If It was me that went down to the office and was told that they don't prorate, I would of keep the storage empty and leave at the end of the month , so they wouldn't be able to make double there money off of me , but it was my husband that went down there. Why would you not prorate? It's the right thing to do . Why would you charge for a service you didn't provide? Is to get every penny possible out of people? Just not a good business practice. so make you leave at the end of the month.

They have a stellar sign up deal which is why I went with them in the first place. The manager is really cool and understanding and the staff as a whole has been nothing but kind and professional. All in all I have no complaints aside from the pricing after the new costumer deal isn't the best but it's not terrible. I have a 5X10 unit and it's $100/mo which isn't a terrible price but my boyfriend has a 10X10 and he only pays $15 more at another location that's newer and set up in a better way. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a storage facility located in Eugene.

It would be utterly pleasing to the senses of any obsessive-compulsive. -the bathrooms were clean too. -my stuff didn't get damp over the winter. -I got a free lock and a free month for paying by credit card. -they let me cancel my lease on less than thirty days' notice.
