Ray's towing was recommended by St. Vincent de Paul auto sales, so I called around for prices, including Ray's. Everyone was about the same, but still $180 for a short daylight tow seemed excessive. They did an excellent job. So call them first, before you get old, grumpy and cheap. I would use Ray's Towing again, and still bitch about the price. They're good.

Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the driver was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I called a couple of towing services and Ray's Towing was around the same price so it must be the norm. I don't have insurance or roadside assistance to cover the tow so I had to pay out of pocket and I didn't think the price was unreasonable. Definitely recommend!
