You can tell he actually cares about the people he's helping, not just getting the job done as fast as possible. My car had ended up on a neighbor's property, and the neighbor was understandably worried about her sprinklers getting damaged during the tow. Brandon took the extra time and care to avoid them completely, which honestly says a lot about the kind of person he is. He was thoughtful and respectful to everyone involved. They outsources to agencies that say they based in eugene but actually aren't. when you try to figure out why your car isn't at home after 3 hours and the driver never calls you, with zero way to contact them- you figure out they dropped it off at the wrong address (but only by calling the state trooper to find your car and figure out who the hell actually picked it up.) and that you missed your appointment. $300 dollars for a 15 mile tow typically estimated at $200 is crazy for zero communication. read more

The owner of this company is disrespectful and unprofessional with disabled individuals. He refused honest service and was unhelpful with freeing a handicap space. If a disabled person asks for clarification on certain relevant issues, it's not going to hurt to shed some light and explain the process needed to assist them appropriately. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone after the phone call I had with the owner. Don't lie to your customers and become a grouch when they call you out on it. I had the best experience with Emerald towing last night. I was driving my husband's 2023 Volvo and I had a tire blow out. I was working with Volvo and they had me on hold and waiting for over an hour and a half looking for a Volvo provider, when they finally contacted Emerald towing to have my car towed. The gentleman that arrived less than 15min after they were called BY VOLVO was so helpful and put on my spare in less than 5min so that I didn't have to get a tow or a Lyft and I could finish watching my sons baseball game. He gave me advice on driving home with the spare and was very kind and helpful. I wish Volvo would have called them first and I could have bypassed the whole hour and a half of waiting. My boyfriend's truck was towed from his apartment complex due to an expired parking pass. His apartment NEVER informed him of the car being towed until 8 days AFTER the tow. The towing company was nice enough to call the apartment to tell them to inform my boyfriend about his truck. This already was a VERY kind jester since a towing company makes more money the longer a car stays impounded. Long story short, 2125 Franklin is a horrible place to live and the anger experienced in the situation is with the apartment NOT the towing company. The experience at the towing company office was smooth, calm, and professional. The employees were all very caring and kind, being understanding of how crappy it is to get your car towed. Fingers crossed neither I nor my boyfriend need a car towed again but if we did, we would definitely call this place!! With how cruel this world can be, especially the business world, it is nice to see that some people still have a heart. Be kind to towing people. Towed my daughters car then told her to walk 7 blocks to 7 eleven to get cash in the middle of the night after failing to tell us it was cash only when she got dropped by Uber to pick up. What kind of sick loser would send a girl out into the night to find somewhere she has no clue what to find and say oh well - not my problem. 7-eleven by the way couldn't help her. Next day I drove from out of state to help her and they added another $60 onto the bill and said call the cops if you don't like it and you won't get your car. Thanks for stealing our $400 losers. This is one of the scummiest, low life, criminal "businesses" I've ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with. They towed my own car from my own parking spot (i had the permit) and when I called to figure out what was going on, James was very rude. He laughed at me and raised his voice when I asked for the photos of my car "illegally" parked and eventually just hung up on me. I cried for a good 15 minutes after that phone call. My property management agreed to pay for it, but that would've been over $400 that I (and i'm sure many many college students living in Eugene) don't have. No one in the building called them. The property management company didn't call them. I was told that it was $345.00 to get his car out and it needed to be done by 5:00 or we would incur more charges. When I asked how much it would be I was simply told, "A lot. You'll see."
