You can sign up and allow three other people acess your locker, really helpful if you want to make the use out of your space and save money. There was no favoritism or anything, they just communicated every time there was a problem before taking any drastic actions, they gave me reasonable leeway, they were always respectful and they went above and beyond to reach me if there was a hiccup. And they were super happy for me when I finally got to empty it! They've treated a friend I recommended them to exactly the same so A+ for consistency. They're friendly and reasonable as long as you pay your bill, because it's a good business and that's how a business should operate. The place is clean, there's a second section called the annex around the corner for even more units so there's regular availability, the units are secure and well maintained, the hours are awesome, and the dragon sculpture is my favorite.

When I went there to talk to the manager she followed me to my car and told me to get off the property I was being evicted the she called the police and told them I was trespassing.I had just spoken to the manager and had a pleasant conversation with Robert and as soon as I was getting ready to get in my car she had followed me out and started threatening me with the poljce..She would not stop.The next day I told them I would be moving out..when moved out and got ready to go out the gate she had turned off my access so we could not leave. She would not answer the phone, my brother laid on his horn for over 2 minutes trying to get her attention but nothing worked. I finally got ahold of the district manager who then called down there and had her let us out..I rented from there for over 4 years and never had a problem until the day when my door broke..All she would do is tell me I was responsible for the door and I needed to have it fix. My unit was left wide open for 3 days and they did nothing..I now rent from Castle store and I got a 5 by 7 for 79.00 and at spfld store it was 134.00..they give u a lock for your unit..it is gated...24 hour mateniance person available bathrooms for the public.and move in specials. They dont require renters insurance because they have insurance on their units..Spfld secure storage I would not recommend to my worse enemy..The assist manager she should not ever be in customer service she is the worse

They have a stellar sign up deal which is why I went with them in the first place. The manager is really cool and understanding and the staff as a whole has been nothing but kind and professional. All in all I have no complaints aside from the pricing after the new costumer deal isn't the best but it's not terrible. I have a 5X10 unit and it's $100/mo which isn't a terrible price but my boyfriend has a 10X10 and he only pays $15 more at another location that's newer and set up in a better way. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a storage facility located in Eugene.
