If It was me that went down to the office and was told that they don't prorate, I would of keep the storage empty and leave at the end of the month , so they wouldn't be able to make double there money off of me , but it was my husband that went down there. Why would you not prorate? It's the right thing to do . Why would you charge for a service you didn't provide? Is to get every penny possible out of people? Just not a good business practice. so make you leave at the end of the month.

The lobby is super cute and has whatever supplies you might need for packing and storage. The check in process was really fast. Like REALLY fast and I even added an additional driver. I would use this location for pickup or drop off again. The only downside is that they don't open until 9 and they don't do 24 hour access for truck rentals.

They took very good care of us, explaining all the ways we could reduce the cost and even recommending a smaller unit when we came by to take some of the stuff out to bring back home. They're always there with some packing tape, a dolly or a tape measure to loan you when you need it. On top of that - the facility is EXTREMELY clean, both inside and out. They're just extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. We were almost sad to be moving out of it!

So I left a review on FB stating how I felt probably 4-5 months ago, call to pay for the month of June, everything goes fine and I make my payment just for when I get off the phone the lady I had spoken to (name ends up being Diane) calls me back asking me to call back to answer a question. I call back for her to ask me why I left the review I did on FB and would I take it down, I explained my reasoning for it and that I wasn't taking it down. I immediately get a snippy response saying if I was unhappy why would I stay and that she's more than happy to terminate my contract with them. I tell her I left that review months ago and your just getting back to me NOW about it and that that is how I felt at the time and that I felt like I was being harassed now for the review I left. She starts laughing and saying "oh you feel harrased?! Please tell me how I am harassing you?" So I hung up the phone. I realized that it was very rude to have had an employee act this way towards me so I called back asking for upper managements number and she states she is upper management, I asked why she felt like she needed to treat me the way she was over something that happened MONTHS ago? She ended Up giving me more very poor customer service and was belittling me and hanging up on me, then wouldn't answering my call till the third time I called and STILL was very rude to me. Needless to say a few days later I got a letter in the mail from them saying I'd broken my contact and needed to be out in 10 days!!! I will NEVER recommend this storage unit place to anyone and feel people need to know how they check up on their customers reviews and if they don't like it or if you arent willing to make it a positive review they'll terminate your lease. My husband came to help me but we had no jumper cables. I asked and Dean did not hesitate to search for and find jumper cables that he loaned to us to get me out of this bind. It is located in a bit of a rough area, but the secure timed gate, locked bay doors and elevator codes make me confident it's a secure place to store items. the only thing I wish was different is that they are closed on holidays and have limited hours on weekends, which can cause some urgency or delays and definitely planning ahead when you need to get in your unit.

I heard the assistant say she had another job to be at, and yet she still called several after hr repair places on the weekend, and inky one was willing to come. This tenant yelled at the assistant, tking her she herself either had to fix it or wait with her things all night (!) The assistant then called her higher management, and neither the manager or her district manager were willing/able to come on site. This tenant even asked me to help roll down her door (I was wearing a cast!) This tenant even called police and lied to the assistant, telling her police says she had to stay with her items and were sending a patrol response lol, yet when the assistant called SPD they told her the dispatcher in fact told the tenant they don't get involved in tenant problems and weren't sending anyone. The tenant was very verbally aggressive, and the assistant still remained professional. All I know is I saw her tell the tenant she wanted to help, had to get to another job, and the tenant was welcome to stay with her things til the technician arrived. This tenant was the one behaving in a horrible, threatening manner.
