I am so happy I found this nail salon. The salon is so clean, and they are so gentle with my nails. My nails always look perfect when I leave, and they last SO long. They do a ton of prep before the manicure and always finish with a warm hand mask and hand massage. It is clear they go above and beyond to make each experience pleasant- yet somehow, they still get you out pretty quick. The girls who own the salon are amazing, which is why they have so many regulars. All of that with super reasonable prices- couldn't recommend this place enough. read more

Maybe one of the worst mani/pedis I've ever had. Maybe it's me, maybe they do not need new business. Maybe they are booked that much. The minute I walked in they were annoyed and rude..but since I had two gift certificates I figured let's give it a try. The pedicure took about 10 mins, the technician left skin hanging off the bottom of my feet and toes ...the manicurist cut me twice during a rushed no-chip. Three different people worked on me. I was in and out in less than 25 mins. It was not relaxing, they never smiled or even said how are you. Horrible service! I never go here and decided to two weeks ago. I paid $45 for no chip and it started peeling in two days. Then, I went back and they re did it and it started peeling again in two days. I don't believe it was the technicians fault, she kept trying but the actual nail polish and machine that they use were really bad. She even said they needed new machines. I would not recommend wasting your money here, also, management is super rude :( read more

Hands down one of the best mani-pedis I've had. I came in today for the first time for a regular mani-pedi. No chips tend to ruin my nails, and I get bored with a color within a week, so I figured regular was the way to go. They have a good color selection with more than just OPI and Essie, and I ended up choosing a bluish gray. The pedicure chairs were very comfortable, and the salon itself was very clean. I didn't see any dividers for Covid, but I was only one of two people there, so it wasn't a problem. I was pleasantly surprised that after the usual scrubs and lotion and cuticle trims that comes with pedis, I got a paraffin wax for my heels and a hot towel for each leg -- Especially pleasant on a cold day like today. The massage was pretty long too! The only thing I wish they did more of is scrub my heels, and they're pretty dry and cracked, and I felt they could have kept going there. The mani was also great -- they gave me gloves with lotion inside and a hot towel to wrap around my hands, along with a great shoulder massage while letting the lotion and hot towel sit. My nails also look great, and they did a very good job on my cuticles, which are usually out of control. They even put on my socks and shoes as I was leaving so I would ruin my nails! Great experience overall, and I thought the price was fair for everything I got and for the area. I will be coming back! read more

I've been going to TS Organic Nails since I moved back to Southport Corridor late last year. Each time I've visited, I've been happy with the work done on my nails. I also really appreciate that they have Zoya nail polish, which is toluene, formaldehyde, DBP and camphor free. The owner has done my nails several times and while I usually don't like when the owner does because they are usually distracted answering the phone and greeting walk-ins, the owner has always done a thorough job on my nails. They also have a great paraffin heal treatment as well as a honey milk hand mask. This salon really does go above and beyond with their services. Also, ask them about their loyalty program (when you spend $100, you get $5 off.) Overall, I recommend TS Organic Nails! read more

I've been here twice and really really want to love it, but both times I've left feeling meh... think I might have figured out why... Some things about this place are pretty great: awesome polish selection, including healthier polish (& gel!) options, nice new place with good massage chairs, pretty good mani/pedi (though to be honest, two days in all my healthier polish is peeling off), paraffin for my heels, complimentary hand mask... So much potential!!! The second time the girl who did my nails gave pretty lackluster leg & shoulder massages, but the first time they were awesome. But here's my biggest peeve... as soon as I ended up at the polish drier, I couldn't get help to save my life... I tipped my nail tech well over 20%, but neither she, nor any of her coworkers would take the final steps to help me get out the door... They took my coat, so I couldn't just leave on my own, but when I was ready to leave no one wanted to help... last time I eventually got someone to finally get my coat, then she walked away and I had to do the whole oil on toenails/Saran wrap/shoes all by myself with fresh nails. Get it together guys! It's not a pampering experience when your service completely drops off at the end like that... I didn't feel valued as a client at all by the time I left (& I really want to like your place!). read more

