My truck has been at Kendal Collison since 3/8. Today is 3/27!!! They work on cars in groups. " Your vehicle is in disassemble" " your vehicle is in diagnostics" Still waiting on a running board, they felt warranted to wait until the running board comes in before fixing the " engine" and getting my truck back on the road. My car insurance rental period has now expired because of the amount of time they take. Mind you, I thought that bemy waiting about 3 weeks or 4! Before they wld recv my vehicle, that id hv excellent service and satisfaction. I must say, i will never again use Kendall collision for my repairs! Never. read more

Not the best experience, dealing with Kendall Collision Center. We brought our 2021 Subaru Ascent in, with extensive damage caused by a collision with a deer. The accident happened in August, but we could not get an appointment until mid-January. They originally estimated that it would take until April, to have the car fully fixed. They beat that timing by two months. That part is great, and we normally would not complain. However, upon receiving the car, we noticed that the "eyesight" (collision/lane assist camera) was still malfunctioning. This was on Friday. We called them today (Monday) to let them know, and we were treated incredibly rudely, by Rob H. We told him that this was something that we made the collision team aware of before leaving the vehicle for repair. He alluded to the fact that it might not have been because of the collision. Okay, Rob, if that were the case we would have had to have notified the dealership of this issue before the accident. The vehicle is unsafe to drive without the "eyesight" working properly, as it can stop the vehicle without warning. We now have had to schedule another appointment, with the dealership, to have this remedied. The scheduler for that appointment said that the collision center should have brought it over there before returning it to us. We live an hour and a half away, and they know this. It's already been a headache for us, I can't understand why they would choose to make the situation more difficult for someone. Then, on top of that, to treat us poorly is just unacceptable. Really poor customer service. Consider taking your vehicle elsewhere. Kendall, as a whole, has lost our business, as well as all the others we have told about purchasing a vehicle (at another dealership) and also their collision center. The Kendall Company does not know the meaning of integrity. Update: They actually did not beat their timing by two months. Upon having it looked at by the Subaru dealership, they found that they had not repaired the car correctly. This poor workmanship resulted in the "eyesight" malfunction. The dealership is now fixing the car and it may take two weeks or more. Awesome! Thanks, Kendall! read more

Brought vehicle to Coburg location for repair. Everything was going well, even got a call letting me know that they were waiting for a part and they would be finished by end of week early the following week. No problem, I understand parts are not always easy to get. I followed up with them that Thursday and was told once again that if the part got there before 1pm Thursday it would be done by end of week or at worst case early the following week. I get a call Friday at 245pm saying it is going to take another 10 days. So if this was a possibility why was I not informed? I rented a vehicle from Kendall car rental on the presumption that it would be done in a timely manner. Now I have to either return the rental car before the car is finished or I am going to have to spend several hundred dollars more to keep it until it is done. Considering that we were told all the way up until about noon it was still going to be finished on time and when I asked them why they didn't know this was a possibility they looked at me like a deer staring into headlights. I'm seriously not happy about this. All they had to do was just tell me this was a possibility and all this crap could have been avoided! read more

First, the repair work on my car was great! Looks brand new. However, their communication was lacking. I had to keep calling to check on the status. What was supposed to take four days took seven including a weekend. I don't blame them for being backed up, but it would have been nice if they had called me to keep me informed. read more

These guys fixed my car for $150! Estimate was over a thousand and I told them I just wanted to be able to drive it through car washes again and asked if there was anything they could do to reattach bumper. They made it look so good I have to really look to tell it was ever damaged. When I brought it to them my bumper was duct taped down. I could not be happier with the service; they are super nice and quick. I brought it in for estimate and had it fixed in same morning. My new go to body shop! read more

Our car was at Kendall Collision for less than $1000 repair after being rear-ended. Kendall had it parked on their back lot. A tree limb fell on the car, causing $9000 damage, all to be paid by our comprehensive. After poor communication and 5 weeks later, our car was fixed. We complained to BBB and Kendall refunded our $500 deposit and agreed to a written apology, but more importantly agreed to a letter saying they would prune the trees which are city trees but they can prune the portion overhanding the parking lot. They told us this problem has happened multiple times. We did not get the written apology and have no idea if they pruned the trees Anyone using Kendall should be aware of this problem. The repairs were ok, but we had to drive back to have them hook up the windshield wiper fluid line. read more

Truly unhappy with the customer service provided here....I felt like they were definitely trying to rip me off. Was unable to accurately explain the charges on the estimate that they wrote and why they needed to charge the amount listed for each labor charged. Instead kept coming up with textbook answers that is difficult for the regular customer to understand without going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend trying to find another shop that values integrity and customer service so you don't have to leave thinking, "man...i think i'm getting ripped off..." read more

