I'd like to thank leighann she does care and did a decent job. My 2021 Lexus needed extensive paint work. My carport collapsed on it during the January ice storm. My original bit of around 6000 changed four times to end up at $11,600 the last change was not discussed or approved by me! When I went to pick my car up, I found extension orange peel in two doors. They were happy to fix it and Todd's did. But why did they say it was ready when it obviously wasn't. I did have to resecure a windshield molding after the fact. No big deal just applied pressure to the molding and it snapped back in place. Todd has so much business. I think my paintwork was rushed or I got a trainee. There's still some orange peel on the hood, but I'm going to live with it. read more

I am so happy with my service at Todd's. Hubby's window came off track (regulator and cable broke) during our little snowstorm. Even though they were booked for a month out they squeezed me for an estimate. I was there no longer than 15 minutes before the problem was diagnosed and I was quoted. While I waited the lovely ladies in the office were taking customer calls. They were so nice and genuinely cared about the outcome and customer's satisfaction. A couple days later Todd called to let me know my parts were in and scheduled me in a few days later. Couldn't recommend Todd's enough. Last year they tapped up my bumper free of charge when other places were quoting $200+. Fast forward a year later they bought the same car when no one else would! I took my 1958 Chevy Brookwood Station wagon to a local shop to fix her brakes, get new tires and a battery. When I arrived to pick her up, they ran her into a truck causing a huge amount of damage! I had her towed to Springfield Auto, they did an awesome job replacing her brake lines. She than went next door to Todd's. Todd and his Team did an outstanding job putting "Hazell" back together. They reworked her fender and found parts to replace side molding, hood molding, bumper arm, light bezel and head light. Thank you Todd and your Team! read more

I just took my 1996 Chevy impala to Todd's auto body, and I have to say the attention to detail during the whole process was very refreshing. The staff were very helpful with the rental car process, and what I personally appreciated was the updates I received on the progress during the process. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Went to them with a broken door. After "fixed" the door fell off the hinges the first time being opened. I was charged full price. I went to them a second time (shouldn't have) and they tore up the interior floor and did unwanted work. The damages were hidden both times instead of being upfront. The damages were not paid for by them and instead I paid full price. I thought there might be some redemption the second time or a discounted price for any of their mishaps but just unfortunate dealing with them. STAY AWAY!!! read more

My car was hit in a parking lot, we are in the middle of being quarantined and I was sure nothing could be done about it. This is my second time dealing with Todd's. I called and Leanne said they were open. I was so happy. Took my car there after the insurance company did an estimate. Todd's Auto found some things that were missed by my insurance company, They made sure they were taken care of. I just got my car back and it is beautiful again. I love their attention to details. Had a very bad experience with a luxury BMW,. Car is just not the same. Door is not lining up and creeks when you open it. Window tint job had two flaws underneath the tint which they said I could bring back but I relocated out of the area. Never did get the money back from that from the insurance or Todds Auto Body. Overspray all over glass and a little bit on tail lights. Just a shoddy job overall. I'm sorry. A delivery van took out my driver's side taillight assembly. The management team at my apartment complex recommended Todd's. I'm certainly glad they did. It took a while to get my car into their shop, but that just means they must be doing something right to be so busy. Also, it was nice to see a small business doing so well, because so many small businesses have gone belly up during the last 2 years. The service provided by Todd's team was excellent from day one. This place is amazing. Me and my family were traveling through when the trunk of our car got stuck with all our camping gear in it. We called over to Todd's to see if the could take a look at it. The told us to come on over. As soon as we got there two gentlemen came out to help us, one of them being one of the owners. They went right to work on my car, they had to remove all the back seats and pull our bags, sleeping bags, camping chairs out through the back seat to be able to get to the truck release. The truck latch was broke and would not close so they gave me some bungee cords to help me hold the truck closed so we could make it to our destination. They even stayed late to make sure they were able to help us and get us on our way. These guys were the nicest most professional people. They took a situation that could have messed up the whole trip and actually turned it into a positive with how nice they were. So it has been 1 year since I had a wreck in my new 2017 Buick Casada convertible. I had 100 miles on the car. I hate driving a wrecked car. I wasn't excited about repairing it. Nothing about Todds is worth taking your car too. I had a small dent that they had to have someone else remove, and the work they did perform took two days longer than originally quoted. They did not let me know about the delay, nor did they know the status of my car when I called. If you want your car repaired by a run of the mill company for a standard to high price range, then Todds is the place. The staff is courteous as they tell you your car isn't ready. read more

Todd is one of the nicest professionals out there. I was recommended to Todd from my mechanic (Clarke's Discount on W 7th in Eugene) after someone backed into my rear fender. I went to Todd for an estimate. He told me he could replace the back panel, blend the paint, etc for whatever amount. Or, he could just push out the dent... for free! I referred my boyfriend there when the wheel well around his front passenger door got dented and the door wouldn't open. Again, Todd pushed out the dent and fixed the problem for free. I had not been to an auto body repair shop in decades so I had to rely on referrals to find a good one here in the area. My Volvo is only 3 years old so I was going to be picky, even though it was a fairly minor scrape. Todd's was highly recommended by friends who are car enthusiasts and collectors, and I can see why.
