We initiated the bid from Chicago with photos of the damage, and Marisa was very easy to work with. We received a very thorough repair estimate, with a reminder that the visual inspection may disclose additional repair (which it did). I won a gift certificate for a full auto detail. I was excited to just have the car waxed and vacuumed but they went above and beyond. The interior of my car looked like new. They cleaned the upholstery and made the leather shine. I have "showed off" my car and told so many people about their excellent service. I am not sure how this group received 5 stars. There is not enough space for me to write the amount unprofessional encounters I have had with this group via phone and in-person. Excuse my typos my frustration and disappointment has me very bummed. BB&P was to replace my driver side door after a hit and run of my 2016 Challenger with less than 5k miles. After a month half and little contact I finally awkwardly received my car back. The front desk person was rude unhelpful and does not like her job Obvious! Again awkward exchange and my car was muddy inside and a mess however not their problem that was the "tint" guys. So received my car back and after a day I noticed the door is rattling door panel is falling off and mirror sounds like it has broken pieces in it, rattles loud while driving. Looks like my air bag was installed wrong or not installed right or at all. I can push on the door panel and it caved in. They used the old mirror (bragged about it) however the panel falling off and rattling needs to be repaired asap. So I called them and arranged for them to repair or replace. So at 10am this morning I showed and again was awkwardly and rudely handled by front desk. Then a guy walks up and awkwardly addresses me and kinda wants to shake my hand. I awkwardly did not (no intro no handshake).....So I walk him to my car and show him the differences in how the doors shut. Yes I was not exactly bubbly I was concerned on how they could not hear or see the issues before it left. I have a ton of time in this and State Farm, BB&P nor the person who hit my car (called 4 hours later) has handled this professionally and think that the fair treatment of a client is not important. So as you can imagine this was unpleasant. The Owner who did not like to be accountable told me....."he is a multi million dollar business owner and he does not need to be treated like shit!". Sir I appreciate that I really do. I too own businesses....So don't worry BB&P you all can continue in your reality distortion bubble. The rest of us will just stay out of your way. Rock on with your millions big daddy!! Ill take my car to the OEM.......and heads up big Daddy the local dealer will get to see your work. So I won't need to do much more than sit back and watch you get called out. Expect State Farm and others might want to look into this. Seems kinda fishy????? Please folks never take advice from a tow truck driver (bird dog fee paid I am sure) and stay away from these insurance scammers. Is there a way not to give any stars??? read more

I got into a fender bender and was referred by my insurance company so I wasn't sure what to expect.. but they were so awesome. BBP got me in right away, and were kind enough to drive me to Hertz to pick up a rental car. They kept me up to speed via text message about my car's progress. A couple days later I was informed my car was done early. When I picked it up it was seriously a masterpiece. I couldn't be happier about how beautiful it looked. They even detailed the inside (which was unexpected and I was not prepared for that) which was like a dog explosion before they got to it. These people made her look like new....except we found out she's Abalone instead of pearl! We didn't mind waiting a bit for the right parts, and they even sent one back as it wasn't perfect! Awesome repair job. My minivan's sliding door was totally smashed in and they replaced it and made it look and function better than it ever has. The whole car was detailed as well and I feel like I have a new car. They were very diligent to let me know of the progress of the repair and offered to pick me up or deliver the vehicle. They dealt with the insurance and I had no problems with the estimate and claim. They also discovered an imperfection when washing it and kept it a day longer to fix it, so I appreciated the extra care they took to make it just right. I would heartily recommend them. read more

I needed to paint an old fading ski box. Estimates from a few places varied in as much as twice of the most reasonable shop. One place was even reluctant to do small jobs. Better Body & Paint was not only the most reasonable shop but did an excellent job. They revived my ski carrier to look better than a brand new one. my son wrecked his 1998 Honda civic and the Insurance company wanted to total the car, since the car had fairly low miles I didn't know if I could find a replacement.
