That kind of sums up my experience after having our '21 Highlander serviced by Treston, Jung Yu, and the crew at Blue Rose. We'd just experienced a house/garage fire and the car was one of the few things that survived. Albeit with extensive interior damage due to water, smoke, and soot. It took a while, mostly because of our insurance co., but when I got it back, the car had never looked or smelled so good. From front to back it was clean, polished, and completely refreshed. Communication was excellent, the estimate fair and reasonable, and the busy atmosphere of the shop never gets in the way of making you feel welcomed and listened to. read more

We took our RV to Blue Rose for some Detail Cleaning. I met Treston the owner and was impressed by his no-nonsense attitude. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. He looked over our camper and as he did he was saying what he would do here and there.... he said how he would clean the fabrics, explained how he would blow out clean the windows trim, drawers and cabinets, how he would treat the vinyl in the driving compartment, what he would do for the wheels, giving us the full picture so we understood what was going to happen. Then he climbed up on the roof and discussed his method of pressure washing the roof and exterior walls to remove the oxidation. He proved to be very knowledgeable with RVs and it was quite the learning experience for me. The next day I came back to pick it up and it was absolutely spotless! There was some dirt in the corners and crevices of the dash that I didn't think would ever come clean, now it looks like the instrument panel just rolled off the assembly line! Very clean! I brought my Toyota Rav4 in for detailing and was both dismayed and impressed that their evaluation discovered water under the tire well in the back and mold under the carpet. They spent hours finding and fixing the leak, finding a huge rodent nest inside one fender, documenting it all with photos and videos, and carefully testing and clearing various drains from the roof. The team at Blue Rose Auto has never let us down. We have used them for various reasons over the past couple years and they're always so great and communicative and extremely thorough! My husband recently purchased a used truck that needed a deep clean. Upon cleaning the vehicle they discovered that there was moisture and mold in the carpet due to a leak. They did a leak test and discovered the leak was coming from the back of the truck and has made its way all the way to the front where the moisture had been sitting. Getting my car detailed was a gift. I was looking forward to having them perform their services and initially was excited but the excitement faded less than a week later when I went to fold down my back passenger captain seat (for the first time since I had my car detailed) and it wouldn't budge. It turns out they broke one of the cable levers on my stow & go seating and didn't say anything about it. I looked over my car further and noticed they had also punctured about a 2 inch long hole on the side of my front passenger seat. I do understand accidents happen and while I don't believe anything was intentionally done; the lack of honesty that it happened made this a frustrating experience. read more

I didn't want to have to do this, but my just 4 calls in 12 months have gone without return calls. They installed my window deflectors wrong, and I had to put shims in, in order to close the front windows. When lowering rear windows, the window channels insulation would pull down. I went back in, and the tech broke the deflectors. The owner said he would order replacements. I got a call that they were in and scheduled installation. Then I got a call that the tech to install unfortunately had passed away and would need to reschedule install. I have called 4 times and no return call. It's been almost a year! I will never do business with this place again. The old owner was dependable and trustworthy. read more

I called for a quote and explained on the phone that I was hoping to find a place that would give me a little bit of a break on cost, as I was having the car cleaned as a surprise for a couple that were currently undergoing cancer treatment for the husband. They told me over the phone to bring the car by and they would see what they could do for me. I swung by and spoke with Treston, the owner, he took a peek at the car, which, in all honesty, was incredibly stained. He cut me a massive deal, threw in a free exterior cleaning and tire shine, said, "Merry Christmas," and gave me a hug. They got me in first thing the next morning, and because they wanted to make sure they shampooed all the stains out, they kept the car overnight. Requested the under carriage of the engine to be detailed. Took it upon himself to do a full engine detail without our permission. Charged me an extra $50 bc of the time it took. Under estimated the time it would take and the cost. Caused $240 of damage to the engine after power washing the spark plugs. The car was misfiring immediately off the lot. He was told he caused damages with an invoice to prove it made us beg him for 3 days for a refund. Said he would call us back and never did. Had to go in person for my refund and still tried to deny a refund. read more

My daughter bought her first car this summer. We thought everything was fine until it started raining and we discovered there was a leak allowing water to get inside. We also found that there had been mice living in it. We took the car to Blue Rose Auto to clean out the mildew after getting the leak fixed. They did an amazing through job and found an additional leak we didn't know about, they fixed this at no additional cost. They were very informative and sent pictures and videos along the way showing what was happening and what they found along the way. I had expected a quick clean job but the process was much more in-depth than I had thought. If it had taken it anywhere else they would have cleaned what I could see and not gone further which would have not taken care of the true issue. They worked with us on the cost and even with finding additional areas that the mice had destroyed they were able to keep the cost very close to the quote. The car smells much better inside, doesn't fog up, and looks cleaner overall. I recommend anyone looking for a good detailer to check them out. read more

I took my Ford Taurus up to the woods to hike a trail. I got stuck on a narrow road that had a ton of brush that scratched both sides of my car up completely. It was bad....wicked bad. I didn't think that there was any way anyone could get all of those scratches out. Took my car to Blue Rose Auto Detail and the owner, Trustin, took it in and gave me a really good quote on the car. It was so bad that it was a full day job, and when I picked that car up at the end of the day it looked even better than before I had taken it up on the mountain roads and royally scratched it up! I left my car there for most of the day today and after paying a hefty hefty price for an interior detail on my car (which is only 4 years old), I was expecting it to be impeccably clean. I'll first start by saying I have been a regular customer for about a year now. I purchased a new car and decided to take it in for additional detail knowing what to expect. Upon return of the car I found my trim on my driver seat broken and very poor attention to detail with regards to overall cleanliness. The rag that I used was brand new and white. This is after cleaning the driver seat leather (1 seat) after I paid for cleaning/conditioning. The detail was $350, the broken part was $280. I contacted Treston to make it right. He said he would. After two weeks there has been no good faith effort to make this right. At this point I am disappointed with the service provided and will not be returning as a regulator customer. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your detail needs. read more

In preparing to restore my beat up old Chevy Suburban I called to Blue Rose to arrange an appointment get the inside cleaned before installing new dash, headliner and cargo area carpets. The folks on the phone were pleasant, very enthusiastic and got me scheduled right away for the following Monday. The front area carpets, seat and door upholstery had seen better days and had tons of built up crud and dust from a recent desert camping trip embedded in them. The dash and gauges also had a lot of accumulated dust and dirt in the nooks and crannies. The plastic on the door panels looked pretty scuffed and dingy. My main hope was to get the interior reasonably clean before starting my restoration. I dropped off the car around 8 AM on Monday and came at 6:00 to see what they had been able to do. The Blue Rose folks did a simply outstanding job with the detailing...far better results than I expected they would be able to get. All of the surfaces were spotless. The windshield and dash and gauges have NEVER been this clean as long as I've owned this car! The seats, carpet and door panels looked almost new and a number of stains that I thought were permanent were gone. Yeah, this sounds like one of those overenthusiastic reviews, but they really did an amazing job cleaning every inch of the interior. I originally thought I'd probably have to replace the door panels, but they look so good after the detailing that I'm going to keep them.
