My nails have turned green from their prep or lack of sanitization of tools. I have gotten my nails done for the last 12 years and this has never happened to me before. I got my nails done and with them twice, and when I went back for my second time is when I first noticed the green. She explained that it was air getting trapped underneath my nails and not their fault. After four of my nails started showing signs of the green fungus, I find that hard to believe. read more

I originally went to Polish and Nail for the first time toward the end of 2019, and I had a good experience: the nail tech was nice and took her time, and she was detail oriented. Plus, you get a hot stone massage with your pedicure each time! However, my last few experiences prompted this review, and I won't be going back. The last couple of times I got a pedicure, they were really rough with the cuticle pusher, and scraped pretty hard under my toenails. The massage was always short and not very pleasant. However, yesterday, I had both of those things happen along with a very poor color application. The tech's hands were shaking, and it ended up being very uneven. I chose a sheer color, but that's not a good excuse for sloppy application. Also, the filing was also done poorly, so my toes are uneven. I'll be sticking to other salons from now on. read more

Pretty standard pedicure. It wasn't awful but nothing to write home about. The filing was a bit off and a few of my nails looks a little crooked. The massage was maybe 15 seconds. Everyone was very nice though and they do have a large selection of colors. Inside was very clean. read more

Love this place! Went in for a pedicure and a dip powder manicure and had a wonderful experience. I was seated right away and it was never too crowded the whole time I was there (~4:50-6:50 on a Tuesday). The sweet woman doing the pedicure just kept adding nice and relaxing touches (lotion, scrub, hot stones, hot towels etc). Same goes for the manicure where I even got a shoulder massage! The nail techs here are friendly. I did not have to wait long before being seen. Unfortunately, the nail tech did not introduce herself, so I don't know her name. She asked me how did I want my nails, and I told her that I wanted a fill in w/pink aryclic. I already had ombre nails, but I wanted the nails to be All pink. Unfortunately, the nail tech gave me a fill in with regular acrylic. The fill in now looks like I need a fill in...lol. I also requested a matte top coat, so now my nails look like they have been prepared for a fill in. The work does not look complete. Maybe I'll start a new trend with my nails. Overall, the experience at this nail salon was pleasant. The environment was relaxing. I was offered water, and that was an added bonus. Also, the prices here are reasonable for the area. I would suggest being very descriptive about what you want, and possibly show pictures of what you expect. I gave this place 3 stars instead of 4 because I did not leave completely satisfied.
