I almost got a unit at the Glenwood U-Haul and I'm so glad I checked with Storitall before doing so, since they are cheaper and have a freight elevator to the 2nd floor units. The hours are really great, and loading in and out while inside is great for when it's raining. There are 3-4 spots inside for doing this, and after making many, many trips, only once have I had to wait a few minutes to get a spot inside. Their staff is nothing but friendly and helpful as well!

As a student whose out of state, having a storage locker is ESSENTIAL. I have had my unit for over…read morea year, typically they do fill up fast at the end of spring term, so if youre looking to potentially use a storage locker I would call sooner rather than later to make a reservation. You can sign up and allow three other people acess your locker, really helpful if you want to make the use out of your space and save money. I find that most of the staff are very friendly and helpful and they sometimes have a dog behind the desk.

One time I pulled in there and my boyfriend was following close behind. They approached his vehicle to make sure he wasn't just trying to get in behind me and we were actually together. There are alarms on each unit and the place is clean and well monitored. I was almost sad to have to move out, but when we did they gave us pro-rated money back! Really great place and I would definitely rent from them again if I ever need to.

They live on-site, which I think is kind of cool, with the exception of their barking dogs. They are always helpful, and have their hours listed on the door. So if you need anything, they are there to help. The site is gated, with a key code to get in, plus a pedestrian gate as well. Which is nice. There is parking on the street, so if you're needing friends to help, they can meet you there and park on the street to walk in and load or unload stuff with you. Storage sheds are several different sizes, so you can find something to fit your needs. Prices seem pretty fair. I haven't had to use very many storage facilities, so I'm no expert on prices, but they don't seem outrageous or anything. I have no problem with them at all. I would highly recommend this place. It's a nice facility, with great managers, and I have no complaints.

They have a stellar sign up deal which is why I went with them in the first place. The manager is really cool and understanding and the staff as a whole has been nothing but kind and professional. All in all I have no complaints aside from the pricing after the new costumer deal isn't the best but it's not terrible. I have a 5X10 unit and it's $100/mo which isn't a terrible price but my boyfriend has a 10X10 and he only pays $15 more at another location that's newer and set up in a better way. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a storage facility located in Eugene.

RATS! I never write reviews but my experience was so awful that I feel I've been left no other…read moreoption. We had all of our stuff in storage here for 8 months. When we went back to the unit we discovered that there was a rat infestation. The manager told us that rats had been reported months earlier but we weren't informed. If we had been told maybe we could remove our stuff in time to avoid this situation. The manager said they had called an exterminator but we found a large LIVE rat in our unit and 11 LIVE newborn rats in a box. (See photos) Every surface was covered with rat urine and feces. All of our soft furniture: couch, mattress, glider had been chewed and destroyed. Between the furniture we need to replaced, the cleaning costs, and the junk removal costs we are out over $2,500. Not to mention the weeks it will take to disinfect everything so that my toddlers don't get sick. It has been almost a month and we still have not received any compensation. All we were offered was $500, which only covers the disposal fee of what was destroyed (and we still haven't even received that check yet). Multiple emails and voicemails have gone unanswered the past 2 weeks. Learn from our mistake and do not use this facility.