I dropped off my Toyota 4Runner to get the front bumper fixed after someone hit my car. The staff here communicated with me throughout the process and got my car back when they promised it. The car was cleaned thoroughly both inside and out. It looked brand new. Very high quality work. And the staff was friendly, welcoming, and treated me with respect and at a high level of customer service. My only complaint is that it took 2 months to get an appointment to bring it in, but it is probably good that they know how many cars they can handle at a time so you are not waiting days beyond the initial estimated return date because they are overloaded. I've had this happen with other body shops. They work well with Enterprise Rent a Car, and I was able to leave my rental car at Kendall when I was done, give the keys to Christina, and it was safely returned without an issue. I went in after someone hit my parked car to get a tail light and bumper repaired. I got quoted two different repair jobs, one of which I could replace the entire bumper which was $1000 or they could pop it back in and just replace the light for $275. I took it in for repair, they fixed the light, said nothing about the bumper. I should have checked before I got home but when I got back to the shop I was told then, not before, that they couldn't fix the bumper. That they would probably have to heat it up, it would bubble the paint, and that a paint job would cost another $4-500. None of that was communicated before or after and I've already settled with the person that hit my car. So now I'm stuck with damage, thanks Honda. read more

I had my 4 door Acura TL repaired twice and my Toyota Truck repaired 3 times over the past 11 years at Kendall's Collision center and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The estimator Ron Humbert was especially pleasant and helpful to explain how they were going to repair my vehicles. I wanted to make sure they were going to use genuine Toyota or Acura manufactured parts and not re-manufactured parts of a lessor quality like some other repair shops do. When I pointed out to Ron that I had some concern about my front wheel damage and possible bent steering linkage Ron assured me that they would check and repair as necessary. During this last repair process of my Acura, Ron Humbert called me three times to tell me of the progress and what they found during the repair. The whole right side of the car was damaged and I was surprised how fast they repaired the Acura and when I picked it up today the car looked like it had just come out of the showroom, even the inside smelled and looked like it was new, the doors worked perfectly and it drove perfectly on the road. I had a burned-out side marker light on the left undamaged side of the car that was burned out before the accident that I didn't mentioned to Ron. I had been putting off replacing it because I would have to remove the battery to get to it. I was surprised to find out they replaced bulb. Their attention to detail I am truly happy with, the quality workmanship along with the service I received form Kendall Collision Center. read more

Will never buy another car from Kendall. I was told that they would put new part on for the price I was paying .turns out the just fixed the old parts.it seems to me that ever since I bought the car from Kendell Honda the experience has been bad.had to take back the car the trunk wouldn't close,they made an adjustment.i ask if he could also do something about the smell of paint on the inside of the car, because it was making me sick. He sprayed car freshener in it, and an hour later it smell like paint again. Left the windows open all night, and still smells like paint on the inside of the car. I have talked to the manager, and they are fine with leaving everything as is. Shame on Kendall,for treating a 100% disabled veteran this way. read more

I cannot begin to tell you how horrible this place is to deal with! They do not cummicate anymore then they think they need to and completely ignore your concerns about the vehicle! They "torn down my car without even driving it first and quoted me and ignored my concern for a noise that I told them was rather loud when I down it off! They then proceeded with only the superficial repairs that need to be down whiteout finishing the quote and only test drove it the day they tried to give it back to me. When I came in to get it (and was only given an hour to get there) . They had my bill ready but no answers as to if someone addressed the noise or what it was. Because I had a rental car the gentlemen that was helping me in there got someone else ( the person the was suposablity unavailable until monday) to come talk to me. After about an hour he tried to tell me the noise was cause I had one new tire ( I informed him that it started before that) then is was the wheel barring ??? Funny thing is that is dangerous thing to have going out on your car and they were not going to even tell me about it?? Then they wanted to charge me to diagose the problem that I orginally drought it to them for??? Horrible horrible service my car is at a good shop now and the damage was found and fixed took them 5 mins to find it read more

My review is a long one, I was in an auto accident in which a woman hit my brand new Subaru Forrester. It had less than 2500 miles on it at the time. We live about 75 miles away from Eugene but thought it was worth taking it to Kendall Collision Center. The Collision Center had my car for about 45 days. Not all of this time was their fault as the Subaru was a new 2015 model and parts were hard to get their hands on in Oct. We got the car back and it looked great! One problem, it had a creaking noise when turning the direction of the impact. After numerous trips back and forth to Eugene, 6 but whose counting, the problem was finally diagnosed and fixed. I am so happy to have my car back to almost new condition without the creak! Rob Humbert was very helpful during the process. While I was not a happy person while all this was happening, I am glad that they went the extra mile to make sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I do not want to see them again, but they treated me right and I feel they were honest the entire time! read more
