Well I need to start with your company didn't do a job for me. Your driver entered my property without my permission and refused to remove from my property and did indeed do damage to my property. Now it's not the fact that he damaged my property it was the simple fact he didn't even ask for my permission and when I confronted him about it Your driver argued the fact and still refused to leave. Now is this the kind of company you want to hire??? As for the finish the driver asked me if he could just drive it out, I said it was fine no more damage was done and the driver of the car was polite. The attitude of this company was horrible. The guy hooked up to a faulty tire and towed it down the highway, the tire blew out , bumper ruined and their attitude was awful. We aren't tire technicins they said but we'll tow without checking anything. Was a AAA call. I would not recommend for that reason. They act as if they know nothing. read more

Would not recommend. Car was in accident, was in their lot for not even 12 hours and they charged for two days of storage because "clock starts at midnight" rudely said when I asked confused. Dead vehicle just off the road in an old pickup on a cold Sunday afternoon six miles northeast of Eugene. A+ answered promptly and promised a tow in 30 minutes. The tow truck arrived before that much time passed - to my surprise. The driver was quick in loading the truck and off we went. The driver courteously offered to place my truck in my chosen location and was again quick with the offload. An east payment process and the experience was complete. The cost was reasonable enough given the quick and attentive service. The driver was conscientious, polite and seemed to know his job. I appreciated the ride in his passenger seat. If not for the circumstances giving rise to the contact, it could have been called a great experience. In real terms, I appreciated the prompt and friendly service. Had donated my 55 ford truck to JPR. A+ called said they would pick it up using a "Flat Bed tow truck and be there between 8:00am and 10:00am. I received call at 10:00am and was told running a little late. Driver didn't show up until 1:15pm. He already had car on the truck. I told him that pulling my 55 ford truck the 83+ miles would not work. He assured me he would take the other car off the truck and put my 55 ford truck on and pull the car. The car died when I was driving from Vancouver to Santa Barbara, and when I called BCAA they sent John from A+. He was awesome. Nice guy, didn't bat an eye at getting the car seats into the towtruck, and made a big deal out of things for my 3 year old (who now pretends at the playground that the alternator blew on his ship and so pretends to call the tow truck on a make-believe phone). He dropped off my family at a hotel, then when he towed me to Joe's Garage and found out they were closed and full, he arranged to stash my car at the A+ lot overnight and bring it to the garage in the morning. Then he drove me back to my hotel! Definite recommend. read more

I just spoke with Chris, a male supervisor (clarifying because name could go either way). Extremely rude and hung up on me when I questioned the outrageous costs. My small tow trailer that I use everyday for work and is valued at approximately $300 was stolen. It was recovered (abandoned in the Costco parking lot with a stolen motorcycle on it) and I went immediately to the tow yard to retrieve it. That was 7:30 last night. I identified the trailer. They wouldn't let me take it last night. I called at 10:30 this morning, 15 hours later. They are charging me $120.00 for towing it from Costco to their lot off of Hwy 99. And $50 a day for yesterday and again for today. A total of $220 for a $300 trailer. Their reason is that they are allowed to charge this because of their contract with the City of Eugene. On my way to take a friend's kid home the other night, I was driving a back road between Prairie Rd & Hwy 99 and tried to pass an A+ tow truck that was driving slow. When I tried to go around him he swerved hard my way, nearly running me off the road, to keep me from getting in front of him. Then he turned on his flood lights to make it hard for me to see. A little anger management problem I'd say....I have no idea why he was opposed to me passing him. I will never use or recommend A+ towing. read more

I had an appointment with the driver at 4:00 pm to get my car towed out of someones front yard after the storm. I left work early in Salem and drove down to Eugene to meet the driver, I was almost late. No driver at 4:00, no driver at 4:30, no driver at 5:00, finally got a call at 5:15 telling me the driver is afraid to go up the hill, the same sanded hill everyone has been going up all day, including a Volkswagen bug and a Honda civic. I explained we were going out of town the next day for over 3 weeks and really needed to get the car towed. They refused and left me completely hanging. A+ towing my @#$ should be f+ towing. Absolutely do not use this company. read more