Every single time I go to TS Organic, I have a great experience. My nails look perfect. I picked out a gel manicure and a regular pedicure and now I'm sitting on my couch admiring my smooth feet lol. I also need to mention all of the ladies are so friendly. They were playing fun music videos while I was there and I love their pleasant energy. Do yourself a favor and visit them! I get my nails done at least every 3 weeks, and this was the absolute worst nail experience I have ever had by far. I went in for a dip powder, which is what I always get, and right away they did not recognize the appointment that I had made earlier. After sitting for 3 HOURS getting my nails done, not only were they completely uneven, but right when I thought the woman was finally finished with them, she smudges them and tells me it's going to be another 10 minutes to fix them. After trying to fix them, she is not successful, and asks me to come back the next day to have them fixed!! My nails looked better BEFORE I came in to get them done, and needless to say, I do not have another 3 hours of my life to waste on this establishment and will NEVER be back. The lady that did my nails spoke very low, so it was hard to listen to the noise around the place. I asked her to put TWO coats of polish on my nails, and she ignored me. If you are covid conscious do not go here. I went in for a manicure/pedicure appointment with my daughter and two employees (at least) were visibly showing symptoms (intense coughing, sneezing attacks) so bad they actually had to get up and either go in the bathroom or walk away to do so-one of which was doing my nails. I said I was uncomfortable (especially since I had my daughter with me), in the politest/quieteest way possible (totally valid)-and not only did they get offended but charged me full price (no chip mani when I got no polish on whatsoever). I think the most important thing for businesses right now is to ensure employees and clients are safe-meaning not working when visibly showing symptoms (and this was very clear to everyone in the room). What is the point of using sanitizer and wiping surfaces if you are clearly not following protocol with employees? read more

the salon is extremely clean and regular mani/pedi was extremely thorough and efficient. The price is reasonable, too. My only hang up is the way I was treated compared with other patrons. Not a single smile from the 3 different employees who serviced me, and curt behavior. I'd understand if they treated others that way too but as the only POC out of the patrons there I noticed I was the only one treated this way. I finally found a nail place on Southport I can look forward to going back to. While they were super busy they still didn't rush through my service. I actually got a foot massage. For more than 30 seconds. Everyone gets hot towels and a paraffin treatment on the heels. The chairs are really awesome and they lift for each foot so you aren't extra ticklish during exfoliation and because of this even that was relaxing. They also asked when my birthday is for their list for a special treat. :-) I have been recommending this spot to everyone. :-) read more

Would've given a worse review if the woman who painted my nails wasn't so sweet and nice to talk to. It was also great that they could do my nails immediately at 1:30 on a Saturday with no appointment. But I am just very upset with the paint job. It seemed like she took her time and was paying attention to detail but my no chip manicure is uneven, streaky and almost lumpy in the paint. Usually when I get a no chip I love to look at my glossy pretty nails all day but this was a waste of money and has already chipped 3 days later. I will not be coming back. read more

As a bonus, I had just broken a nail before walking in here. They were able to fix it using dipping powder, which I had never heard of before. My nail looked incredible!! I'm always hesitant to get a manicure when I don't have good nails, but that isn't a problem with this place! I'm going on 10 days with my no-chip manicure, and it still looks as good as it did on the first day. This one will easily last me another week before I go back for another color. I had a horrible experience here today. In the middle of my pedicure, the manicurist stopped doing me to do someone else because they were short staffed. Also I am pregnant and was concerned when another client walked in with no mask. I asked the manicurist to please say something in accordance with current city indoor masking guidelines, and she did not (luckily the client left after about 5 min to go elsewhere). When I said something about both these issues, the manicurist, Gina, said "you have so many complaints, if you're not happy go somewhere else." What awful customer service!
