I've used this company many times in the past and never had a complaint. I've always had Kelly tow my vehicles. I've never specifically requested him, but he's who always shows up. This morning my biggest complaint is the dispatcher. He only gets 1 star, given he fell asleep after I called, so Kelly didn't get the call until over an hour later. So annoying. I'm so glad I had someone to wait with me, as it's a little creepy being in Springfield on my own at 2am. Other than that little snaffu, I love this company. Like I said, I've used them many times and never had a bad experience. They aren't expensive. They charge a flat fee of $75 for anywhere in Eugene or Springfield. Some companies charge a fee just to show up and then X amount per mile after that. So you can easily pay like $200 just for a few miles, and you wait forever. Kelly is a fantastic driver. He's been with the company for many years, he's very talkative, but it's fun. Having to have a car be towed is one of the most annoying things on the planet, but he makes it comfortable. Like you're talking to a good friend. I have no complaints about him at all. I've used this company many times over the years, and will continue to do so. I hope they appreciate what a great employee they have in Kelly. read more

We went down to Springfield for my doctors appointment and our truck broke down. This was the first towing place we called and they towed us all the way back to bend! When the guy got here, he was so nice! We thought we were going to have to get a taxi to the airport to get a rental car since we have a large dog with us, but he didn't mind at all! We got to cancel the rental car, and go in the cab of the tow truck. It was impeccably clean, and pretty roomy! Going through the pass to Bend was snowy and a bit treacherous, but Christian, our driver, was awesome and he got us back to bend safely! Thank you so much!!!! read more

Tow truck driver did damage to my property and the owner refused to take care of it !!! We had pictures of proof of the damage also !!! We will be taking them to small claims court and will win easily !!! Do NOT recommend using this unethical company !!! read more

The phone operator wrote down both my address and phone number incorrectly, and so the driver never showed up at my house to tow my car. When they arrived at the wrong address and didn't see my car outside, rather than calling me to make sure they had my information right, they "wrote off" the pick-up as incomplete and removed my appointment. After waiting for two hours for the tow truck, I called the office to figure out what happened. They told me it was too late to get towed, and that they deleted my information from their system. I tried to set up an appointment to have them come the next morning, and they said I would need to call before 7:00 AM the next day to re-enter my contact and car information if I wanted to have my car picked up before I had to leave for class. As a law student, I had to make four phone calls spanning over seven hours of my day, only to have this company fail to perform and then be incredibly rude to me on the phone. I will never use this service again and would rather abandon my vehicle on the side of the road than support this business. read more

Fast and friendly, I was at the hardware store in Junction City picking up a few things for a Mother's Day project. When I got to my truck I realized that I had locked my keys in my truck. Less than 5 minutes from the time I spoke to the friendly and polite young lady at dispatch, I received a call from one of their drivers. T&M completely saved us! I was very impressed by all aspects of the company. First off they took a job that could not have been profitable. I was over 70 miles away and they came out to find me in the forest in the dark. The tow was ordered through my insurance which is often a flat rate regardless of distance. The driver drove up and down the highway looking for us and was very friendly even though he could have easily showed his frustration after how long he had been searching for us. He drove a very nice truck, which gives a feel of quality. I have had some tows from very cheap looking trucks that hardly feel like you can trust them and that was not the case here. The dispatcher was also friendly, which is especially rare. I called afterward and spoke to the manager and he was very helpful as well. Overall very satisfied and I highly recommend. read more

WORST SERVICE I've ever had!!!!! VERY RUDE and act like they are doing you a favor and you owe them something. I will NEVER EVER get in that truck with that man (Black tow truck with orange flames) Yes I needed there help for a tow but NO I don't need to be treated like I'm beneath them. Last week one of their drivers ran an obvious red light on Chambers and 2nd. The light turned green for me when I still noticed a huge flatbed truck with a car on the back barreling at me. Luckily I slammed on the brakes just in time. Never mind the service, this company is unsafe with bad drivers behind the wheel. read more

These guys are amazing! I had a small structure on a trailer that I needed moved into a pretty tight location. Doug and Steve came out and made a difficult job look easy, and charged my a very reasonable rate. They are extremely skilled at their job and very friendly and helpful. These people are amazing!! This is a family owned business for 50 years. They came four hours to tow our RV over the mountains and charged us 300 less than the next closest quote. When we arrived the rest area was full and the owner was so kind that he pulled our RV to his tow yard so we could spend the night there. I called T&M Towing today and they were very rude. I waited an hour and a half for the truck to get there. I let the dispatcher know ahead of time that my car would not shift out of park and they let me know that wouldn't be a problem, but when the tow truck came the man told me he couldn't tow my car. Instead of apologizing and helping me find another tow truck, he left me there without saying anything else. I called the dispatcher to complain and he called me a son-of-a-bitch. read more

The driver was one of the nicest people I've met, very curteous, especially for it being 1am. The man I spoke to on the phone was absolutely horrible though. He attacked me because I asked if he kept copies so I could log that my brand new car was being towed. He then belittled me asking if I understood that "this day and age everything is digital, it's ridiculous to think we do it by paper" I continuously tried to state my case and he over and over and over interrupted me. I've never been more frustrated in my entire life trying to get two words in on a conversation. He then went on how his tow truck driver couldn't have messed my vehicle up. I NEVER SAID HE DID, I just wanted proof that he came out, I was there, I know he didn't mess my car up, I know he came out, but my warranty required me show them proof of me attempting to fix my car. I will never use this company. He had the balls to tell me that I was not able to receive documentation UNLESS I owned a fax machine, which I do not. He then gave me a number and told me someone else could help me, the roadside assistance dispatch that hired them out. Thanks for nothing, I'm sorry your great employees have to deal with you sir. You will never receive my or anyone I knows business. read more

I recently took my car to Integrity Auto Repair which was a great experience. Very helpful people, accommodating and gave me a ride to and from their business. However- the same day that I picked my car up on my way home it died in the middle of the street. So I called Mike and he was very helpful and gave me a number to call for a tow truck to come pick me up on their dime. So I call this towing company "T&M Towing" the phone dispatcher was EXTREMELY rude to me and not helpful at all. The man driving the tow truck that picked me up was amazing, however. The driver was so helpful and nice it made me feel much better, but it didn't make up for how rude the man on the phone was, "Chuck". I have NEVER written a Yelp review before and this terrible experience prompted me to write one. I would NEVER come back to this towing company and would absolutely not recommended them. The tow truck driver though, was awesome, he should get a pay raise. read more

RUDE and unhelpful office people. They park one of their trucks in our RESIDENTIAL neighborhood, right under my bedroom window. I think their night-shift driver sleeps in it, because in hot weather (when we have our windows open) he runs the engine (probably to run the A/C) and stinks up the area with his diesel fumes. We have called and asked REPEATEDLY for them to park elsewhere (plenty of places in downtown Eugene to park at 2-5am which are NOT under residential windows!). Each time, they grumble, but at most the truck stays away one or two nights. Usually they just swap trucks, thinking we won't know the huge, noisy flat-bed with the white cab and the equally huge and smelly one with the black cab aren't both T&M, when it SAYS so right on the cab door! read more
