They have a stellar sign up deal which is why I went with them in the first place. The manager is really cool and understanding and the staff as a whole has been nothing but kind and professional. All in all I have no complaints aside from the pricing after the new costumer deal isn't the best but it's not terrible. I have a 5X10 unit and it's $100/mo which isn't a terrible price but my boyfriend has a 10X10 and he only pays $15 more at another location that's newer and set up in a better way. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a storage facility located in Eugene.

Recently, when our local rep left, I had to take over the lease on the unit and their new manager, Melissa, was incredibly helpful in making this happen remotely since I live several hours drive from the unit. Once we got everything figured out, it was a smooth process to transition me to the lease. I appreciated her responsiveness and timeliness, and when we made the decision to empty the unit she was very helpful in facilitating this and sending me a final receipt as soon as we exited. John kept asking me, "Have you been to the store?" What? I asked for clarification and he hurriedly put me on hold without clarification! He did this multiple times then told me it would be 7-10 days before I would receive my refund! What? So now I don't have access to the money (it was paid 10 hrs ago mind you) to get a different storage unit. It all ended with John disconnecting me! Do not rent from this CORPORATION their customer service is horrendous and their business tactics are shady! Update: After I sent an email I was contacted by Sherri a Manager. She apologized for how everything went down and asked what she could do. I told her if someone's job is customer service then John in particular needs more training. I told her I am always willing to pay a little more to be treated with dignity, kindness and helping me instead of causing more stress in a world specializing in more stress. There was no favoritism or anything, they just communicated every time there was a problem before taking any drastic actions, they gave me reasonable leeway, they were always respectful and they went above and beyond to reach me if there was a hiccup. And they were super happy for me when I finally got to empty it! They've treated a friend I recommended them to exactly the same so A+ for consistency. They're friendly and reasonable as long as you pay your bill, because it's a good business and that's how a business should operate. The place is clean, there's a second section called the annex around the corner for even more units so there's regular availability, the units are secure and well maintained, the hours are awesome, and the dragon sculpture is my favorite.

When we went back to the unit we discovered that there was a rat infestation. The manager told us that rats had been reported months earlier but we weren't informed. If we had been told maybe we could remove our stuff in time to avoid this situation. The manager said they had called an exterminator but we found a large LIVE rat in our unit and 11 LIVE newborn rats in a box. (See photos) Every surface was covered with rat urine and feces. All of our soft furniture: couch, mattress, glider had been chewed and destroyed. Between the furniture we need to replaced, the cleaning costs, and the junk removal costs we are out over $2,500. Not to mention the weeks it will take to disinfect everything so that my toddlers don't get sick. It has been almost a month and we still have not received any compensation. All we were offered was $500, which only covers the disposal fee of what was destroyed (and we still haven't even received that check yet). Multiple emails and voicemails have gone unanswered the past 2 weeks. Learn from our mistake and do not use this facility.

I almost got a unit at the Glenwood U-Haul and I'm so glad I checked with Storitall before doing so, since they are cheaper and have a freight elevator to the 2nd floor units. The hours are really great, and loading in and out while inside is great for when it's raining. There are 3-4 spots inside for doing this, and after making many, many trips, only once have I had to wait a few minutes to get a spot inside. Their staff is nothing but friendly and helpful as well!

You can sign up and allow three other people acess your locker, really helpful if you want to make the use out of your space and save money.
