My mom and I got locked out of her house in her backyard with our three dogs (who are jerks). Pop-A-Lock answered immediately, even though it was almost 1:00 am. He was here within 15 minutes, got into the backyard after trying the front door, dealt with our three dogs barking at him the entire time (not our greatest moment in our dog training), and got us in within 10 minutes. Berry with Pop-A-Lock was amazing. Was having trouble with a key fob not working and he spent the time over the phone to try and help me out. After awhile he said he would need to come out and look for himself. This is on a Sunday at 4pm. He gets my info and is at my house no more than 20min after hanging up the phone. After some trouble shooting my aftermarket alarm and things. He got it all working and even reprogrammed my door so I could remember my code. Great service wonderful guy. From now on I will tell everyone I know to call Pop-A-Lock when in need of a locksmith. Never have I received service like this. Barry was amazing! Its Christmas Eve, it is absolutely freezing outside and I thought for sure I'd be waiting out in the cold for at LEAST an hour. Not even close! Barry arrived quickly and had me inside within 3 minutes of getting here even though my entire door handle had fallen apart in to a bunch of tiny peices. I fully expected that the job was done at that point since I was now able to get inside the house. I thought that all he came to do was let me in to the house and leave regardless of my door handle being in a million peices. But he didn't. He actually stayed and put all of those peices back together and completely fixed the hold door handle! I couldnt believe it. I thought it was completely broken and fully expected to be left with gaping hole in my door and then spend $75+ for a new one. Let me remind you, this is Christmas Eve and he is here putting this crazy puzzle of a door knob back together which was far and beyond what I even expected! He had me into the house and the door completely fixed in all of 15 minutes. This guy is incredible and really knows his stuff! And their prices are amazing! Our last experience with a different company was $90, we waited for almost an hour for them to arrive, took forever to get IN to the house and we were left with a gaping hole and scratches on the front door. And honestly, I was actually happy with the service because I didn't know any better and thought that it was just standard practice. So you can only imagine how blown away I was at the service I received from Barry! $65!? That's less than it would have cost for a new lock! Thank you SO much Barry and Pop-A-Lock!! PS. I was so happy with my experience with Pop-A-Lock. I was in need of roadside assistance to change a tire and my insurance connected me to Pop-A-Lock. They gave me a short wait time and arrived right at the time they stated, which is something I appreciated so much. Gentry was amazing! He was very professional answered all my questions, and changed my tire very quickly, and even showing me where my tire had nails that I couldn't find before.
