I called to ask for an estimate on some minor spot painting on my classic car (some clear coat fading due to sun exposure). They said they don't work on cars 20 years or older. They don't even give a reason why. It's a classic car. I take care of my car. It's in great shape. It looks great. I'd like to keep it looking nice. This is the second shop I've reached out to in Eugene for an estimate that apparently is "too good" to paint older cars. What's with this? Evidently, they don't want my business. read more

Had a fantastic experience with All-Pro. They were the only company that responded to our email for assistance when someone hit our company vehicle (we reached out to three different body shops). Elizabeth V. was professional and we didn't have to wait long for responses from her. She kept us up to date on the process, not just with the repairs but how things were progressing with insurance. I've been lucky and not had to deal with body repairs before, so it was really nice to have her walk us through the process. She was very communicative and the whole process took just under a month, with her coordinating everything. The repairs look perfect. This is the ONLY place I will take my car for any and all body needs. I suppose you could say I feel attached to this place, it has helped me and my car through some rough times! I've had my car hit twice and both times I felt myself in very capable and considerate hands. While my car was with them, Elizabeth kept me informed about what was happening and why. She even helped me navigate some of the challenges that accidents and insurance companies create! But my car is the true measure of the work. Does my car retain the marks of its past accidents? No. You can't tell my front end was smashed. And no, you can't tell my rear bumper was crunched. I was rear ended & then a week later got hit again, needless to say the experience in dealing with insurance & injury from wrecks was very stressful!! I highly recommend All Pro Body and Paint. I took my truck there for two repairs to be done at the same time. I wasn't working through insurance, which I think puts some shops off right away. I worked with Elizabeth and she was great. Ultimately with having any repair work done on a vehicle it comes down to excellent communication, quality work at an affordable price, finished when they said it would be. All Pro met all of these metrics and I would say knocked it out of the park on communication. They were easy to contact. Not impressed. We we completely honest with them from the start regarding some aftermarket parts on our car. They agreed to work on it, then...Once they had it disassembled decided that they no longer wanted to do the work. They literally gave it back in pieces completely disassembled. Not sure why as they never gave us a straight answer. Truly Mindblowing. read more

We are very pleased with the job the All-Pro team did on our car. They were patient and kind in answering all our questions. When I went out and got in my car a Thank You card was sitting in front of my speedometer. When I got home and was able to read it, I found a gift card for both of us for coffee at Starbucks. I was greated by Dave (the owner), he gave me a very detailed estimate (which was $300 less than the dealership) and eased my overall frustration over my situation. My 2004 Toyota Corolla was rear-ended, and the the insurance company totaled the car. Since it only has 150,000 miles on it, and I was not ready to buy a new car, I decided to buy it back and have it fixed. I was turned down by three body shops and was pretty desperate when I went to All-Pro. Elizabeth Vieira, the Office Manager, was positive about what they could do from the very beginning. She searched for parts and had an estimate to me within two days. We set an appointment and she called me the day before to confirm. I was expecting the repairs to take at least a week. Elizabeth called the next day to tell me they had finished the car, and had done a leak test to make sure everything fit correctly. They were able to save the bumper and I was a little concerned it would look terrible. Within two hours I had a new estimate for painting the bumper, but she also included pictures of the work they had done and it was amazing. My 18 year old car looks great, and it will make another 100,000 miles, thanks to All-Pro. read more

It doesn't surprise me a bit that everyone who has commented on this shop gave it 5 stars. The name 'All Pro' could easily be used, in another sense, as a review of their work: 'Pros': 1. Excellent Service 2.. Absolute honesty and transparency about work and prices. (The other 'greatly recommended' shop wanted 50% more for the work than Dave at All-Pro did.) 3. Excellent work: My car was like new - the work is so good one could never tell that it had been 'cured' by Dave and his staff. 4. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff: The shop kept me informed as to how work was progressing. Readily gave me transportation to and from home. Dave is an exceptionally pleasant, friendly, and apparently happy person. The kind of person you'd want to work on your car. Cons: 1. That I didn't hear of this shop sooner? Dave and crew worked on my jeep and it came out looking incredible, like new. They took a sad event and made it better. Since then I have stopped by with some small strange problems and Dave has taken a look and said,"Oh you just need some clips on your door panel." Then he put some in and sent me on my way. When a piece of chrome was loose he showed me where a previous owner had not applied the correct adhesive and then fixed it, in spite of the 100 degree weather.
