During my appointment, the nail technician caused deep rings of fire on 8 of my 10 nails. While I don't believe the damage will be permanent, it will take time for my nails to grow out and recover. I've had my nails done at many different salons over the years, and this has never happened to me before. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this salon.

Don't come here unless you plan to spend $100+ for a basic manicure that's a drastically different color than you chose.

My girlfriend is OBSESSED with going here. We visit Polish & Nail habitually for she cant go to any other nail salon besides this one. Never have we had a bad experience here. Not only is the all around environment just so relaxing and chill, but the vibe of the employees is what really tops it off. The nail technicians here are 100% spot on accurate with whatever my girlfriend asks for and she is always SOOO happy with how her nails turn out. As a guy myself I will say they are flawless every single time we've been here. We always schedule our appointments with Lynda. She is the most sweetest, engagingly wonderful people you could ever meet. Without a doubt we can say she is by far the best nail tech we have ever come to meet. I went with a really pretty dark brown that I loved! The woman doing the manicure was very detailed on the nail prep before doing the gel polish which I really appreciate -- my cuticles have never looked better!! The manicure turned out great, though I do already have some chipping (only 8 days out), so that is something to keep in mind.

After the long dip process (A process I am very familiar with, and usually takes 1hr 15 min) only one thin coat of clear coat was applied. When manicure was finished, I was asked to wash my hands, clear coat came off instantly on multiple nails. Same day, clear coat was peeling off, the dip was lifting up and one nail was a completely different length and shape (middle finger, photo 1). When mentioned, she said it had a previous tip and an accident ( did not charge for 2 tips due to this), so the old tip was soaked in acetone and then left on partially? I did pay full price and tipped 20% regardless of poor slow service. Overall I left very frustrated and disappointed. I had to get my nails redone 3 days later, so essentially cost me double. The salon I went to was absolutely shocked at the poor quality and time this manicure took. I attached photos from day 1 - day 3
