I am an older lady and I visit my unit at least once a week, many times after dark. The security is top notch-I always feel safe, unlike my old unit in town. The staff are friendly and very helpful. 'There is even free coffee, etc. in the lobby, as well as a selection of moving supplies. I accidently locked my keys in my car a couple of months ago, and the office was extremely helpful in helping me get on my way. The rates beat my old unit by $100/mo., and I couldn't be happier! Eugene Safe Storage - I cannot say enough positive about them. I'll summarize and give you the good, the bad, the ugly... here we go! Location: Convenient, right off the interstate, easily accessible, gate under passcode access, well lit. Price: SO FAIR! Gosh, quite competitive to be honest! I never once blinked at the bill. Honest: We overpaid. I had no idea. THEY reached out to me and refunded my money. WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS how I appreciate honesty like this. Facility: Brand new. Shiny, clean, well-lit. Lovely parking spots, great long-term storage spots for RVs, I can go on-and-on. Accessibility: They answer the phone, they answer email, you get near immediate responses. Who can ask for better than that? STAFF: Josh and Christi up for the win. These two took care of us! I was a bit 'needy' for dates / times... they made it happen for us. The lobby is super cute and has whatever supplies you might need for packing and storage. The check in process was really fast. Like REALLY fast and I even added an additional driver. I would use this location for pickup or drop off again. The only downside is that they don't open until 9 and they don't do 24 hour access for truck rentals.

We were apprehensive because of Italian sofas and chairs and other wooden pieces. When shopping for a place we noticed right away how clean this facility was compared to others. We are so glad we chose Green Gables. My husband and I are traveling home from Vancouver after moving our son. We felt compelled to let you readers know how impressed we were by the cleanliness of our furniture. We saw two spiders and that was it. They must spray for bugs.
